Tasty House in Horsham

Delivery took 2 hours. They should have told us that and we would’ve ordered from somewhere else. There are plenty of competitors in Horsham. Food was average at best.

Simply ordered 15 minutes before kick off and the game was over by the time the food came (2 hours 15 minutes). Disappointing night all around with England losing and my order not arriving in an acceptable time! Response from deliveroo was “tough… ship happens” so no more orders through Deliveroo!!

We ordered dry wok pork from their ‘Chinese specialty’ menu. There was 100% zero pork in the dish. No matter how much we stirred the aluminium dish, simply, there was no pork, only potato! We are a Chinese Malaysian couple and over all this was so disappointing. The Singapore noodles were made with fat egg noodle which isn’t authentic either. We will avoid in future. We have reported the total lack of pork in our ‘pork’ dish via Just Eat and we await a response. Just totally inadequate and we are very unhappy customers.

Sweet and sour chicken, the chicken was like rubber the Cantonese pork was inedible. The chicken rice was not cooked properly.. Tbh the only decent thing was the prawn crackers

We ordered on a Friday night for delivery over the phone. They gave us 5% off for paying by card (10% if it was cash), and free delivery! Much better than going through deliveroo. We were told the wait would be 45 mins - 1 hour, which is expected in a Friday night, but the food arrived within 20 minutes! Amazing food, piping hot as well! Would defo recommend for a great Chinese takeaway :)

The food was average and palatable but the waiting time for delivery was much longer than we were told. Also the containers were badly packed and one had leaked sauce which made things quite messy.

Can confirm the food was not ‘tasty’ at all. If I could leave 0 I would. Terrible takeaway service and food. Social distancing was non-existent. After waiting 45 mins after expected arrival time, all the food was luke warm at best and smelt weird. Save you’re money.

Worst company to order from ring then hour later after order for them to say we hadn’t ordered them they said slip has just printed was fuming as they said had to wait over an hour AGAIN, then they started abusive texting me personally and they breached GDPR !! They have been reported

Food is always top quality and quick, management are super polite and friendly and their traditional recipes are all anazingly authentic.

Absolutely crap, the worsed Chinese I have used ever in my life, not edible at all, spare ribs were ‘spare fat’, one meal for one and the chicken dish was served in some sort of thick sauce

Absolute waste of money paid £39 for all I can say was awful never again would I visit this place, wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. £3 for a pint of coke complete rip-off stay clear.

Decent food and friendly staff. They do a nice buffet during lunch times and most days will deliver to your door.

Good price and that was were it ended, We had the Buffet option at lunch time on 22/11/19 the food was limited and with the exception of the rice the food was ok for the price we paid and that was were it ended. Whilst eating our meal I witnessed a White male who appeared to be in his twenty's and in charge being very off hand with two ladies in there late fifties when they complained about being charged extra for leaving food which was mainly the rice. We finished our meal and I went to pay the same white male asked if everything was ok to which I explained I would never come back again after witnessing such bad behavior to the two ladies. He explained to me I didn't under stand and that if food was left he lost money. He is right and he will be loosing money because myself,my wife and friends will no longer be using his restaurant

Ate here this lunchtime, all the food on display was lukewarm at best, pointless complaining as they just shrug their shoulders, had one portion which we left most of, as it was disgusting

I have been going there for ages, however i think recently maybe the chef has changed or changing. The buffet is good value for money, but i prefer Dim Sum
