The food wasn’t the best quality today. The fish contained bones despite ordering skinless and boneless. The chips needed to be cooked longer. Everything was overly greasy. And over an hour early, luckily my son was there as I’d popped to the corner shop not expecting it to be delivered so quickly.

food was poor tonight, chips could have been cooked for longer, anemic and soggy, curry sauce was way to thick and powdery too, delivery time was quicker than advised

my food was an hour late and cold,only had 1 bag of chips and I ordered 2.

Ordered fish AND chips and only fish turned up no chips

Ordered salt & chilli chicken with curry had no curry and the chips was really greasy

A lot of good food and timing was great no waiting for long time

Portion size was rubbish. For reference you would probably want a large portion per person. Well over priced for the amount of food, shame as it was fairly tasty. Will stick to my usual for future orders.

food was not the nicest this time, over an hour late and cold, we had to put it in the microwave which made the batter soggy, the lettuce in the wrap wasn't nice after being microwaved. Normally a really nice meal won't be rushing back for a while

Always enjoyed the cod from here, but today was very disappointed with the cod!!!. Order 3 Cod's all 3 not much fish meat on it, was thin and small for £7.90, and the chips was black and the skin was hard and chewy. sorry to say i wont be in rush to go back.

These guys are highly unprofessional. I ordered some food this morning via RCT Eats and it was delivered to another house. I’ve called them for a refund and they’re saying there’s nothing they can do. I’m giving you all only a few hours or I’ll report this and file a chargeback with my bank.

Scampi and chips tasted amazing. Disappointing to see portion sizes (scampi) have gone down - shrinklation at work again. Chips remained a decent sized portion. Delivered on time but a long wait from order time. Delivery driver lovely as usual.

The salt and chilli chicken is a firm favourite, but wish you could get more than just 3 pieces of the chicken as it’s so moorish. Everything is excellent quality. The only chippie I’ll order from.

Focusing way to much on just eat orders...!! Last time I visited my rissole was stone cold chips undercooked And now ask for a chip butty and rissole , yet again rissole cold and bread roll is missing Lost me as a customer poor service

Great communication from the store. I had a call 10 minutes before the expected delivery time to say that there had been a hold up but the order was on the way. Delivery driver also apologised for the delay due to busy period. Will order again

Quality food,individual portions such as scampi slightly small. Not all have chips as an accompaniment. Tasty though.

Absolutely great experience, was gutted at how long it said the wait was over an hour as had hungry visitors, but it was here in about 15. We all thought it was delicious, definitely recommend and will be using again

First time its ever been late. Assume it was due to being a Saturday, but fair bit later than estimated delivery time. Did text to say it would be late though

Service has been getting worse and worse from being charged wrong when in shop to having orders turning up with missing items with home delivery and then when phone to say its missing there's nothing they can do except put it on the wall for next time!!!! What kind of service is that and not just once this is about the 3rd or 4th time and now my partners got no tea because they can't be bothered to correct their mistake! Will NOT be ordering again, disgusting service 😡😡😡😡

There website was not working so i had to order from JustEat the whole thing was easy the wonan who Delivered it was Gorgeous Happy Great Legs would order again she's friendly.

We received a notification to say our food was on its on way,however, it took another 40 minutes after that to arrive. Not impressed. Two members of the group had to re heat their food before eating. I rang Taylor’s twice and it just rang out and no one answered. Terrible delivery experience and no one available to give customer service. The food was nice but the delivery majorly let it down.

Staffs attitude is disgusting especially the two women! Food was awful chicken chunks were cold and topped with fruity curry if that’s your way of making a chicken curry then you want to be ashamed! It’s embarrassing I have publically showed everyone what you ripped me off of £17 for also! I’ll never be ordering again and I highly doubt many people will after seeing the state of the food I received

lucky I got home early as I ordered for 6.30pm but arrived just after 6pm. 2nd order in a row that so.ething has been missing. Jumbo sausage in batter last time a large bag of chips this time. something has changed as the quality/service has reduced over the last month.

The food is nice but I think you should prioritise a customer who has been waiting longer with a smaller order than a newer customer with a large order

Please don't send customers a sausage in batter with a burned end - and cook your chips properly. Pale, flabby, just about cooked. I put most of these in the bin along with the sausage. So £17 basically for a bit of battered fish and a small pot of curry sauce. Very disappointing - I won't use you again, and your fryers need more training.

Totally dissatisfied been in work ordered for when I got home 45 minutes and had to pick it up from neighbour and reheat and had to cook the chicken because it was pink not at all happy

Over 2 and a half hours for delivery. Food wasn’t very warm, and the cod wasn’t skinless which we paid for. Very disappointed this evening will not be ordering for a while after this experience.

I can’t believe how thin the cod was-hardly half a centimetre thick & hardly any fish inbetween the batter. The batter itself was delicious but I did not pay for a thin sliver of cod in batter, I expected to actually be able to taste the fish but as there was so little I didn’t. Extremely disappointed as always had good quality here but wouldn’t order again. My son had a fish bite and although that wasn’t cod it was about double the weight of my cod.

The size of the cod was quite small considering the cost, but the quality of everything was excellent. Really is the best fish and chips in the Rhondda.

The food is beautiful, and the cornbeef pie is delicious and you cant beat there gravy, its all outstanding
