The food was to good and my experience is to good their staff is very friendly and they serve halal food and their taste is very good so must try

I believe that the manager has changed. Since then pizza is not the same! The kebab, mozzarella sticks and burgers are good.

Ordered chicken doner and was told to come in half an hour for collection. When I came to pick the food up after 30 minutes, I was told they don't have the chicken. I travelled 2 miles to get to them and they took my order and didn't call me to let me know they don't have it. They wasted my fuel and time.

First time in ordering and will ot be ordering again!! I ordered 2 sandwiches which I ďid not get I got 2 spicy samosus instead so I called the shop they said I can order again but will take 2 hours so I asked for a pizza after 2 hours I called to see where my order was and all I got was sorry nothing we can do as we have no drivers and hung up on me !!!!!

I have been coming to this takeaway for a while now when it was named “Reading Pizza”. I’m not sure if the management has changed or not as the name has now changed but for the first time, I ordered online and it was a big order for a gathering with my family. They said it would take about an hour for it to be delivered to my house which was fine. However, within that hour, I received 3 phone calls to confirm what my order was by various staff. After an hour had gone by, I called them up to ask where they were and they said they were waiting for a delivery driver to come and that would take another 30 mins. This was very frustrating because they had already given us a time. After 30 mins, I called again only for them to say that no order was placed for my address! They then put me on “hold” to check with another staff but no one came back to the call. When I tried to call again a few times, the line was busy. Even after 30 mins, the line was busy. After over 2 hours, we received our pizza - it definitely was not worth the wait. There was hardly any meat on it and the delivery driver said he was not to blame. It’s a shame that I’ve always been coming here when it was named “Reading Pizza” but now I won’t be anymore. I am appalled at their service and do not recommend them to anyone.

Very good value for money, solid pizza, tastes better than most takeaway ones. Pretty terrible customer service though but it was quite cheap so whatever.

Very below rated online. but i had pizza from here, amazing. Biryani was tasted like real Karachi style. Burgers like McDonalds. And Pizza is better than other local shops. I always go there in person and greeted always warmly. Must try.

As a Deliveeoo driver, stuff lied to me about order was cancelled. I called driver support and I found out it is not. The guy who worked there was too lazy to deal with cleaning tables and place looked horrible. Not recommend as delivery driver and as a customer

Ordered a pizza with tuna and anchovies and it is inedible. It tastes like liver and lamb. The colour is very off. I phoned asking for something like a refund or a replacement margarita pizza but the person who answered said no and hung up, then refused to answer. Don't eat from here, there is a serious risk of food poisoning. I'll update if I survive the night.

We ordered pizza it was horrible took 1 slice and the rest put in bin awful pizza very bad experience waste of money and then we order again from different shop. Not recommend. 0 star.

Worst customer service I ever had. The owner or the staff whosoever was working had no manners to talk. I asked him for extra sauce, he replied I don’t have enough time. Tell me at once what you need. And the burger was the worst burger I ever had in my whole life. I would recommend no one to visit as they are manners less and have no adequate how to speak to the customers!

I don’t understand why people give 5 star to this takeaway. I think people in reading don’t have taste. This takeaway doing everything, pizza, kebab which is dried on the grill from 2,3 days , doing chicken. Don’t understand how ..? If you look the cleaning you won’t order again . I was passing through and by mistake bought . Horrible experience

Pizza burnt the kebab was freezing cold and the wrap chicken was as tough as eating a school rubber

Today we ordered from this place. We order some pizzas and I can tell you they are one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Was quite scared when I was placing the order. But once they arrived and just by looking at the pizzas I knew they were going to be good ones. Thank you so much for the yummy pizzas.

Pathetic Pizza NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!! Bay today 12inch Pizza first he forgot one of the topping. Pizza crest and smelly chicken topping was not fresh. I bin it. Shop was full with smoke and you can taste smoke in pizza. Bad customer service and zero percent hygiene Pizza shop please AVOID!!!

I have only ordered delivery and not had the chance to go to the restaurant. The food was good and the delivery on time.

