Seriously terrible food. I ordered the ribs, and may as well have been eating leather. I've never had ribs so bad. Quite clearly the cheapest meat possible cooked with zero care. Difficult to eat. Incredibly chewy. Incredibly dry. No flavour. Chips were good at at least.......

Have eaten in before and really enjoyed our meal so decided to use for a take away. Ordered by phone for delivery as needed to notify of allergen and make some adjustments. Polite and accommodating service received. Food arrived about 50 minutes after the order was placed and it didn't dissapoint. Husband tried their new R & B Smash, very impressed! big burger with a good kick to it. Strawberry milkshakes were really tasty. Definately recommend.

Rank. Ordered take away. Burger was cold soggy and tasted bad. It’s a shame used to like this place when it first opened gone down hill. Won’t be ordering again

where to even start , burgers were so shocking that i’d prefer a mcdonald’s , order was wrong about 3 times , drinks were forgot , items not as described and staff got no idea what there doing , microwaving stuff instead of using oven , and i won’t even go into the staff touching raw and cooked meats without washing his hands , just spent around £40 in here for the two of us and honestly feel robbed , biggest joke i’ve ever been to , wouldn’t give to my dog

Don’t bother trying to order through their glitchy website for a delivery. I gave it a go and just ended up with 3 kids meals that consisted of a dry burger the size suitable for a 3yr old, 3 soggy bag of chips (thanks god for the air fryer!). When I called immediately to inform they had it wrong I was told they have receipts and that I had made a mistake. Terrible, they already had to cut their menu in half and I don’t see them being around long.

Restaurant quality food totally love this place well worth the money..presentation and flavours are exceptional...customer service excellent. ..highly recommended

Visited the area for work and wanted to try somewhere independent. Wasn’t disappointed. Really friendly and helpful guys and delicious food - the 1/2 chicken was cooked to perfection.

Rack and bone what a delightful place, I have been here many times, the first time I came here I ordered the dirty Diana l, man now that is a burger I won’t forget. The dirty Diana was probably one of the tastiest burgers I’ve had in my life it was so fat and juicy and made me mouth water. The burger reminded me of the music goat Michael Jackson and his song dirty Diana the song just played on in my head every time I took a bite out of it. This burger turned me on more then my girlfriend, nuff said. I also just had the bfc a banging crunchy chicken burger so delicious

Ordered food to coincide with arriving home. Once ordered delivery time was give 30 minutes later. Over an hour after this we were still waiting. When the food eventually arrived it was cold and the drinks order was wrong. First and last order from this place.

Newly opened, so wanted to give a try. Located in a nice place, had only vegetarian - had lots of expectation but I have to be honest it let me down - since its new maybe they will improve the food taste as well

Went into this in Welwyn, great food and great service. Staff are really nice, quick service. Their bubble tea was also great. They do take cash and card.

Found rack and bone by chance yesterday..ordered a raging bull meal to take out .service was quick and staff very helpful. When I tried the burger well amazing is not a word strong enough to say how good this was ...with the spicy sauce, coleslaw, burger it blew me away ..I also ordered onion rings as an extra to the meal with the skin on fries . My only suggestion would be to provide wooden utensils as it was a bit messy when eating with your hands (hotels don't usually have forks and knifes in the rooms). Well done guys

New menu change has really dropped the standard of burgers and customisation. Staff were friendly but I can only imagine the owners have changed as everything is now halal and no bacon is on offer aswell as the meat tasting a bit suspect

Very solid place, would highly recommend the loaded fries. Although the ribs aren’t the same as what they used to be although sauce is good. And again very solid place👍

Absolutely disgusting.. another just eat charlatan who couldn’t give a hoot about food quality… the massive pork loin smothered in bbq sauce with piece of bone for effect I’ve just received… in not ribs… and as for the nachos.. what a joke of a place.. don’t waste your money at this place, it’s junk

AVOID. Used to be a regular customer for many years, but since the menu has been changed been very disappointed, can only imagined they’ve changed hands. Used to be the best burgers in Welwyn, offering extensive customisation of burgers, fries etc. they’ve now cut down the menu. Won’t be ordering again, despite it being cheaper than it used to be it wasn’t worth the money. Couldn’t even finish the food.

