Very bad service I rang to order pizza and the owner man was very rude and shouting over the phone . Really rude customer service

Literally the best pizza I’ve ever had my two personal favourites are the pepperoni and the meaty one this beats all other pizza places by far if I were rich I would hire pizza go go to be my personal chefs amazing thankyou so much

Ordered twice, once it was really good but the second time was below average as very little cheese was put.

Ordered for collection. Lady was rude on the phone. No garlic dips in the pizza boxes. And wrong pizzas given. Tasted disgusting. Won't be using again

Foods average. I’ve ordered from these guys a few times which are atleast £30-£40 orders and the last order I placed I had a guy on the phone telling me that I have to order earlier because they shut at 12 but on Google it’s says they are open until 1am. If this is the case then you should not be accepting orders at 11:25pm. Really really rude guy on the phone who also ended up making me pay more cash to get the food delivered. Will never be ordering from them again.

Back from the pub with some mates. Rang up for a meal deal.. got 2 medium pizzas no sides or drinks for £23, didnt quite hear what he said so thought sides would come with it, pizza guy came with 2 medium pizzas, should of sent them back, even on the leaflet for £23 you get a drink and sides with your medium pizzas feel scammed. Beware everyone. Will never order again ever from this place. Pizza was not even that good either. Pizzahut or Domino's for me from now on.

Doesn't even compare to the one in Slough. Low quality topings, dough was uncooked. The driver left my pizza at a wrong address ! Honestly, this shop has a lot to learn about pizza from the shop in Slough.

Too be honest they are lovely people never rush them I tell you something it takes time to make the pizza fresh by scratch plus people need to understand rush hour like traffic they can only do there best plus they can't break the rules of the road mostly they have families to support you lot will understand i make sure me as a customer I understand I say a big thank you to them for doing there best kind regards from alamin. !!

We ordered a delivery ..it took them 2 hours to deliver.The food was cold and disappointing

Ordered 3 pizzas. 1.5 hours later I called and asked if I was getting my delivery. He said that he forgot my order and told me to get a refund through the app, knowing that this was not possible. Waste of time pizza shop. DON'T BOTHER!!!

Joke of a place. Ordered on the app. Rang up to ask where my order was to be told that it was cancelled. They didn't even tell me. I need to email them to get a refund. Don't bother with them.

Made a mistake myself with the crust, not their fault. But it was soggy,greasy and disgusting. As bad as dominos.

Chicken wings were extremely small and the bbq sauce was clearly the cheapest available. The pizza was over cooked and full of greese that dripped off pizza and the whole lot went in yhe bin before I remembered to take pictures. ****AVOID AVOID AVOID*** And we all know the owner will reply with "sorry to hear this" but in essence they don't care

Ordered Pizza 1.30h ago still hasn't come yet they saying the driver has a problem ... Well it's not my problem no respect!

Some nice quality pizzas from this place, plenty of toppings on pizzas. And cooked fresh to order. Just remember to order a dip. Ordering online is quick and easy and plenty of good deals too.

Too oily,greasy and salty ingredients!!!

We have been customers fow the last few months and order twice a month. Last night a placed an order to be delivered at 8pm and at 6.45 i received a call thay they were trying to deliver and noone was at home. I explained there was a commenet made on the comments section for a delivery at 8pm and the lady on the phone said"well, noone told me". Our order was delivered at 8.10pm and the chips were cold and our pizza just warm. Obviously they delivered the same pizza and chips they tried to deliver almost 1 hiur andaa half earlier. Very disappointing, will not be ordering again. Perhaps GoGoPizza have new clients and dont want/need to keep old clients who only order twice a month.

Its cheap and its tasty but it can be sometimes overly greasy.

My son has ordered from pizza gogo for a long time myself and my husband always ordered from a larger high street name we gave these a guys a go and found their pizzas far better - the thin crust is fab won't go anywhere else now thank you pizza go go

Horrible pizza, tastes like it has been reheated.

A complete disaster! We ordered 2 pizzas that came with free nachos. On order we were given no delivery time, it just mentioned would be with us as soon as possible. More than 45 minutes later we rang and said pizzas were on the way, however, they arrived after more than 1h after the order time. The nachos were cold and soggy so impossible to eat, pizzas were cold, and the pizza carried at the bottom had all the cheese completely stuck to the lid so looked like a complete mess.

