Food was delicious but delivery was half an hour late & no update to the expected delivery time from the restaurant. This was a Friday evening though so expected it to be busy

missing item out of the order ( restaurant redelivered in 15 minutes). This is the second time something was missing out of my order in the last couple of weeks. Not very happy with the food today. Soup seemed a few days old, barely any chicken in it, lots of jelly bits floating around in it. Soup packaged in a plastic container which has melted on the bottom due to soup being so hot. you could taste the plastic. Also chicken in the curry tasted very rubbery. no spring onions in the shrimp and it was really rubbery and greasy. not what it used to be like.... over all, lately, the food quality has been horrible. this used to be my favourite takeaway but can’t recommend it now.

Nothing wrong with the food there but they need to change there opening times on google because they are wrong. I phoned today and the shop next door answered and said there is no one here but it says on google they are open at 1pm??

What has happened!?! I used to love this take away but tonight’s was inedible. Sauce was too sweet, veg tasted like it was out of a tin, beef was a really small portion and what I did have was chewy and grisly, chips were undercooked, rice had no taste and the chicken spring rolls just tasted weird, 95% of tonight’s meal has gone in the bin! It’s such a shame cause when these guys get it right it’s a good takeaway. I won’t be ordering again.

Love this place! The food comes in white cardboard boxes which is a nice change. The tofu noodles and rice dishes are delicious. Much better quality and choice that your standard Chinese takeaway. Recommended!

The best thing about this meal was that it was delivered exactly on time. After that everything went downhill. The food was very disappointing and my husband said the Thai Green Curry was the worst he had ever eaten. Very expensive for what it was. We definitely won't be ordering another meal.

Visited Taste, in its new location, as always wanted to try the acclaimed freshly cooked food. How disappointing the whole experience has been. First of, even taking into account food being freshly prepared, took far longer than quoted. Paid £3 for a mocktail to drink whilst waiting, and it did not arrive until food was ready to take away. Handed this back as tasted of washing up liquid (witnessed assistant washing out blender - same blender as used for mixing spice mixtures)! It was just a horrid warm green looking drink. I had to remind this same assistant to wash her hands after moving rubbish bin. Oh well, at least meal looked okay, although as each dish cooked left on side (cooling down) whilst other dishes prepared. Noticed that chicken balls were just cheap frozen type, really did expect freshly prepared chicken in batter. The only element of meal enjoyed The Frank Wrap. I then experienced a night and day of hell, possible food poisoning??

Best place to eat in stourbridge for fast, health food without a doubt. Cater to so many dietary requirements, my only negative would be I wish they delivered further afield. Amazing quality food!

We have been using Taste ever since it opened and have never had a bad meal. Tonight we ordered beef teriyaki and chip I prawns on the way home. The beef was not as good as usual and the prawns were of a much lower quality than we've previously had and the tub only half full. We have always liked the fat that Taste over a something different and it is for the mostpart healthier than other takeaways.to that end we will try them again in a few months and hope they get back to their previously winning ways.

Great food , no preservatives , really nice people , family run and very good service . Taste of Asia from Vietnamese to Thai and other specialities . Love pad Thai and salt and pepper prawns especially . Where else do you get such a wide selection of noodles and you can choose which meat or fish and sauce you want too .

The food tasted delicious and arrived hot. The ingredients were fresh and certainly not too salty or stodgy. My only set back was that we didn’t order more food! It would be better to have a bit more meat in each portion and slightly less sauce. I will definitely be ordering again but will add some extra rice or noodles to “beef” it up a bit! The food is great because it is very different from the other fast food restaurants in the area which is a refreshing change.

Really great tasty food! It arrived earlier than expected and was still hot. Portions were adequate size, they may appear small but so much food is inside- a struggle to finish even!! Totally worth it price wise - all in all really scrumptious food.

