I recently tried this pizza place recommended by a friend, and it was amazing! This place is undoubtedly serving the best pizzas in Hatfield. The pizzas tasted just like they were homemade—fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Each slice was a perfect balance of a crispy crust, rich sauce, and high-quality toppings. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Ordered a few items . The pizzas were fine but the chicken wings looks awful and were all different colours, garlic bread cold and the potato skins were actually green . Will definitely not be ordering from here again

Have given this place a couple of chances now and failed both times. Deep pan is as thin as a thin crust, hardly any toppings. Won't be returning!

Expect a sauce/dip when buying a pizza. 35p isn't alot but a cheek when pizza costs over a tenner.

Best pizzas on the market delivered to your tent with out am issue defiantly can't complain food is always spot on and cut properly unlike dominoes or pizza hut service is spot on the lady on the phone has been there years and every time I ring up she always answers so happy my go to place for pizza and chocolate fudge cake can't even complain about any think the food is always banging with taste makes your taste buds errupt

Waited over an hour then they delivered our pizza to the wrong address. Waited another hour and it wasn't great. First time and last.

Very rude lady on the phone while placing my order shouting for the number and address i think she death. Not sure by anyways waiting 45 mins for my pizza to arrive it was 18 inches but sended 15 inches told the driver to change it cuz i order 18 inches not 15 inches but he left after getting paid . The driver man came to hand me the pizza. With his dirty hand and dirty clothes for God sake send your drivers with clean clothes and clean hands at least hygienic comes first while handling food. Will never ever in my whole order from them again. And i also do not recomend to order from them if you dont want to food poision. Also when delivering please where face mask and gloves for clinets safety.

Best Pizza in the area in (my opinion).

I have been regularly ordering pizza from pizza palace for 10 years. My kids love it i love it thier service is amazing. Its a family run business and its always a pleasure to speak to the lady whenever we order our pizza. I would go out on a limb and say they make the best pizza in hatfield and delivery is always very quick

Thought we would give them a go because offers looked good. Pizzas better than rivals including the big chains which was a nice surprise. Highly recommended.

Cheap pizza. DO NOT GET AN XXL. Dough is way too thick. Never get the duck pizza, you will regret the sauce. To this day, I can still taste it. I liked it at first but after actual MONTHS of tasting the sauce its starting to wear me down. Every time I try to order pizza now the taste refreshes. Stops me from ordering pizza constantly I guess. Quick delivery and better pricing that dominos but you get what you pay for.

Shocking. People do not waste your money. I wouldn't even give it a star. 1.5 hours delivery time. Pizza luke warm. Hardly any toppings. Customer service disgraceful. I had stomach cramps and diarrhoea it really made me very ill. I have contacted the local council and informed them of my experience.

PLEASE READ IF NEW CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!Hairs on the spicy chicken,but actuley under the skin inbeded on the chicken.big dark black ones like spiders legs. Pizza seemed ok I had 2 slices before trying the chicken wings and making this discovery,obviously then I completely lost my apetite. 1st time ordered after trying it out from a flyer posted,Avoid this place at all costs. And you can get better tasting frozen pizza aswell from anywhere. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Amazing 18'' pizza. Just £11 with free delivery

Ordered two 'large' pizzas, when placing the order the man was illterate and couldn't understand simple english so hung up and when called back the woman was rude and was shouting down the phone. After waiting a long time for the pizza to come considering we're a 5 min drive away from the takeaway, they arrived with the order wrong! specifically said no chilli (i think they put the narga chili on the pizza) and they go and put chill in the pizza? what planet are these guys from? Then when called back to let them know they got the order wrong, they said we will replace it but come and bring back the old pizza?? Honestly such a joke of a place, used to be a good place don't know what happened now, fgs guys get a grip. (you probably didn't understand anything) hour later update: had the pizza and it was horrid, tasteless and extremely cheesy if you can call it cheese (asked for a reduced amount of cheese) and this wasnt helped by the fact that the woman owner repeatedly phoned me, shouting down the phone (any advice? call on unknown so they dont have your number or dont give yours give your friends) so back to the pizza, majority of it will probably come out within 20 mins if you get my drift as it was that bad, TAKE SOME ADVICE PEOPLE DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! and if the owners are reading this, sack the old guy and sack yourself too, give it a rest. also i feel the need to state that i would have put 0 star rather than be generous and give 1 star.

It started with a phone call in which I was put on hold for 5 minutes, before having to repeat my phone number 5 times, each time progressively slower and more antagonising. The lady on the phone told me that the pizza would take around an hour and that I would get a call when the driver was close. After 40 minutes I got a phone call from the driver who said he was at the taxi rank, which is on the other side of the campus to me. I was shouted at down the phone by a very rude driver who must have been listening in on my first phone call because he seemed to know exactly what I was told on the phone. Terrible, rude customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. The pizza however, didn't. It was tasty.

Located in Old Hatfield town just by Jobcentre. Open till late and they do good deals and discounts as well. Local pizza corner for takeaway and delivery they do have sitting for may be 4-5 people. Pizza quality is really good. Very helpful and friendly service.

False advertisement.. says it delivers to Welwyn garden city but won’t deliver to panshanger because they don’t have enough drivers. Rude cow shouting down the phone at me telling me she wants my money but hasn’t got enough drivers! Absolutely disgusting! Would not recommend!!!

Sub-par at best, pizza was lukewarm and far too chewy in texture, lacking any sort of flavouring from the toppings that were meant to be 'hot' as per the menu (those being chillies and jalapeño). The customer service was simply dreadful starting from the moment we ordered. Everything seemed inaudible to the person taking our order (who coincidentally happened to be the same guy who delivered our pizza?), and to add insult to injury, on arrival, the driver called us saying that he had arrived and to meet us at the university taxi rank as soon as possible, knowing full well that it takes the best part of 8-9 minutes to walk there from our halls (on the other side of campus). We arrived there 10 minutes after him having contacted us, only to be completely admonished for 'being 15 minutes late' (supposedly?), and for disrupting his '5 deliveries per hour' requirement that he had to fulfill. Simply put, he was rude and arrogant and would make any existing customer reconsider ordering from them again. I do not recommend this branch, despite how appealing the deals may be.

used to be the best in hatfield, but they have let things go downhill bigstyle. Bought one a couple of months ago and all the topping just slid straight off the watered down bbq sauce base, and then thought i'd give them another chance today and it was overly salted. and they got the drinks mixed up.

Best non-chain pizzeria in the area. Always seem to use fresh ingredients, and the delivery time estimation is usually accurate. 18" for £10 is an absolute steal, especially with 4 toppings. 5 * * * * * !!!
