Hit and miss on food quality and also the same hit and miss on if you get hot or cold food. If you want tomato base on a pizza make sure you order extra tomato because you can't taste the standard base topping. Kebab meat goes from perfect to burnt thin bits drowned in garlic sauce and 1 time tge portion size is great and other times you would think you've ordered a kids portion. 5 star service for fast delivery and driver is always very polite. If you get a perfect meal one week I guarantee the next week you won't get the same quality food unfortunately. If you like pepperoni order extra topping and that goes for the cheese and tomato and anything else.

Got doner meat and chips, meat was dripping in grease or oil i mean, drenched , chips had rot and eyes, never again, best to cook your own , disgusting.

Got pizza delivared and pizza was wrong i said no veg it came with veg when we tryed to return it to driver we were called liers and refuse to take it thier lost my custom i did enjoy thier pizzas now im staying away

Gone down hill recently. Ordered a chicken parmo from them. Two hours to deliver and either the chicken or sauce was off. Had a horrible sweet smell. Went in the bin. Will not be using them again.

Horrendous DONT ORDER!!! Food always turns up stone cold customer service is ridiculous and to be told at half 9 they have no Bolognese sauce left and basically made out to be a liar by staff it’s not the first time they have done it either it has been atleast 3 times in recent weeks SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE THAT IS EDIBLE !!! HONESTLY STAFF ARE A JOKE !!!!!

Ordered chicken parmo and chicken kebab , chilli n garlic ,I got a lovely parmo but the chicken kebab was awful it come in a broken box inside was few bits of chicken over spiced and a pitta bread soaked in fat not worth the money at all and they was no chilli instead I got 2 garlic

The food is really nice, just a shame the customer service is rubbish. An example of such would be a few times that I've ordered a meal that is supposed to come with a drink or dips and have not received the drink/dip. When I went back into the shop and asked about it, I was told "We have none left" Why did I have to ask about this? Surely they should have mentioned it when they served me? Also when phoning in an order, the guy really rushed me and then hung up on me before I'd completed my order. HOWEVER! The food IS really good, but always check your order before leaving, as 9/10 they get it wrong!

Phoned up to make a pick up the snotty girl on the phone could benefit from some customer service skills the way she spoke was like I'd just robbed her house or something the way she spoke to me on the phone, boyfriend went to collect the order he said she had a face on her like a hippos arse and was like yeah can I help ya , yeah I've come to collect order nah don't know what your on about sure your at the right place ? yeah we just phoned,.....sorry can't help you rang back when we got in they now agree we made the order and said they will do it now if you want to come and collect again I'd have no trouble with that,, mistakes are made in any profession not a problem, but the way they speak to you put me off kind of had me wondering what would someone so angry with the world do to your food for complaining no thanks rather starve don't eat goz.