It was amazing experience. I had been there multiple times and never got disappointed , the food was great specially chicken wrap and beef burger very delicious . Definitely worth it for the price. Also amazing customer service from staff. I would 💯 recommend

Near here for work and decided to call in this place. Was one of the best food decisions I've made recently. Guy serving was super friendly and helpful and food was outstanding.

There own menu and the menu on just eat are completely different. When I called the restaurant they replaced the burger with yet again the wrong burger. When I called them the man was very very rude and basically called me a liar.

Used to be the best burgers around! The sauces on the burgers were absolutely amazing! We went to order today and sadly they’ve changed things on the menu. One of them is replacing their original burger sauces with ketchup and mustard?!?? Absolutely disgusting. Even the burgers themselves have nothing in common with what they were. Truly disappointing. Will be looking for a new burger place.

Absolutely beautiful burger, I ordered the dirty Diana an absolute masterpiece of a meal, the flavours were heavenly and made my mouth water, honestly the best burger I’ve tasted. Hear me out, this fat juicy burger turned me on more than my girlfriend. All I could hear playing in my head was the song dirty Diana by Michael Jackson and that just made the experience better, rest up the goat. The staff was amazing ,quality people big up and respect. Love brothers. Keep up the grind quality place.

Ate here for the first time today with some friends. The staff were lovely, the burgers we had were on point and we didn’t have to wait long for the food to arrive. The sauces were very tasty. Thank you and would recommend, look forward to visiting again.

I ordered chicken sandwich meal, was not asked what drink I wanted was just given a coke. The gentleman next to me received his food and had to have his jalapeño poppers reheated as they were frozen when he bit into them. When I got home I also ordered garlic Parmesan wings, good flavour however on my last wing there were visible dark and thick hairs/ feather on my wing. This does happen, but has made me rethink the wings I had eaten before seeing this and not looking at them enough.

Amazing ribs, very tender and not dry at all. The service was great they even gave us some fruits and dates to break our fast which was beyond kind of them.

Ordered a collection last night. The food was perfect - especially the onion rings. Service was lovely and food was ready fast. Will 110% be using rack & bone again and definitely recommend it to everyone that likes burgers.

Totally disappointed. Chicken wings pre cooked with poured over sauce. Definitely not jerk chicken! Pulled chicken fries...cold, dry fries with chopped dry chicken breast spread over the top...that ain't pulled chicken! And well over priced..won't be going back in a hurry. For the amount spent you expect freshly cooked, hot food that is what the menu says 🙄

Rack and bone never fail to disappoint. Ordered two beef ribs with chips. One with gravy and one with bbq sauce and both were absolutely beautiful. Meat was melting in our mouths, whilst the sauce was flavoursome and perfect combination with the beef ribs. I also told them it was my birthday to which they provided me with a special little cake with a note saying happy birthday which was a lovely touch too! They are honestly so kind and hospital. Thank you rack and bone team! I’ll be ordering a lot more from you guys!

The chicken wings are very, very nice.

Just ordered this evening through deliveroo.......so the chicken was uncooked.....I'll post photos....the burger had so much sauce that you really couldn't eat it ! The sweetcorn had a weird smell......And I had to call about my coke.....and they call me back to ask if is in the white bag? Wasn't.....Thank you for coke. I received it.....Omg I ordered again today......worst jerk wings? Just a very strong smelly powder on top! Hot dog....lol ...please look at the picture....thats a sausage! ...and believe me I lost my words for burger.....hahahaha

Great place offering good food with excellent variety of flavours. The staff were friendly, providing excellent service. The beef rack was really tasty and not dry like most other places. Tried the Naga Fire and Bang Bang dips and they were very flavorful with good amount of heat (only if you can take spice). Will need to try their burgers next time!

Editing my previous review as the quality assurance has dramatically improved in 2023: This year we have found the orders from rack and bone delicious, fast and accurate. The gluten free bun is great too. I would now recommend it to others as a great burger place!

I have just eaten here for lunch and I'm stuffed! I have eaten a lot of chicken burgers in my time and this one is right up there among the best. My bro ordered a mac n cheese as a side to his ribs, I can also tell you the mac n cheese is packed full of flavour. Also the gents behind the bar today are friendly and mellow and obviously care about cleanliness and craftsmanship. Eat here. You wont regret it.

I had the ribs with BBQ sauce, and the meat came off the bone perfectly. The ribs were tender on the inside and well-balanced with a slight char on the burnt ends, providing the right amount of texture without being chewy. I would highly recommend it to any meat lover.