If I could give less than 1 I would, The bloke On the phone is a horrible angry man, speaks to customers like their dirt on the bottom of his shoe, from yelling abuse on the phone to getting aggressive when told about any issues about the orders placed and then demanding more money on delivery, disgusting customer service, food isn’t great either neither is it worth the slow and painful service, also tried to keep the sides we ordered once delivery was sent.

AVOID!!! Only good thing about this place is how cheap it is but not worth it as the food is nasty, oily chewy and if that wasn’t enough we even found a few hairs on the pizza & most of the time food is cold, ordered a few different times to give them the benefit of the doubt but nothing changed n when I called up, the man on the phone was very angry that we called to explain the issue, needs to work on his customer service skills for sure, Not to forget swearing at us before putting the phone down on us twice, safe to say we will not be returning and wouldn’t Recommend to anyone atall.

my daughter ordered food and the man didn’t bring change, she kindly gave him the chance to go back and get her the change without an issue and the man agreed but never came back with the change

First time I tried this place and got a pizza. Great price and the food tasted pretty decent, although I'm known to eat anything, but the whole place screams food poisoning. The restaurant is dark and looks unclean. That's not to say it is though. The bossman was really nice, and I don't blame the staff for not acting like work is all smiles because I know a job like that sucks the soul out of you no matter which way you look at it. I will be coming back, but it will feel risky because of those food poisoning vibes

A Absloute class takeaway, Chicken is peng and bossman always puts extra wings with average chips on the side, generally a cheaper and better nandos however please order your food 2-3 business days before , the food is honesty very good but my order has always been very late overall a good takeway and alternative although your delivery driver could be pulled over by the feds ( true story) so order early !

This is one of my favourite places for takeout food! The piri piri chicken is succulent and extremely well flavoured! The chips are also very nice and overall it's a great option if you're into chicken! Delivery is always on time with a very friendly service.

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good. The pepperoni pizza, seekh kebab, bolognese and mozzarella sticks were soo good. chips were well cooked as well. burgers were succulent. i love the cheap deals. The only thing that's not good though is the peri peri chicken. It looked undercooked and 100 percent underspiced. Good and professional service.Highly recommended if you live near Cemetery Junction.

Found this Place Maybe a year ago, we rarely order from elsewhere when we are home.... We have tried most of menu now and I can say the food is of great taste across the board... The peri peri chicken is amazing! Extra Hot all the way!.... The burgers, The pizza’s (Amazing base and Topping choices), The Wraps, Even The coleslaw (My partners choice) was amazing.... Kids Meals aswell of a good size! Great Kebab options with availability of Juicy or Crispy.... I could just go on.... 5 Hygiene Stars aswell! Great Delivery Staff polite! Don’t Let your standards Slip! I love this place.... blesssss Up

Brilliant pizzas, wonderful strips and absolutely fresh chips at a very reasonable cost! The customers service is simply great. I would definitely recommend everyone to try Reading Pizza if they want value for their money and taste for their taste buds!

Went here 4 times total hoping I just got unlucky once or twice. Asked for salt and they never put it in. They look so gloomy and unwelcoming. Their chips are the worst I've had from any shop. Even frozen chips are better that you get in tesco. Either fix up this shop top to bottom or you will keep receiving 1* reviews from your customers!! Disappointing

Absolute joke of a place. Ordered food at 18h15, was told delivery would arrive at 19h30. By 20h30 we still hadn't received our delivery, yet on the JustEat it was updated on the app as "delivered". Tried to phone, they refused to answer. Never been so mad and disappointed in a lying place before

Extremely rude staff. Food delivered over 1 hour late, cold and packaging half broken/ripping apart. If 0 star was available thats what this place would get.

It's a joke,was told my delivery was going to be a hour due to short of staff,it turned out to be 1hr 40mins was lied to when called to chase up the order.was charged £4 for delivery charge and no apology from over the phone or by driver.you have lost a customer durning this epidemic time.

