We had the Wednesday Special Tea 4 £20. It was beautiful, homemade sausage rolls are the best I've tasted in years and so much I had to take cake home! Highly recommend, food and cakes are delicious 😘

Heard about this place via word of mouth from a friend (always the best way!) So Me & Mrs rang for availability and where glad that we did! (Busys the word and a great sign it is!) We pre-ordered afternoon tea for two and what a lovely feast of fancies it was! Got a lovely welcome from the host and co owner who seated us at a nice big table. In interior is both clean & modern whilst re-creating that forever piece of England, the country tea shop! The 3 tier cake stand full of lovelies & large pot of tea arrived within minutes, a feast for both body & mind it certainly was! Sandwiches on the bottom, cakes & fancies on the mid section all crowned with the traditional cream tea. Welcome suprise was two mini cups of spiced parsnip soup with tiny croutons, (bliss). All the food was quoffed with great delight although the Mrs was that full, she couldn't manage the cream tea! (Shame was that!) So I had to take one for team and eat that as well, just in the interests of not upsetting anyone you understand! 😉 Price was reasonable and they get it so right! This place seems to be a hub for both villagers and cycling clubs alike & I can understand why it seems to be the center of some peoples social activities! We shame be returning again & again! The owners should be proud and I'm sure they are! (Shows in their work!) Foody theme nights are held monthly as well. All good, now give em a try! 👍

What a lovely afternoon tea. My daughter treated us. She booked beforehand as we both have dietary restrictions, and these were totally catered for. The sandwiches were lovely, and the little cup of soup was delicious and an unexpected extra. The scones served with jam/lemon curd and clotted cream were huge! The remaining pieces of cake we brought home and they were also all delicious. This was all served with unlimited tea (proper tea too!!) Service was friendly and in a lovely atmosphere, will certainly be visiting again, as the menu look delicious too. Thank you for a most enjoyable afternoon.

Brilliant for breakfast or tea and cake. Breakfast is tasty, great quality Lincolnshire sausage. The scrambled eggs are light, fluffy and buttery, delicious. My only problem is the size of the place, it's pokey inside and needs matching furniture. Outside in the courtyard they need bigger tables with umbrellas and some sort of planters or screen to give a bit of seclusion and definition of boundary from other business. Would be great to see a better variety on the menu and hash browns instead of fried sliced potatoes on the breakfast. The service is friendly and the owners will go out of their way to be accomodating. It's used a lot by road cyclists and cycling club members, so a bike rack would be helpful as well as a place to put helmets etc. Overall a good little tea room, quite expensive though for north lincs village, definitely not cafe prices.

Called in on the way to Grimsby. Made welcome and seated near the window. It was a pity that the weather wasn't a bit warmer or it would have been nice to sit at the tables outside in the courtyard. We didn't have time to eat but ordered a pot of tea for two. A large pot of loose leaf breakfast tea was served in a China pot and we were given China cups and saucers. Excellent, very reasonably priced and a lovely friendly couple running the tea room. The food that people were eating around us looked delicious. They hold theme nights. Steak, curry etc.which are popular. I advise booking for these as the seating capacity is quite limited. We'll call again soon.

After a four mile walk this morning, I met up with my husband and we called into this lovely tearoom. We were greeted ‘as though we were long time friends’, which is lovely. We had a very filling lunch, the food is always freshly cooked, therefore we had a short wait which is to be expected. The tea & coffee are of a high quality, and was much needed after the long trek. Each customer was made to feel very welcome, top marks to the proprietors Teresa & Mark. Would we go back again, most definitely, looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent grub. Loose leaf tea in a pot - with refill and poured into a mug (not a thimble like so many other places offer). Genuinely friendly greeting and service. My Dad used to say, about a really good meal that there was just one thing wrong with it: that there was not enough! Well, even that was not true at Te@6 where the excellent food was in generous portions.

I spent a delightful few hours here yesterday with my elderly mother. We drove to Ulceby for a late lunch and were warmly welcomed by the owners. They were very helpful in getting my mother comfortably seated and moved chairs, tables and parasols until she was! We sat chatting having a pot of tea from vintage china cups whilst our meals were being freshly prepared to order. I had the Afternoon Tea and Mum had the Chicken Caeser Salad and they were both delicious and plentiful. Mum wanted to take one of the pieces of cake home for later and the owners kindly wrapped it up for her.The food was delicious, there was a relaxed atmosphere to the sheltered courtyard and the owners were absolutely delightful. We shall most certainly return. Many thanks to the owners for making an elderly lady's afternoon so special!

The espresso is amazing, the owners lovely, and the little tea room cosy as can be. We were suggested to visit Te@6 by the couple we're house sitting for and I'm genuinely sad I can't become a regular! On our first visit, I wasn't expecting much more than a drink, but when I explained that I was coeliac, they went out of their way to accommodate - even running to the store to buy Heinz baked beans because they didn't want to risk the possibility of their's containing gluten. My fiancée is able to eat anything and absolutely adored the food (I can only attest to the lovely jacket potato) and his gingerbread and caramel lattes. There are only a few tables and it's a small village, so it can be quite cosy, but the owners are lovely about making sure to chat and not make you feel forgotten. And also to go over coffee and cake making with the weird American.Highly suggested.

We were travelling from York to Lincoln and decided to take the long, scenic route through the smaller villages and scenic countryside. As we drove into Ulceby we spotted a sign for "Te@6 Tearooms" and decided to stop for lunch. How fortunate we were!!!! What an amazing little stop. We spent two hours enjoying a fabulous lunch with excellent food and great service. We so much enjoyed the hospitality of the proprietors and the interaction with the many locals who came in for lunch. When they ran out of scones which we had wanted to try, the owner suggested that if we could wait 15 minutes he would put a fresh batch in the oven. We agreed and several minutes later we enjoyed fabulous, right out of the oven scones with cream and jam! It was the most enjoyable two hour lunch these Canadian travellers have ever experienced!!

Good choice of food and staff pleasant, friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices Easy to park. The only downside is the actual building and environment. Place looks a bit on the shabby side, dirt and condensation mould on window frames, rickety chairs, lots of items stored in the small corridor to the loo, which was again full of cleaning things. The biggest downer of all this was the overwhelming smell of burned food. The cooking area is open plan and the smell of fat and burnt toast was awful. May not be like that all the time so would have really helped. Could do with a professional extractor fan which would really help and getting rid of a bit of the clutter. Despite the lows this place appeared to offer a good range of items which will draw us back to try again.
