I took Chinese noodles with chicken and my partner took Chinese noodles with shrimp, unfortunately the whole dish was dry, chicken, shrimp and vegetables were dried out.. tasteless!

The guy behind the counter was really rude to me. I asked about about an offer they had in front he simply said “no”. When we spent 10 minutes chatting over our meal, the guy just pointed to the door, saying “Get out”. When we reluctantly left we saw a few of his mates who just came in went behind the counter. Will never come here again.

Completely inedible. Chicken was grey in colour. Everything was cold. Couldn't eat it but even a bite left me feeling so sick. Absolutely disgusting.

Pathetic service! Waited 30 mins to give an order as the staff guy was busy on his phone only to be told that we are not taking any orders (15 min still left from the closing time). This guy was extremely rude and repeatedly refused to take our order. I am definitely going to complain abt this to the restaurant owner.

i was with Sameer. the staff guy was very rude and even though his colleague and another customer requested him to take our order, this rude guy refused to take our order. he was on the phone himself whilst ignoring us the whole time.

Amazing food and great friendly service

Disgusting service. The manager was rude. The corridor was dark and had no lights and I fell on the floor which had puddle of water in the corridor . The Shisha was weak. Please do not come here. The manager was rude unprovoked

First time trying, expected a lot better. First of all the ‘lamb doner’ tasted nothing Like lamb more like beef and chicken mix and had a weird taste, was very sticky like a glue texture, overcooked and stupidly greasy, secondly the rice just tasted like curry powder and chilli powder which was so overpowering, but was grainy and had a great texture so had been cooked perfectly. Unfortunately First and last time for us tho

Service is amazing. Front of house staff are very polite and food is excellent

I went in to dine in with my friend but I would say the food was nice however the service that we received was not to the best level. The front of house staff seemed quite confused and just looked unhappy to work there. The owner was very kind and was happy to receive any sort of feedback :)

Sorry I havent got time to write a review. I just cant put this awesome burger down . In fact stop reading and just go get yourself one... In the famous words of Mick Jagger.... I cant get no satisfaction, well you can now so head down to All Star Burgers

Ordered 2 milkshakes, had to wait 20 minutes when it was not busy. Not impressed with the service at all. Don't recommend to anyone

Decent food, burgers are not quite as good as smash & grab's burgers(the best beef burgers in Reading) but nevertheless i still rated them because they are angus beef burgers but chips are not good too soft not crispy at all and service was ok the girls seemed to get lost with the orders at times but maybe that's because the place was busy

Sorry but not really impressed. Massively over priced and the quality of food doesn't match anything near what your paying. I literally feel like I've been conned. The chips are yank 🤢🤢 I won't be coming back ever. I would advise others to avoid this place as it's a massive rip off.

I visited this place yesterday and I must say the burger was really nice. The owner was really polite and the customer service in general was good

Been waiting for months for this shop to open, first time coming to eat bossman blessed me with a 20% discount for a burger meal and I can say with chest that this is one of the best places to eat in reading, service was excellent, tables were clean and most importantly the food was flavor bursting, 100% coming here again

Do not come here. Prices are extreme and food is standard. I had some awful service from the servers as they gave me the wrong order, charged me more and didn’t want to refund me the money..