Quite possibly one of the worst takeaways I’ve ever had. Poor food, poor customer service. The owner called me and sent a driver to collect the food, my wife had already cleared the majority of the rubbish they sent and it was in our wheelie bin. So we sent a sample of the poor food back. The owner called and said it’s not enough. If she was smart enough she would look through our order history and see we are regular and loyal customers (even though I constantly complain about food being late). Instead she chose to not refund me and instead said she will never take an order from me again. Disgusting.

Just looked online for an interesting alternative dinner that could be delivered. Never having heard of Taste before being in a part of town that we rarely visit, we were quite impressed with their menu and. decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. The food arrived on time and was hot and tasty. First impression was surprise as the food was in tall cardboard containers rather than the usual rectangular plastic takeaway boxes. It gave an initial impression that the quantities were small but this proved not to be the case and just an optical illusion. We particularly enjoyed the salt and pepper chicken wings starter and would order it as a main course if it was available. We were so pleased that we ordered again a week later. This time delivery was late by half an hour but otherwise the food was excellent. Will certainly use again

Food is cooked fresh on site and is lovely, I get take away if I am ever near Stourbridge. Unfortunately they do not deliver as far away as I am else I would eat there more often. The kids like it too and as it is cooked fresh you can ask for some things not others etc. Will go again for sure and would definitely recommend!

Really disappointed. Main was pretty tasteless. Garlic prawns were soggy in a thick sauce? Have you changed recipe? They used to be amazing - dry, battered in a slightly oily garlic sauce. Today they were swimming in a pool of garlic butter sauce which I've never seen before.

Really glad I ordered from this take away. They have a good variety of cuisine (including Thai and Mongolian) the portion sizes were a bit small for my husband but perfect for me! Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Taste is my favourite place to eat, seriously delicious food for a great price. There is a variety of food on offer, vegetarian, vegan and meat options. The service is fantastic and the only one stop place for delicious, healthy and affordable food in Stourbridge.

I live local and walked past several times, never thought to go in but I certainly won't be doing that again!...very impressed! We ordered in this time after reading the fab reviews on Just Eat and it definitely did not disappoint. When it got delivered (which was bang on the requested time!) it looked like it was going to be rather small portions but when I was serving it up there was actually quite a generous amount...just very well packaged (which I also liked!) Food was lovely, very tasty and full of flavour. Really, really enjoyed it and would recommend :-) and of course, purchase food from here again!

The food was not consistent with previous orders and rather disappointing. The onion and ginger stir fry was a bowl of mush and not a very nice consistency at all. The curry lacked depth of flavour and seasoning. Such a shame as we’d enjoyed previous orders.

Hubby had Thai red curry which he enjoyed. I had the teriyaki chicken. There was too much sauce and it was way too strong and salty. Shame as noodles and spring rolls were lovely

Normally really good but on this one occasion managed to not even look at my order to start cooking it till I got there in collection time. Then once arriving home find out they cooked the completely wrong meal......

Arrived so late we had almost given up! Called the restaurant so ask where it was, to be told it will be 10 minutes. Another half hour later it arrived. Food was tasty but so runny. And portions are small. Will not be ordering the same as I did before. But may try something else off the menu

Food was amazing!! Especially the spicy chicken wings we ordered. Portion sizes were perfect abd food was fabulous. The food was late, the Internet order said they were going to be 5 mins late but I had to call the restauraunt after 10 minutes. The lady was extremely polite and apologised but it was a Saturday night so we didn't mind too much x

Sometimes make a pickle out of the order but this is understandable for such a popular restaurant on the high street , I would recommend trying the honey potatoes and the BBQ chicken wings !

Have eaten from here 4 times now and it never fails to impress! We always have delivery which arrives piping hot and so delicious every time! Wouldn't go anywhere else for this cuisine again.

This place gets nowhere near enough credit in my opinion. Simple but extremely tasty food, made fresh and exactly to your specifications (I can be fussy, so have definitely tested this). Staff (and delivery staff) are lovely, very friendly. Super reasonable prices and pretty healthy...
