Absolutely rubbish app designed to rip off people. Should have read the reviews here first. The cancelation option nowhere to be found on app, you keep running through an endless loop. Disgraceful system. While trying to use card, they never show your card on app. You can't update information either until you make a payment using the app. Its trap within trap within scam within scam. They want money money money, but provide no contact, after a struggle to find email for customer service, they're Disgracefully useless. STAY AWAY. PAY FULL PRICE FOR FOOD. COOK AT HOME. WHATEVER. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY BUSINESS WHO DONT RESPECT CUSTOMERS SHOULD ALL DISAPPEAR, UNTIL THEY LEARN TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT.

I am utterly dismayed and deeply dissatisfied with my recent encounter with Tastecard. I recently made the ill-fated decision to purchase cinema tickets through their supposedly enticing offer, only to be left feeling utterly cheated and deceived. I was enticed by the prospect of enjoying a cinematic experience at Odeon Luxe for a seemingly reasonable price of £21. However, my excitement quickly turned to disbelief when I attempted to redeem the tickets online. To my shock, I was not only required to pay an additional £8, but also subjected to a seemingly arbitrary booking fee. This meant that what should have been a straightforward transaction ended up costing me over £30 for just two cinema tickets. I felt like I had been duped into a bait-and-switch scheme, and I couldn't help but wonder if Tastecard's offers were nothing more than a ploy to lure in unsuspecting customers. In my quest for clarity and resolution, I reached out to Tastecard's customer service, hoping they would address this blatant inconsistency and rectify the situation. However, their response left much to be desired. Instead of acknowledging the issue and taking responsibility for their misleading pricing, I was met with a dismissive explanation. They casually mentioned that there were instances where cinema tickets might actually be cheaper if purchased directly from the cinema due to ongoing promotions. This feeble excuse hardly constituted an acceptable response, especially given that I had specifically opted for Tastecard's offer under the assumption that I was securing a deal. The frustration only intensified as I realized that Tastecard's customer service was nothing more than a façade. Their promises of assistance and support felt like empty gestures meant to placate frustrated customers like myself. Despite their claims of being ready and willing to help, it became abundantly clear that Tastecard had no intention of genuinely addressing the concerns of their users. The repeated calls to "contact our team" felt like a broken record, designed to create the illusion of support while failing to provide any meaningful solutions. As a consumer, I have a responsibility to make informed choices about where I spend my hard-earned money. It is disheartening to see a company like Tastecard fail so spectacularly in upholding their end of the bargain. I am resolved to ensure that my negative experience does not go unnoticed. With my own business and connections within the business community, I am committed to spreading the word and dissuading others from falling into the same trap that I did. It's abundantly clear that Tastecard's practices are questionable at best, and their lack of integrity and genuine customer care is alarming. In light of my experience, I can confidently say that Tastecard is not worth the time, effort, or money. Their offers are misleading, their customer service is woefully inadequate, and their overall approach reeks of opportunism rather than a sincere desire to provide value to their customers. As more and more companies sever ties with Tastecard due to their evident incompetencies and lack of commitment to customer satisfaction, it's only a matter of time before their flawed business model catches up with them. My advice to others is simple: don't bother with Tastecard. Your time and money are better invested elsewhere.

No good offers and cancelling membership is a chore. Make sure to just stop any outgoing payments to them from the bank directly as I think their whole “business model” is relying on people forgetting to cancel after the trial period, fully aware their offers are trash.

Tastecard is a SCAM please do not use it, they will give you the free trial and then 90 days later without any email or communication take 39.99 out of your account and then say they issue no refunds, then when you provide them with evidence that they have to under the Consumer act 2015, this constitutes an unfair business practice they stop replying to your emails, they have multiple new outlets investigating them and there have disconnected their phone so you cannot connect them.

Scam app! I downloaded it but found the linked restaurants were always too far away. Others have had the same problem. I could not cancel the automatic renewal within the app. Instead, I had to go online, where the website makes navigating the cancellation page difficult. I cancelled on the last day, but the website said it could not process the instruction. There is nowhere to complain or message on the website. So I had to go back to the app to contact the developer, who said I was too late. Despite my explanation and complaint, customer services were not interested and simply said I would have the card for another year while the auto-cancellation had been cancelled for next year. I suggested they reconsider else I would share my poor experience online and raise a dispute with my credit card provider. Their response was effectively "Tough!" So here we are. Leave this app alone. It's little use and the customer service is appalling. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company and hope that resolves things. I also have given a poor review on the Apple App Store where I found many others had had similar experiences. There is a clear pattern here. The auto-renewal is scam designed to make it difficult to cancel. Customer service is not interested.

This site deserves a 0 star rating, in November I wanted to cancel my subscription but I was unable to log into my account, I requested a change password link which apparently was sent to my email address but when I checked my inbox and junk mail, I didn’t have any message from this scam site, in December I was then charged which I was not happy about, I contacted them to let them know I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription before they took the funds but they refuse to refund me. They have a customer service number but apparently it’s always busy so getting in touch with them about any problem seems to be a challenge

DO NOT USE - will auto renew your subscription without telling you, during a national lockdown when you can’t even use it. If you ask for a refund, even on the same day it was renewed, they will politely decline, knowing full well you aren’t even in a position to use the service they are extorting you for. DODGE AT ALL COSTS. Putting profits before customers.

Beware of the Tastecard policy to renew automatically your subscription every year. I tried to call them in the very same day they withdraw my funds, of course they shut down their customer services phone lines. Got in touch over email, facebook only to be told that they can't issue me with a refund since I agreed to be charged automatically even if I am charged for a service I haven't received nor used nor have interest in. Therefore avoid, you're better paying for the full price of the meal than spend hours to try and cancel your policy or get hold of them over the phone which currently is impossible.

As evident in other reviews, the auto renewal policy need to change. I was caught unaware until I noticed a massive renewal payment. YOU CAN NOT WIN CUSTOMERS LONG TERM BY FORCING SOMETHING ON THEM. Terrible dishonest business who want to do nothing but ensure their autorenewal goes through so that they can charge you a full rate even if you do not want it or use it. Cancelling is a nightmare and they will do everything they can to make the process difficult so you give up and accept that they will continually charge. Make sure you check your bank balance as they like to add in additional costs for things you have not requested. Just take a look at the reviews people have left here and it will be clear to you that they are not a trustworthy and honest company

We ordered through justeat and the order never got delivered. After calling they claimed it has been delivered and asked us to look outside the house. I have been pacing outside for 10 minutes looking for my chicken. The refund system is also terrible as we cannot get into contact with justeat about it. There are also several similar reviews like this on justeat. Do not piss off hungry people.

They lied! On the webpage they showed Coal at Gloucester Quays were part of the scheme. They are not and as far as staff were aware, they never were. The app is poor. Discounts relate mainly to Indian restaurants. The app also shows discounts for movie rental - Wrong! this leads to cinema. Both of our visits to this restaurant didn't go so well. Dismissing our first visit as it has just newly opened, I will only review this visit. We ordered the masala fish (which was nice), a kids meal that didn't even come with a drink, and a special burger meal that honestly tasted absolutely awful and wasn't edible! There were fewer fries in our burger meal than in the kids meal. After food we ordered a choco heaven milkshake and they gave us what seemed to be a vanilla milkshake and when we told them they said that choc heaven shake has vanilla ice cream in it too! Prices are reasonable but food isn't great.
