Very cute decoration, the pink panther bench is a highlight. Some quiet music would add to the atmosphere. A good selection of drinks, tasty and quick service. Did not try any food, but the cake selection looked delicious. Will be back to try more.

some of us had great boba but half of us didn’t - the mango one and the watermelon one wasn’t great and tasted of soap.. my friend had a peach milk tea with lychee bubbles and said it was ‘bussing’ .

Buscaba tomar un buen té y me dejé llevar por las apariencias de este lugar, ubicado en una de las bonitas calles de Bournemouth. El sitio es especialmente bonito e invita a que te quedes allí. Lástima que sólo se trata de una apariencia. Para empezar, la chica que nos atendió no fue muy amable y no entendía muy bien lo que quería tomar. Después de un rato, entendió que quería un simple té verde. El local, aunque bonito, tiene unas sillas muy incómodas que no invitan a quedarse a tomar nada allí. El té es demasiado fuerte, y a pesar de pedirme el mediano solo me tomé medio. He de decir, sin embargo, que se trata de verdadero té asiático. Me guardé la mitad para desayunar y lo mezclé con leche fresca desnatada. Mejoró bastante. Es una opción saludable para tomar entre horas, pero recomiendo acompañarlo de algo más para que no amargue tanto.

Tucked away en walking route up towardz Westbourne. Cute little establishment with fab wall mural and chic , if tired, furnishing. Very, very slow service, steep prices, huge choice and tasty drinks.

Terrible service, got a small fries in a medium box , ask the manager to fill it up and he said they do them by weight 😄, biggest load of lies ever , where are you weights when your throwing chips into a box that's held in yohr hand , poor customer service froma manger especially, very rude members of staff and very rude customer service , the only person in there doing there job is a lovely older lady but that's it . I'll be reporting to head office and area manager

17 Charminster RdPlease firstly avoid this place. IT IS OVERPRICED AND FOOD IS HORRIBLE, YOU WILL BE SICK AFTER EATING IT!!! The food was absolutely horrible, to a point where the “Classic Spicy Burger” was so dry, the fillet was also so hard to bite into, it even looked like a burnt chicken foot, there was hardly any taste to it. They never asked us if we wanted salad or any sauce in it, they had put just lettuce in and bit of mayo. It looked and tasted horrible. We also sadly got the “Grilled Peri Peri” let me tell you this that the chicken inside was raw, it was so undercooked that just after a few bites we felt sick and had stomach aches, had to throw most of the food away. They also never asked about what we wanted in the wrap and again they only put in lettuce and mayo. The wrap wasn’t even wrapped properly!! They have no idea of how to cook or run a takeaway. I’ve never had a takeaway this tasteless and disgusting in my life!! In regards to the service had to tell the cashier repeatedly what I wanted and when I asked him questions he was clueless, not sure if it is because he had airbuds in or just did not care about customer service?
