Delicious food, very friendly staff 😊

I came in on the weekend and was served by adi , she gave the most exceptinal service.l and great recommendations . Even though it was busy she always had a smile and a calm mannerism. I am Definitely returning .

Best service by Ade, Dragos and George, and the food made by Andrè was amazing. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. Perfect pub to watch a match on the telly. Definitely coming back!

Great beer, friendly staff very helpful and a fun experience

Shocking experience. Wasn't told of the 1/2 wait for my meal. Wen it did arrive the mushy peas an mashd spud was cold. The meat pie and garlic cheesy bread burnt. Totally uneatable meal. The staff I spoke too didn't care

Paige was our waiter, and she was phenomenal. Food was delicious and well-priced for such a high-priced area of London. Will come again!

A bustling pub in Knightsbridge. Full on a Tuesday night with the football on the TV. Staff were friendly but the food was terrible. We had multiple dishes and all were cold or dry or both. If you are after a nice pub meal look elsewhere.

Went around 2.30pm and ordered steak sandwich, fish and chips, beef burger and the pie. Waited around 50-60 mins for the food, when to the counter to check with the staff after waiting for 40 mins and was told that the steak sandwich needed more time. When the food came every part of the sandwich was cold

Nice place to stop for drinks and a little food.

This place is a cozy and lovely british pub where we had lunch after visiting Natural History Museum and Harrods. Staff there is so kind and food was really tasty. We ordered the traditional fish and chips and it was delicious. Highly recommended!

Drinks are good and cheap compared to an average in that area. However, food isn’t tasty at all. Ordered flat iron and asked it to be red, but the cooked it as well done. I had a feeling I was eating rubber; and the price for that was almost 18£. Totally unacceptable. There are much tastier pubs for such a price.

Beautiful tavern, cozy atmosphere. Nice english style. However, it's a pity that they were quite rude with the service. Our daughter asked for a fanta but they didn't have one. I had to translate, but that was already too much for the waitress. An extra question in English was also too much. Regrettably. Otherwise definitely 4@5 stars.

The food was terrible. I ordered a steak and ale pie with chunky chips. I couldn’t even finish the pie, as most of the “meat” was just fat. I only found one genuinely edible piece of meat in the entire pie, which was worth more than 15 quid. The pastry was just okay, but the flavour of the gravy was honestly the only tasty part of the meal. It was hard to enjoy the gravy, however, as every single piece of meat was fatty and horrible. One of the pieces wasn’t fatty. But tasted disgusting, like it was off. Had to spit so much out. The chips are clearly just the same as Wetherspoons, so nothing special, and were quite cold. I also ordered the “crispy” smashed potatoes, which were neither crispy, nor smashed. For 7 quid, I received 4 small new potatoes with a small amount of Parmesan on top. Tasty, but the texture was slimy and soft. Not worth it. My girlfriend ordered the cod sandwich, which arrived cold and had very little fish inside. We both found it one of the worst restaurants we have ever been to. Not even to mention the fact that we had to wait for 45 minutes before our food came, which in fairness, was explained to us when we ordered, but to wait as long as we did, and receive cold, fatty, poor quality food, which left me still hungry, is very disappointing.

The chicken BLT was just an unappetising very sparse filled sandwich served between two slices of thick cut dry bread ,doorstops would be a good description . So didn’t resemble a BLT in any shape or form. The fish goujon sandwich also very sparse with the filling. All served with a strange slimy salad. The portion of French fries was variable on two plates. We have eaten in a Green King pub before and enjoyed the food that is why we chose this pub. On hindsight we should have complained at the time but my friends and I didn’t want to spoil our day out.

Adelaide gave us the best service

We rocked up to the pub for the England vs Netherlands semifinals, and it was a fantastic experience. George and the team provided amazing service throughout the evening. We were a large group, and thankfully, our seats were reserved and ready for us. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable, especially with England's victory adding to the excitement. Overall, it was a top night out!

Had a lovely time with my friends in the function room we booked. We watched a game, England vs the Netherlands, and the vibe of the people in the whole pub were cheery and nice, and not too rowdy as it could get during a big football match. The food was quite good bar food that was flavorful and came in a timely manner given all the orders that were taken. Most importantly they have vegan and vegetarian options.. The service was superb, our bar host for that night was George. Such a lovely and easy going person, you truly feel he wanted us to have a good time. Good Vibes..

This place is vibes on vibes. 10/10 for food, drinks, atmosphere, and above all, the amazing bartenders and staff. We watched England vs Netherlands in their wonderful function room downstairs, and even got free beers when England scored! Highly recommended.

