Service has been getting worse and worse from being charged wrong when in shop to having orders turning up with missing items with home delivery and then when phone to say its missing there's nothing they can do except put it on the wall for next time!!!! What kind of service is that and not just once this is about the 3rd or 4th time and now my partners got no tea because they can't be bothered to correct their mistake! Will NOT be ordering again, disgusting service 😡😡😡😡

There website was not working so i had to order from JustEat the whole thing was easy the wonan who Delivered it was Gorgeous Happy Great Legs would order again she's friendly.

We received a notification to say our food was on its on way,however, it took another 40 minutes after that to arrive. Not impressed. Two members of the group had to re heat their food before eating. I rang Taylor’s twice and it just rang out and no one answered. Terrible delivery experience and no one available to give customer service. The food was nice but the delivery majorly let it down.

The food is nice but I think you should prioritise a customer who has been waiting longer with a smaller order than a newer customer with a large order

lucky I got home early as I ordered for 6.30pm but arrived just after 6pm. 2nd order in a row that so.ething has been missing. Jumbo sausage in batter last time a large bag of chips this time. something has changed as the quality/service has reduced over the last month.

Staffs attitude is disgusting especially the two women! Food was awful chicken chunks were cold and topped with fruity curry if that’s your way of making a chicken curry then you want to be ashamed! It’s embarrassing I have publically showed everyone what you ripped me off of £17 for also! I’ll never be ordering again and I highly doubt many people will after seeing the state of the food I received

Please don't send customers a sausage in batter with a burned end - and cook your chips properly. Pale, flabby, just about cooked. I put most of these in the bin along with the sausage. So £17 basically for a bit of battered fish and a small pot of curry sauce. Very disappointing - I won't use you again, and your fryers need more training.

Totally dissatisfied been in work ordered for when I got home 45 minutes and had to pick it up from neighbour and reheat and had to cook the chicken because it was pink not at all happy

Over 2 and a half hours for delivery. Food wasn’t very warm, and the cod wasn’t skinless which we paid for. Very disappointed this evening will not be ordering for a while after this experience.

I can’t believe how thin the cod was-hardly half a centimetre thick & hardly any fish inbetween the batter. The batter itself was delicious but I did not pay for a thin sliver of cod in batter, I expected to actually be able to taste the fish but as there was so little I didn’t. Extremely disappointed as always had good quality here but wouldn’t order again. My son had a fish bite and although that wasn’t cod it was about double the weight of my cod.

The size of the cod was quite small considering the cost, but the quality of everything was excellent. Really is the best fish and chips in the Rhondda.

The food is beautiful, and the cornbeef pie is delicious and you cant beat there gravy, its all outstanding

Since it been taken over its gone to a absolute state. Ordered a large bag of chips was more like a small they was all floppy and like they had just been left for ages. Food was luke warm and considering I live not even 4 minutes away I'd expect it to be hot! The 2 jumbo sausages were like rubber couldn't even give them to my children and the sausage in batter may as well have been a normal sausage as it had the thinnest layer of better on it!! Absolutely shocking for £28 I'm disgusted in the food!!! And the fish goujons were soggy. Never again.

This is the second time I’ve ordered since the new owner took over and I got to say sorry it will be the last. The fish was very fishy like it wasn’t fresh the chips were hard and thin the only thing that was nice was the sausages most of the rest went in the bin sorry but want be ordering again. Had to ring to find out where my food was to be told we busy so I was expecting hot food as I live about 2 mins away but it wasn’t never again

Large chips were small. Fish plater (joke), smaller than a kids meal, would have fitted on a tea cup saucer. The fish was anorexic. Never again!

Lovely fish & chips. We ordered 2 boneless and skinless cod with a large chips, mushy peas and Irish curry. All was hot and tasty.

Excellent! I ordered the fish supper and had a huge piece of fish, plenty of chops, tasty curry sauce and a can of pop for a little over £10. Food was piping hot, quality was brilliant, equally as good as the Mothership in Penygraig! Well done Mitch and your team!

what an improvement since the new management taking over, well done!! The chips where hot and very nicely cooked, the cornedbeef pie was delicious and everything was amazing!! If I had to give one critique is that I wish the large gravy/curry where a bit bigger!! Apart from that everything was fab, congrats for putting taylors back on the map!! 👍

food arrived earlier than expected which was great, however we were very disappointed. The fish batter was very soggy and the large portion of chips was very poor, not enough for 2 people! I won't be ordering again £30 was an absolute rip off! what has happened? the food used to be excellent and plenty of it.