Over hundreds of orders I placed over the years with so many different shops I can clearly say that it was the worst food I ever tasted in my life, I spend over £35 and all the food that I ordered came in two small containers. delivery was late by 30mins, food was cold, none of the sauces came or the cutlery and napkins which I requested. what kind of mentality will put salad on hot food and cover the whole thing with cold sauce and close the lid and send it. I got a whole pounder burger which suppose come with cheese but nothing in it was really dry but somehow came with a really soggy bun, it requires a talent to achieve that. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone not even for a bag of chips.

This really is excellent pizza. I come here once a week after the gym and always look forward to it. The quality is excellent and the price is very reasonable. Plus, the management are always very friendly to me.

Good service, deliveroo sadly messed up the order by not assigning a rider, so that is more their issue... Company phoned us to inform us that deliveroo hadn't assigned a rider, very polite on the phone. We had two pizzas both of which were good and some chips, all on par with dominos in my opinion.

We've had pizza from here a number of times and must say that recently they have really upped their game. Pizzas are topped really well and taste great too.

I had a very long black or dark brown hair in my pizza so not impressed!

I wouldn’t even rate this place one star. The kebab was very dry and I’m 100% sure that the chips and the kebab was microwaved. The lettuce was old, and the wings was also very dry. The food arrived late and the delivery man banged on my door showing no respect at all, took my money, And surprisingly just left, not asking if I wanted my change. The chicken was the only thing that was not dry, however the chicken was still undercooked. Very, very poor service. Even the man I spoke to the phone was very rude. He told us to cancel our order if we were to impatient to wait. This is the first and last time I’m buying ANYTHING from this so called ‘resturant’

Disgusted with the service from this company, no one speaks any English, they don't seem to know what Hungry house is, hung up on us twice on the phone, and when the LATE order finally arrived, one half of of order was missing and the delivery man refused to give us any of our money back, yet said "if we gave him more money" he would deliver the rest of our food in 45 mins - 1 hour! Paid £3 for slow delivery. Food that did arrive was of an Ok standard but old lettuce was used in burgers, along with soggy hash browns and greasy chips. Will not be wasting my time on ordering from this company again - would say the £20 order was actually worth less than a fiver. And they could do with some better staff who are actually knowledgeable on their shop, who understand their customers and don't hang up on them, and are polite. They then proceeded to call us back after we had complained to HungryHouse (who had then contacted them) and seemed to have a go at us down the phone in words that we could not understand. Horrible place to buy food from would not recommend to anyone.

Something has massively changed when I last visited. The taste has certainly improved by leaps and bound and I was amazed to see the cleanliness and high standard of service. Staff were in uniform and very welcoming. I ordered House special 18" and a peri peri chicken deal for less than £20. The pizza had a good quality cheese with right amount of cheese as well as dough tasted very fresh. Chicken was grilled and flamed so well that it tasted better than Nando

Poor food took over hour and a half to turn up when it did it was cold and half the meal was missing to then have to wait ages for my refund to finally go get something else to eat

3rd time I order online and it's the second time they forget half of the order. The food is good but the delivery experience is really bad. When the rest of the order arrive, the first half of the order is already cold

Tried this shop about a month ago when I was roaming around cementry junction with my family to have some food after visiting funfair at palmar park. We ordered 18" pizza to share with some chips+drinks. Price was suprisingly much cheaper than others. On the top of that the pizza was really delicious. Whole family really enjoyed the meal. Staffs were very freindly & polite. Shop was bright and tidy. Since then I've been ordering food from there many times and everytime received exceptional service. Tried piri piri chicken as well after their staff recommendation and loved it too :) They desrve more than 5 stars. Small shop down the road at cementry junction. So can't be noticed by everyone but should give it one try and surely nobody won't get disappointed.

The chicken is too spicy, they have the same flavours like many others (lemon and herb, mild, medium and hot) but their scale is completely different. Also the guy we found was very rude and was like mocking us because we didn't like the spiceness. Very childish and unprofessional. There are far better places near cemetery junction.