One of the best tasting pizza places in Reading! Fantastic pizza for a Friday night takeaway. Ordered two large pizzas. Pizzas were topped generously with a variety of fresh toppings and generous portions. The crust was delicious and sauces complimented the pizza well, especially garlic and herb and chilli. Pizza was made fresh in front of us and was ready within 15mins. Friendly customer service. I will be ordering from here again next week! Recommend to others in Reading.

They are useless can't understand English and eventually I say house 14 he sais 31, I said don't bother.

Worst Pizza I ever had, I just remembered that I bought a pizza with pepperoni from them about 2 years ago and I still consider it the worst pizza in Reading. The picture of the pizza looked really nice full of pepperoni but the pizza itself had about 4 slices of pepperoni that were each sliced in 2-3 pieces , they are so cheap that they have done that, I couldn't believe it, but I remember that dreadful pizza every time I drive past them on Basingstoke Road or just get a leaflet from them

My pepperoni pizza was meant to be only pepperoni but it came with red onions and other vegetables my friends don't enjoy. You can get much better pizzas twice the size at Asda cafe for only six pounds. Worst pizza I have ever had!

Say one price on phone then charge extra when u make payment theifs I wouldn't trust them I was told total of £12 then when I made payment was charged £14.50

Firstly sent me wrong order (was an online order), they put jalapeños not green chillies and no garlic source which I paid extra for originally. So they offered to replace after I refused to just remove topping myself. The chap was rude and advised me that I had to return original. Fair play. The delivery driver knocked 45mins later, gave it the large with a lot of attitude and gave me my correct order. Then I opened it, one fruit fly and deliberate clusters and clusters of green chilli. See pics. Lads hope this isn't a a franchise as you know word gets around easily and plenty nice places around. For getting my order wrong in the first place I get the token punishment of harassment and CLUSTERS OF CHILLIES ...so not the 90's gents. We have the internet!

So, the pizza is kind of burned up, and the hard crust and meat makes it even worse... I'm sorry. Change the pizza guy and then MAYBE you could win back a few costumers.

Ordered BBQ original and Chicken Hot Pizza. They were hot when arrived. Very nice food. Only chicken is Halal.

Ordered at 7.30pm this evening and my order didn't arrive until 9.15pm... rang a few Times and was told they were really busy and had no staff and that my driver had left 10 minutes ago which was actually 30 minutes before the pizza arrived. Disappointed and no refund was provided.

This pizza was not worth the money at all advertised as a meaty pizza however only a few little pieces dotted around the pictures were stolen from Google! Pizza didn't have much flavour to it and when I called the company he refused to sort out the issue and charged me a surcharge without notifying me first! I will not return back here again as the pizza was not worth the money nor was the service!

Well what can i say. I found the best Pizza place there is not only the place is nice and clean. And making them by the people who owns it. My husband is a fussy eater. One evening i decided to go there instead of papa johns. Because i have never tasted pizza gogo before i thought once wont hurt. Well like i said my husband is fussy. I bought him one which i think is the right size for him not only did he eat it all. He also comented that it was the right size and very filling. So pizza gogo you have some more customers. Thank you.

Ordered pizza...cant do offers takeaway even in back street....what u guys do for customers with disability

Where do i begin... Firstly the delivery driver called me passed the delivery time to tell me I had given the wrong address blaming me for the mistake and taking my address. This is not possible as I ordered through JustEat so my address is pre entered. I have double checked and it was correct. Secondly The pizza and potato side arrived cold despite the pizza being burnt in places. The size of the pizza was at least a full inch smaller than stated. Thirdly Shortly after binning my uneatable pizza i received a phone call from the store stating that i need to give the driver an extra 1 pound for delivery charges despite having already paid 13 pound for a pizza deal costing 10.99. Lastly there was scarce toppings, a large amount of RAW onion and almost no sauce on top of the fact that it was burnt.

Ordered 8.30pm got it 9.45pm, order incomplete waited .30 mins for rest of order. Not recommend or use again. Reseason they said was there busy!!!!

Pizza delivery time was stated as taking 30-45 minutes. Received a phone call after an hour saying they "only just" received the order due to "technical difficulties". Instead of trying to fix this problem by now giving priority to the order, I was told that delivery would take *another* hour (not 30-45 minutes) "because it was busy". Seriously, TWO HOURS for pizza delivery? Well done. Not only did you get yourself an order cancelled, you've lost yourself a customer *and* gained a one-star review. Unfortunately one star is the least I'm allowed to give.
