Absolute gem of a place, the food is always good and fresh my favorite is the chicken pad Thai and the lady who runs it is always smiling, Great place, highly recommended.

Lovely food, and Junjira is a very friendly person. The food can be adapted, I have had lovely vegan dishes from here. The food is fresh, tasty, and very reasonably priced. To me it tastes authentically Thai, very much the same as the food I had when in Thailand. Everyone needs to try this place!

Food here is super tasty!! Food comes out quite quick considering it’s not a fast food place. 40 dishes to chose from so you can’t complain there’s not enough on offer! Atmosphere I’ve given 3 stars because you are of course in the indoor market in Aberdare

I’ve went here two times with my Mom, and I’ve got to say this restaurant truly has the Thai spirit. The food is so authentic and the staff is lovely. 10/10 would reccomend.

Lunch at Junjira today - great service and great food. We had Prawn Pad Thai, Tofu Pad Siew and Tofu Pad Mama accompanied by Thai prawn crackers and spring rolls. All were delicious, but I must give a special mention to the Pad Thai which was fantastic! Highly recommended.

The pad thai was solid. I also enjoyed the fried chicken wings

The restaurant is located inside Aberdare market, A little taste of Thailand in The valleys, the Rad Na was cooked fresh, so many flavors I can’t wait to try it again! The service was fast but not rushed.

Eaten here about 5 times now. Delicious food every time. Can't fault it. I would happily eat there every day if I could. The owner's really nice and you can see her hard at work in the kitchen. I asked for more chilli once so she brought me a little jar of chilli flakes to add to my taste. I like things spicy and every time since it's been nice and hot how I like it. I've tried the Jungle Curry (excellent), Pad Thai (delicious and filling), think it was Tom pla ra (green papaya salad), Massaman. I wish I'd tried more dishes but some of them were just so good I've ordered them again on subsequent visits. This place gives me a reason to go into Aberdare town centre and the Market. Portions are good sized and they take card payments too. Can't fault it.

Unreal food. Best around pictures don’t do it justice came to find good Thai food and I found amazing Thai food such great prices too! 5 star thank you would recommend

Junjira is easily the best Thai take away in the area, and a great option for some lunch in Aberdare market. I’ve eaten here a bunch of times now and tried a lot of things on the menu. I’d especially recommend the Pad Thai from here, one of the best I’ve had. This place gets busy at lunch time, so it’s sometimes a struggle to get a table.

If you want authentic, tasty, fresh Thai food look no further. Visiting the area and stumbled across this hidden gem. I visited Thailand a few years ago and it was awesome to eat as if I was back there again. Very reasonably priced and so accommodating. Wish this was where we live!!

My Husband and I ate at this amazing place for the first time today and couldn’t believe our luck that it had been recommended to us! We had fantastic service from the lovely lady who cooked our food…. which was second to none - 100% authentic Thai cuisine! Fortunately there isn’t another Thai takeaway/restaurant in the area as I’m sure they wouldn’t be able to compete with the quality of this food! We’ll definitely be returning soon to try other items on the menu, as well as no doubt having several takeaways! Made our day!!

By far the best food I have ever tasted, so fresh and so many beautiful flavours in each dish I could tell it was made with a lot of passion and skill. Will definitely order here again.

I find it so incredibly lovely to be able to eat the most tasty and exquisit Thai food I have ever tried, all thanks to Junjira (having such a talented, hearty chef). I cannot express how much I truly appreciate having access to such a delightful hidden gem in a little town like this ! The chef herself is so inviting, caring and you can really see that they put their heart in to every bite provided, along with a beyond warm and kind welcome to all. Junjira offers such beautiful cuisine, catering to many options, fitting to every mood. Me and my partner have enjoyed every dish we have tried from the menu. We always like to try something new every time we pick up food, and we are never unsatisfied! For me, the soups are also so uplifting for a rainy day. I can confidentky say that each dish has its own mind blowingly warming and loving signature, thankfully made by such a lovely soul. I wish there was more stars to rate this place, because it is beyond deserving of more than 5 stars. If you are ever looking for healthy, satisfying and tasty food, I couldn't recommend junjira enough ! Thank you for your awesome hospitality, and incredibly tasting food ❤

I tend to go here once a week for lunch. Everything is cooked fresh to order. The food tastes as good as it looks and smells. Amazing service too. Love it here.

I have a Panang and rice noodles from here a few times a week, the nicest noodles I have ever had and I'm a noodle connisseeur, very friendly staff and excellent service 10/10

Our fourth amazing meal from this place, apart from the super accommodating owners the food is stunning . We order, take home and have in the evening and the food tastes just as fresh as when first cooked. The tofu is something special and it’s really amazing aberdare has the little gem hidden away in the market. If your haven’t tried you really have to ! We will be back again and again and again.

Tasty authentic Thai food and excellent value for money!

Excellent portion sizes and the Thai Basil Chicken with rice (Krapow Gai) had a good blend of spicy Flavours. Well worth a visit if your in Aberdare market.

Brilliant Thai food. One of my favourite restaurant / takeaways in Aberdare. Food is always fresh and delicious and always have so many different vegetarian / healthy options. Thai curries are particularly amazing :) would recommend to all.

This was the first time that we have used Junjira. We had a takeaway with a variety of food for 5. The food and service was excellent. Portions were generous. Definitely recommend this place and we will use them regularly. Thoroughly enjoyable meal

Excellent quality, brilliant service. So approachable if you have any food intolerance or preferences. I've really enjoyed trying so many dishes I've never seen before. Fresh ingredients. You can tell its been cooked with care by someone who really cares about what it tastes like!
