Tasties Hatfield in Welwyn Hatfield

I got a brownie from the dessert place, it tasted okay but the hygiene is horrible. The lady used her bare hands and had overgrown nails. I had to ask her to put on gloves and remake the brownie as I was not eating a brownie that someone had rubbed their nails on. There is also no decent menu, instead, there is just a bunch of paper on the wall that you have to find the thing you want. When I came in, there was no one at the till, and I had to shout "hello" multiple times for someone to come.

The worst lamb doner I ever ate, was cold and they forgot the drink..

The kebab was inedible! I couldn't believe what they delivered. Just a few chunks of burnt meat that you couldn't even chew. This was the worst kebab I've ever had. In all my years of buying kebabs this is by far the absolute worst I've ever seen. Donner kebabs are supposed to be thin slices of lamb in a pitta roll, what they sent was disgusting. If I could give a negative rating it would be a -10. I'll never order from that place again and I highly recommend nobody else does.i wish I could post the picture of what arrived so everyone could see the rubbish they call a kebab. Shocking.

Food is very good for a quick bite

I have only ordered deliveries but the food is definitely worth the money because I kept ordering again and again.

I have only ever had either sausage in french or bacon in french or in baps either way it’s always been very nice I’ve had my food delivered which at £3 is reasonable but not at £5 so I collected a couple of times there is no incentive to be a regular customer like a discount scheme but still very good food for a van and not a shop

The Baileys Caramel milkshakes are to die for and so moreish. The kids love the non alcoholic one's and they serve loads of different flavours of Kelly's from Cornwall ice cream. Smoothies are good too. Never tried the food, so I can't comment, only milkshakes, smoothies and ice cream!

I ordered a burger , nearly vomited . Burger meat not cooked properly …

Wow....so I ordered on just eat this morning. What a waste of money! The Food was really horrible.....warm and smelly! I ordered chips ....it came with a load of cheese on top? Why? The mushrooms were boiled and horrible.....I practically spit it out of my mouth ! Nasty food! I ordered based on the reviews but it does make me think that the reviews are fake? BIG NO!

I ordered an ice cream and a cappuccino. The ice cream in a cone was nice. The cappuccino was one of the worst I've ever had in my life. Not sure what happened as it was prepared at the back but it tasted like a diluted instant coffee with milk just added, no foam at all. Would not even charge a penny for it myself let alone £1.95.

The food was delicious! The chips were lovely and soft with abit of crunch just how we love them ! The burger was full of flavour! The food was also lovely and hot! And early!!! Honestly we love ordering from here can never go wrong ordering from Tasties they truly live up to the name ! Delivery was fast

I order from tasties often, and honestly i can't fault them. Even using delivery apps, the prices are great, the food is always delicious and hot and they arrive quickly (and i dont live particularly close at all) Also one of the few places that actually seem to take notice of the written order changes, really appreciate it guys, 10/10

1 slice of bacon in a sausage and bacon baguette? Neil must be a bit short this month. Keep it pal. Won't return.

Food hygiene a disgrace. The mans attitude is awful. Talking on phone whilst cooking then handling food. Got order wrong and when said it was wrong, he complained to me. Chips were only just cooked and obviously left over chips were in basket they were burnt. Terrible place.

Not a great experience. Went for breakfast while waiting for my dog to be groomed on the same parade. The man made a breakfast box i ordered. The eggs were 'snotty' and undercooked, the beans that he microwaved were stone cold in the middle (needed stirring and to be further heated), the sausages were still cold, the mushrooms were absolutely vile. Only edible part was the hashbrowns and bacon. He was handling raw and cooked meat with no hand washing or gloves - poisoning waiting to happen. My daughter ordered chips and curry sauce seperately and the chips were inedible due to the amount of salt on them! And similarly her curry sauce was also stone cold in the pot so clearly not a one off. Really disappointed and will not return. Needs new staff who know how to even reheat food safely and more care and attention to the food

Just had a burger and chips from there. Should be called “Salties” as there was so much salt on the chips they were inedible. Burger was average at best. Won’t be going back. Sadly, don’t have the option of avoiding the lunatic who drives the pink Fiat delivery car.