After the annual trip to Harrods we visited here just a shot walk away. Nice cosy pub with a friendly atmosphere and a good selection of food. We opted for the Scampi which was nice and light but certainly filled a gap. Washed down with a nice pint and all was good. Staff very helpful, food fresh and served pretty quickly.

Fantastic place, with great atmosphere and superb burgers. I happened to be there during the England-Switzerland game in euro2024, I loved the mood and the cheering. Highly recommended to anyone.

Good place to have a beer and eat something

Hands down Londons best hidden gem. Coming all the way from Australia this is one of the best from service to food and everything inbetween. I had the katsu chicken burger and was the BEST burger I have EVER had. Will simply be dreaming about this for months on end

I came here for lunch before stopping into Harrods. The service was very friendly and helpful. The Katsu Chicken burger is by far the BEST burger I’ve ever eaten. I had to savour every bite! We don’t get that in Australia! Will be dreaming of it for months!

Good location but the downside is it's a tourist trap. Very overpriced drinks and the sandwiches come with thick white bread. Apparently that's just how they come so good luck if you're wanting healthier bread!

Nice place and with a good crowd is pleasant. Sometimes the crowd isn't good and best to go somewhere else. Bar staff are very hit and miss, sometimes great and sometimes really poor.

Unreliable, arrogant and very slow bar staff. Don’t order via the app. They will simply forget about it and then give you an attitude when you follow up on your order.

Classic English pub. Not very warm welcome.

Very much on a par with bars we had visited previously. The staff were friendly and a nice environment was apparent. Drinks were served quickly and were perfect for dry throats.

Ugly behavior of the management of the pub. I don't know why, but they decided to not let me in without any explanation. I am 70 and had never been in a situation like that, probably they just didn't like my face. Eventually they opened the door for me, but only after I said that I would call the police. It's a shame.

We enjoyed a very good fish and chips! The pub is pretty cool, the craft beer was lovely and we were very well served by the kind waitress Nehe. We 100% recommend it.

Good pub for a beer. Three fries with sauces. A pint, half pint and and a coke €31.60. They have an area downstairs to watch sports that can be reserved.

Good food, the boss helped me with the allergens. The price for what we ate seemed expensive, but you pay for the area where you are. But the quality is good.

Here for St Patricks day, had a wonderful staff called George serve us all drinks with a lovely attitude and is great at pouring Guinness! Made our night even better with his presence!!! Will definitely be coming back :)

Very good price in an area where there are disparate options (expensive or low quality). We ate for two people, a starter and two dishes (mac and cheese and fish and chips), with the drink it cost us £45. The quality of the food was not excellent, but it was fine. Very good atmosphere to have a drink.

It used to be my local pub with a great atmosphere and lovely selection of beers. On my last visit I couldn't be more disappointed 😔. My pint was cloudy - tasted off. I could not drink it. Instead I threw it away. I don't recommend any more - better think twice before having a drink there. Disgrace!

Busy place with staff chatting at the end of the bar with no ale drinks to pour staff say " I'm sorry all we have is IPA" Good luck guys... Smelled trouble...

Wednesday 5pm and not a pint of ale on tap what's the management playing at. After your reply maybe you should turn into a coffee shop so customers' who want a real ale know you can not supply a real ale.

It’s a Nice and cozy place right in the middle of London. The staff is friendly and accommodating And the food is good and promptly served.

Lovely staff and a nice atmosphere in the pub. Meat pie was hot and crusty however like a lot of establishments now it had a lack of meat 🥩 in the actual pie but lots of tasty Gravy.

Manager with the badly dyed pink hair is an awful manager, clearly doesn’t know how to manage a pub. Took our drink away when it clearly still had a lot of drink in it and wouldn’t reimburse us. She then went to tell us ‘I know how to do my job’. Nice pub but badly managed. Not very friendly at all.

Love this pub! I took my parents here for their first pub experience. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. They also have a good variety of drinks. Servers were very friendly. Also loved the atmosphere of this place. Overall, we had an amazing pub experience.

Part of a corporate conglomerate now. Same menu with a few differences to all the other pubs in the chain. Visiting from the USA Jan 3rd and by midday were out of many menu options. SLOW service -told it would be 30 min but took about 45. Food was average quality and the starters were lukewarm. Should’ve cancelled the order and went across the street to the Lebanese shop.

Bar service was good. Went to order our lunch after studying the menu to be told many things were not available. Had to re order and then wait over 45mins to get Luke warm average food. Grab a drink here but forget the food

Busy, yet refuses to open down stairs

Very disappointing. The dishes are OK but nothing special. The Fish & Chips are ordinary. On the other hand, an endless wait... 50 minutes to receive 2 dishes! A motivation to leave... except that you pay before... the joke.

A disaster in all its aspects. More than an hour to serve, burnt burger and bad service