Ordered tonight for the first time for a celebratory takeaway and we are absolutely blown away! The best takeaway we’ve had in a while! Chicken burgers, beef ribs, wings - the lot! We all really enjoyed our meals and the dog absolutely loved the rib bones afterwards! 🐶

Delicious halal burgers, perfectly made. Quick service, good seating, fair prices. I can easily recomment. Will definitely revisit.

People clearly have mixed experiences here. Service isn't the most attentive but it's worth it for the food. The ribs are fantastic, great chips, and my family have said good things about other menu items. Ate in once and collected in store once, no problems either time.

Visited here, it was a great spot for some good dinner. services was little bit slow and customer service was not great from anyone. I think it gets a bit overwhelming for them when they have customers and online deliveries. Once the food arrived though it was nice and their milkshakes are one of the best I have had & the food is Halal which is a bonus! I would visit again

This place was maybe the best place I have ever been to. The staff members greeted us nicely as we got in and took our order relatively quickly we ordered two classics and a Texan bbq and a rack of ribs. The ribs came with chips and all I can say is that I was incredible. Moving on to my burger(the Texan BBQ) it was so great and as the flavours met my mouth a smile of joy lit up my face as it was just beautiful. The staff were really nice and offered us a discount for when we next came (obviously we will be). My mates and I all finished our food and I can proudly say it was the nicest I have had in the last 2 years. It’s a great price and I highly recommend going as the place really is good. If you have the chance and live in Hertfordshire it’s definitely worth going there. So fortunate to live so close and I can’t wait to go back as this place really is incredible.

UNBELIEVABLY poor service. All over a portion of ribs which were dry. Took too long to deliver a replacement, so I refused delivery. Now trying to get a refund which is proving hard work because no one I speak to has ANY ounce of respect for the customer. Rude, talking over me, argumentative. Just horrendous. Such a shame because the food is generally ok. But the service is unforgivable.

Fast food that tastes healthy! Best burgers in town

Stale bun yet sopping with water in the middle and complete mush but worst of all the burger itself was completely raw in the middle had not been cooked at all apart from the outside which looked like they had a minute or 2 either side high heat. Completely bland. Used a ridiculous amount of sauce. When complaint was made I was told after evidence provided I wasn’t allowed a refund and they would just make things better next time.

Did not have any food but had delicious thick milk shake which were full of ice-cream. Staff friendly. Menu looks OK steady stream of customers so guess the food is OK as well. Handy tape from Travelodge over the road. Tricky parking I suspect. Loved the Christmas napkins!

This place started off really well, but the quality of the food has really started to slide. I've had a couple of burgers with completely stale buns and last night I had one with an inedible crumbed breast. The chicken was so rubbery and tough that I had to toss it out. I'll start ordering elsewhere

Being vegetarian it's always interesting to find new places which bring in meat substitutes. I have to say looking at the mixed reviews we were slightly hesitant. However the quality of food was fantastic. The moving mountain burger was delicious. Great service, very friendly and really enjoyed our dinner.

Have eaten from here a few times, first 2 times the burgers were really good. On 3rd visit the burgers and sides were still good but both my wife and I found the bottom half of the burger bun was frozen and stale, clearly someone trying to offload old stock. Can’t believe it’s worthwhile to cost cut on the price of half a bun on a £10 burger, given it will lose you a customer if it happens again.

The food was amazing i will eat there everyday it is beter than all fast foods restaurants and the customer service is specaticular and they are so kind and the placce looks amazing every one has to go there and eat there food i would recommend they have a variety of foods to choose from not like any other place.

Very bad customer service. I tried to place an order on just eat during their delivery time and the keep cancelling my order, and once you call them , than they open the app… its like they don’t wanna do money

Let me be clear. The burgers and chips have been fantastic. However twice we have received the wrong bun for one of our burgers (standard bun instead of gluten free) via Deliveroo. The first time we tried to get a redelivery and over an hour later discovered it wasn't coming and the store had suddenly closed. The second time we asked for the redelivery and spoke to the restaurant directly on the phone about the issue. When we received the new burger it had the exact same issue. Not worth the risk of making my wife sick.

I'm blown away! Having working in London I got used to fast take aways I was expecting long delivery time, also due to previous experiences with other food chains. Rack and Bone totally smaed it! Delivered in 20min, food was delicious, nicely packed and labelled!!!! Nice job!
