Wok in a box in Rhondda Cynon Taf

My favorite noodle shop! Always gives plenty of chicken and the staff are so friendly! Your meal gets cooked in front of you, and the place is always spotless. Keep up the great service! If I could give a higher review I would ♥️🔥

Nice food but way over priced, charging £1 for veg and £2 for meat . Wow I had noodles with some veg and beef and it was £8.50.. cheaper to have a meal in a restaurant. Never again 😞

Do NOT order from here, I was food poisoned and extremely ill for 48hours. Please go anywhere but here, no one deserves to go through that type of sickness needlessly.

Arrived at 10.12pm and they said they were closing???? Website and times on the door states 11pm

First time ordering here, quick, easy and plenty of options. The food was delicious, everything was cooked perfect and the flavours were stunning. Plenty of dipping sauces and so full afterwards. The price was great for 2 people and when picking up my food the staff were friendly and happy. Will be going back for more

Bit disappointed we ordered 6 boxes and 3 of them were wrong, 2 boxes we ordered rice noodles and ended up with egg noodles one was missing bamboo shoots and the final one the restaurant added seaweed and prawns and we didn't order them for that box plus I'm allergic to shellfish so had to put straight in the bin but portions were great.

First, visit and we both enjoyed what we had. The food looked nice and fresh, it tasted very nice and was cooked quickly. The portion size is very poor and the extra veg purchases. £1 for extra vegetables I ordered broccoli as an extra but only received two tiny pieces!! And my husband mushrooms and he couldn't even find those in amongst his noodles so the extra portion charge is pointless as your paying for nothing. In all, yes, I would eat from here again but just order something as a side as not to feel hungry after. The box was only just over half full on opening, so not as good value as the Cardiff branch we eat at.

Visited this venue yesterday. I grabbed egg noodles chicken and garlic sauce for the Mrs. She absolutely smashed it. I wish I'd got one for myself. Good work guys.

Ordered from Just Eat, after multiple phone calls they sent a driver out an hour after it was due. Then driver couldn't find us, we are staying in a farm out in the sticks, i even shared my location on WhatsApp for the driver as well as giving him instructions from his location. (We found the farm very easily with the postcode on Google maps). Eventually the company just cancelled the order without a phone call. My boyfriend had been waiting down at the main road for an hour so it's not impressed that we are now eating jam on toast at 9:30pm when we ordered at 6:30pm.

If you like your Asian food then wok in a box is the place to go in pontypridd for a mouth watering treat. Its clean friendly and you get to see them cook your order right in front of your eyes so you know it's all fresh ingredients going into your meal.

Lovely food, great service, value for money.

Never actually delivered the food. Had to chase delivery well over an hour after the confirmed time frame to be told there was an issue with Delivery driver/Head chef/Manager then assistant manager. Had to raise complaint with Just eat over the issue. Still no refund and when calling to try to resolve the issue being hung up on. Have previously been asked to leave a positive review with being given a free drink with my meal. I am now glad I never took that offer.

Didn't enjoy the food here. My partner and I ordered different meals but both tasted the same and were very bland. We were very disappointed as we had heard such good things.

A bit of misinformation at the till, don't expect to get what you've been ordering, the food you are trying to order gets mismatched by the person that takes the order,you say you want this and that and the guy is telling you what they gonna add to it

Really friendly staff. The food is great. The duck can be a little fatty sometimes but luck of the draw with what cut you get. Would be 5 star if the lunch time meal deal was deliverable. I get it if it’s 1 or 2 boxes you’re ordering but I placed a large order of 12 boxes and they still wouldn’t offer me that. But still, great.

We order from Wok in a Box regularly. Not only do they provide an incredibly welcoming service, but they provide amazing food. The guys in Wok are all so friendly. I Would recommend wok to anyone! Favourite takeaway hands down!

Waited over three and half hours for my delivery . Still hasn't arrive . It's now twenty to twelve at night , and restaurant is closed . Very poor communication . I had to ring over and over to get told ' it will be there in five mins ' with excuses. £24 worth of food . Absolutely ridiculous and I better have a refund

I know and understand from one of the review the customer stated the price was expensive and portion are small . But if you getting a cheap quality takeaway all the ingredients they using of course are lowest grate too. But Wok in a box their cooking not only having the authentic taste of many Asian countries. Wok in a box cooking was like restaurant standard and ingredients they have been used tasted really fresh. I've been to Wagamama loads of times. Tasted no different from them at all . As I was from Singapore been named one of the foods paradise country and I'll do enjoys great foods. I would definitely visit them many times of years to come. Well done guys 👍 . Wok in a box, your portion size are big enough as keeping us healthy and stay slim 😁