First order received since the new management and it’s sad to say I won’t be returning! The fish was full of bones to the point after eating less than a quarter I gave up I counted 10 bones and not the warmest, large curry sauce was more like a small, sausages were luke warm and chips also a large was very small compared to the previous owners and again luke warm £23 spent on utter garbage and that’s why I’m leaving a bad review AVOID !!!!!

Disgusting never order from here again large chips more like a cone of chips sausage and batters with hardly any batter large currys tiny far from large chips freezing too

Sadly won’t be ordering from here again. Ordered 2 skinless and boneless cod (which are more expensive). They both had bones and skin on and were absolutely saturated in grease. We couldn’t eat it and gave most of the fish to the dog. Waste of my money!

My chips were cold daughter chips boiling pie not the best seemed to have been over heated or left around a long time. Sorry really disappointed with my order I always go to the chip shop first order in a while from here next time I’ll be going to the shop and not ordering on here sorry

I ordered from here for the first time from Uber eats. WOW! Large cod, chips and mushy peas! The order arrived within the window, the fish was huge, cooked to perfection! The batter was light and crispy. The chips were amazing and the peas tasted fresh and lovely! I'll now be a weekly customer to Taylors, as this dish really did make my day! Thank you! 😊

Food is freezing. Chips are undercooked. I requested the fish without batter again and received with batter. I definitely won't order again because whoever reads the order doesn't pay attention. This place have gone down hill. Almost £20 down the drain again.

Food was great for a time but the food quality isn't great with the chips rubbery or hard. And sometimes it can be ok. But with food prices so high I would prefer what they had before. Staff are friendly and nice.

Great place for a decent bag of chips.

Used to be the best chippy around but 2 weeks in a row with hard uncooked chips. Recent reviews have confirmed it's not just me who's experienced this. My review has been changed from 5 stars to 1 star. Staff are great, in particular Lisa but we've ended up wasted our meals two weeks in a row ☹️ I won't be returning any time soon

DON'T DO IT!! You'll be waiting hours for your food only for it to arrive cold and stale.

Didn't receive what I ordered person on phone had attitude didn't have enough food delivered to feed everyone cause they messed the order up but was adamant they had it right... chips weren't even properly cooked they were chewy and had crunch to them... this is not the 1st time I've been let down by taylors another time I waited 2 hours passed my delivery time to then be told I can either collect it or cancel I tried canceling the order but they had already put it out as been delivered even though it was sat in their shop and I had to collect it in the end.

Possibly worst takeaway ever. Ordered on uber at 6.05pm, no delivery or update by 6.45. Rang shop was told, very busy will get order straight out. Uber then passed delivery back to the shop. No delivery by 7.45pm no answer. Food arrived at 8.20. Stone cold, very greasy went straight in the bin. Terrible from start to finish. Won't use this shop or uber again

First time ordering from here, chip butty was nice, my daughter sausage and chips where good, but big let down by far was sausage in batter, I couldn't even chew it, or cut into it, I had to remove the batter off the sausage, and sausage didn't taste any good, it looks like they took a already cooked sausage dip it in batter then recooked it, sorry taylors you lost a customer here

Very rarely have a good experience with fish shops etc on Uber eats. But I must admit I’m very impressed! The fish was huge, very tasty and well presented. Both chips and curry sauce are lovely. The only negative I have is that the delivery was a few minutes later than what it stated. I will be returning!

Probably the worst food I have ever had, the chips had a chewy texture to them, and some of them were uncooked, it all ended up in the bin, will not be ordering from here again.

They haven't got a clue ordered food never came phoned them and told me they running late and food be here by 8..I'm still waiting?..now they told me I ordered wrong but I have a screen shot receipt from ubber saying otherwise...I will never order from here again and I will put negative review every day coz they don't care..Nice one taylors worst chippy in valleys

3 small orders to a place of work and not once have got our order correct. Always missing items and then taking ages to deliver missing items! Not good when you only have so long for a dinner break!

Always order from Taylors on just eat we put the order in for 19:20.. the order went through, when it got delivered had a bit of attitude of the delivery lady saying "they don't deliver after 7pm!!!" and had even written it down on the receipt! Why was the order taken if you dont deliver after this time her attitude was uncalled for! Will not be ordering from here in the future!!

My husband had the boneless and skinless battered cod, it was gorgeous, I had a chicken wrap which was lovely we shared a large chips and fruity curry sauce and it was delivered and still nice and hot, we will be back.

The fish is beautiful, had a large order, due to big family and it was all there and delicious, highly recommend.
