This place is a disgrace! Not only was my food an hour late, my food was cold, there was a hair in my food and when I called to complain the guy on the phone became rude and just being a basic a***hole. I wouldn’t waste your time honestly.

Absolutely rubbish app designed to rip off people. Should have read the reviews here first. The cancelation option nowhere to be found on app, you keep running through an endless loop. Disgraceful system. While trying to use card, they never show your card on app. You can't update information either until you make a payment using the app. Its trap within trap within scam within scam. They want money money money, but provide no contact, after a struggle to find email for customer service, they're Disgracefully useless. STAY AWAY. PAY FULL PRICE FOR FOOD. COOK AT HOME. WHATEVER. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY BUSINESS WHO DONT RESPECT CUSTOMERS SHOULD ALL DISAPPEAR, UNTIL THEY LEARN TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT.

Obtained a free card as part of a rewards programme, GS website initially said the restaurant I wanted was included but after joining the restaurant disappeared. I booked anyway and asked before payment. Restaurant staff were lovely and said yes they accept it and even had a 25% GS button on the electronic till ready to reduce the bill so it worked for me.

Fish n chips not cooked, really poor quality batter was raw n the fish was past sbd chips wasn't even cooked ⚠️⛔️☢️❌️

Absolutely appalling service this morning. Waited for over 15mins after taking my order. Getting my order wrong and then handing me a cold bacon sandwich that was re wrapped in the original paper and bag I handed them back which was filled with all I can describe as is the bacon rind. The manager looked liked she just rolled out of bed hair all over and crumpled shirt. Absolute disgrace. Staff spent more time chatting than serving