Never had a bad experience from here. Nice food, pleasant service - definitely doesn't deserve the bad ratings it has on here. I'd recommend a bacon and hash brown baguette, delicious!!

The food is just amazing. We work around the corner and are always ordering from these guys. Never been let down. Love it!

Food was absolutely horrid, cheapest fairground type burger and greasy disgusting chips with lump of grated cheese dumped ontop ... would not recommend to anyone !

My son just got home with a small blue pot of single scoop chocolate ice-cream. No problem there until he told me it was £2!!!! Unbelievable rip-off. I agree people should make profit but that must be a 2000% markup. So that's not very good burgers from the food truck and poor delivery times from a previous order and now extortionate ice cream. Good luck for the future.

Non existent food hygiene, I ordered a tea and sausage baguette, the guy threw 3 already cooked sausages on the grill then threw some raw ones on too, away from the cooked ones but lined up the raw ones with his fingers, no gloves, he then turned around and grabbed a cup and started making my tea! Obviously I didn't want anything now and asked the guy if he'd heard of food hygiene. If this is what happens front of house god knows what happens behind the scenes.

Deserts are amazing from here. You have to wait while but definitely worth the wait.

Absolutely disgusting service ordered a bbq beef brisket wrap sent a minted lamb one called just to let them know and they rudely tried to tell me it was not wrong. as I hate minted lamb I think I know the difference. I would never go here again the guy on the phone needs an attitude adjustment shame as I've not had a problem before.

Really disappointed. The restaurant called to advise they did not have any jacket potatoes. I missed the call and therefore called back and left a message asking to just send the chilli with rice or chips. This did not happen and no mention of a refund. The chicken shish was requested with mayo, it came with a tiny bit underneath. Not impressed at all. This is a shame as our company would quite like to make orders in the future but this won't happen if they cannot even respond or mention a refund for the food not received. As I am in and out of meetings, I have emailed and text the number who called this morning. No response via either.

Food was very good- however my order was missing an item and another one was incorrect.

We've been here twice my boyfriend and I love this place the food is outstanding, the milkshakes are the best around and so are the ice-creams, the staff are always friendly,the drive has delivered on time and I will recommend this place to everyone. If I could give it more stars then I would. THE FOOD EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE IT'S THE BEST AROUND RIGHT NOW SO TAKE YOUR SELF TO TASTIES!!!

We've had food here twice. Both times amazing experiences. Customer Service are brilliant, great delivery driver, arrived on time. Food cooked to perfection. Milkshakes are lursh, and I highly recommend the burgers! You will not find a better takeaway elsewhere! 👌👌

Absolutely rediculous!!! Had twice take away breakfast, every time something missing, last time even sausages, beans so basically breakfast with lack of breakfast. Fried eggs it's a joke. Want to complain and to have missing food to be replaced couldn't rich it. Have 2 phone numbers all wrong. It's not worth it at all to dine there. By the way they charging £2.50 for delivery which is always around 40 minutes late.

His bacon rolls on the sign says 2.50 a roll then charged me 6.00 for 2. Tried to say they were bigger rolls!! Didn't offer a refund when I mentioned it to him then got all nervous and started whistling. Avoid like the plague its total Rubbish!!! I'm letting all the film crew working at Hatfield House know that he's a rip off!!

MY first and last time here !! Got a hot dog with onions cost me £3.50 for a really small hot dog !!! Never going back.

food came quick however , beans were spilled everywhere in the bag , the sausage was bright pink in the middle and raw looked like it was cooked for less than a minute , the bacon was fatty , would not recommend this place 🤦🏽‍♀️

There was missing food, and it was cold when it was delivered. It took over 1 hour 40 mins to turn up. Customer service was awful, the lady on the telephone was very rude.
