We called in today and were served Fab coffee, Thai green chicken soup and a cheese scone. Would recommend as both food and coffee were great. Plus they're dog friendly.

We used to use this coffee shop frequently (under previous owner)and always enjoyed good coffee, cakes etc and good service. Today and a couple of weeks ago we called in for coffee and cake. On both occasions we sat and waited nearly twenty minutes for our coffee to arrive at the table and even then I had to ask if it had been forgotten. (the member of staff did not seem very happy at being asked and said he was just going to make it). The shop was not busy. Also, the table we sat at had not been wiped after previous customer and still wasn’t when serving us. Coffee was delicious as was the cake we chose but service really does need to be sorted/speeded up. As Guisborough residents we would like to be able to support a local business rather then the National Chain coffee shops….but I think it fair not to expect to wait as long as 20 minutes for a coffee.

We came to this coffee shop wanting a drink and something to eat.The drinks were superb especially the iced peach tea.My concern was that we ordered at about 11.20 and didnt receive our bagel and panini until 11.45 .The panini came with a salad which was £1 extra which was a small bowl of tomato, onion and cucumber no lettuce about the size of a large ramekin dish.I paid extra for crisps which werent there.I know its not a fast food venue and normally would have sat and not been concerned but having only parked for 2 hours we were nearing our time and maybe a parking ticket. The service needs some improvement even only someone saying your food wont be long.

Lovely little dog friendly cafe, breakfast was lovely and had plenty options to chose from. Next time visiting the area we shall come for lunch, got my eyes on the homemade soup and sandwich. Whilst we were there some fresh scones were taken out of the oven, the smell was too good so had to take 2 away for later.

Needed lunch in Marske (our first ever visit there!) and called in here as it was "top rated". That rating is no exaggeration, the food was absolutely delicious! The Persian Frittata was one of the tastiest things I've ever eaten and I'll be trying to recreate my own! The Mrs's Curried Sweet Potato soup was also delicious as was the sourdough. We followed up with a piece of cake, we just couldn't resist. All food is home made too! Service was friendly and fast. Can't wait to go back.
