Food was absolutely amazing however delivery was 1 hr early. Luckily someone was home to collect it however was cold by the time we got to it. Not sure if this was an app or restaurant fault although I do highly recommend the food!

The delivery person told us our house was hard to find and he would never come again. That’s fine but we did not trick them into delivering to us so he could have been more polite about it.

We were very disappointed that our food arrived 30 minutes early as we were waiting for friends to arrive, hence the pre-ordering for a specified time. I still had to wait for friends to arrive so unfortunately the food was cold. Although the quality of food was DELICIOUS, we were actually missing a rice and a peshwari naan from our order which was pre-paid. Tried to call the restaurant several times and no response. I hope someone can contact me to issue a refund for my ordered items that did not arrive. The food that we did eat was superb though.

I have had the worst stomach cramps shortly after eating the food. The chips were soggy and don’t think they had been fully cooked. The samosas were fine, but everything else just didn’t seem right. I had stomach pain for half an hour. very disappointed and it’s ruin my Saturday night!

Food always tastes good but had to be reheated in microwave first. Bottle of beer given as compensation for lateness but I’m 9 months pregnant.

I ordered a chicken Madras and was delivered a chickpea Madras (I checked my order summery and definitely did not make a mistake!!) By the time I had realised, which was very soon after it was delivered I phoned the restaurant multiple times to find that they regularly hung up the phone on me. The mushroom pilau rice that I ordered did not taste at all as pilau rice should, and the food overall was not at all worth what I paid for it. Very, very disappointed overall with the service provided. You should read your orders more carefully and take more time in preparing your food to ensure that it tastes nice. Will not ever be ordering from here again

Unfortunately I have received my meal very late twice in a row from this restaurant. I understand that this happens. What irritates me is the app updated to say my food had arrived 40 minutes before it did. I then tried to contact the restaurant using the number on the app. That number didn't work. So after searching online I called and was told the food was on its way but might be late due to bad traffic. In that case the delivery time should have been updated on the app. Food was okay. If it was hot it would have been a lot nicer.

This order arrived an hour late, despite being so close to our house. So 2 hours after i originally ordered it. The restaurant informed us on many occasions it was on the way which it obviously wasn't. The food arrive luke-warm/cold. NOT HOT. The chicken was stiff and the curry and oil had separated due to being left for so long. The onion bhajis where as solid as a brick, obviously for being left waiting for so long for delivery. The food was actually inedible. This service was completely unacceptable and an absolute waste of money. My partner also spoke to someone at Just Eat who where not helpful at all.

first time I’ve used this restaurant. Food was lukewarm plus also they got one dish incorrect. I contacted the restaurant in which they happily corrected the order but took just over 20mims, however they did deliver free rice and poppadoms. when the correct dish arrived it was hot (temperature wise). the flavour of the food is nice, but no exceptional and there is better around.

Food was 35mins late. Called the restaurant and was told 'they were busy and my food would be 5 mins' (even though it was already 30mins late) no apology, was offered a free bottle of cold. Food finally arrived and it was cold. I had chicken in my rice (I'm a vegetarian) so dinner was ruined. My partner had to microwave his food (defeats the point of ordering) As a regular customer, i am shocked by the overall experience! Will never use again.

Paneer was burnt, madras was very oily and the chicken was dry and bland. Not a huge fan of the pickle. Good service but not wild about the food.

The Cheese Naan had no Cheese inside. And the Chilli Masala was too Greasy.

We thought the food was excellent. Samosas were perfect, simple pleasures and the Kathmandu lamb was a revelation. Chicken Tikka Masala was very, very good and the tarka dahl had the ideal consistency with still a bit of bite in the pulses. Smiling delivery. We'll order again!

One of the best Indian cuisine I have had in a long time. Well done very nice dishes, will order soon.

Order was delivered 20 minutes early and very hot. All I would say is that we didn't get peri chips, they were normal. But still very yummy.

Had a family dinner at red chilli by east sheen a gentlemen called ali took our order amazing sevice made me and my family feel at home , food was splendid ,tasty, original ,,, I strongly recommend it !!!

The chicken masala, pilau rice, salad, poppadoms, naans and bottle of coke.. food was amazing however, portion size was disappointing. Naan was soggy from packaging but taste was spot on. Only real issue is time and over charging on fizzy drinks. 1.5 litre at 3.50- come on!

I liked the food but some slight problems like one of the curries was too sweet, but otherwise I enjoyed the meal.

Delicious - delivery was a bit confusing as driver couldn't find us and didn't seem to even have our address (!) but the food was totally worth the wait. We're veggie and had a variety of lovely side dishes. Will definitely use again. Thank you!

This is my second time ordering from here and like the first time the food was amazing it came hot it was flavourful and just so nice I ordered the chef's special Kathmandu lamb ohhhhh my got the pieces of lamb melted in my mouth as soon as it entered. Food was cold. I ordered from the taste of raj and it was delivered by red chilli. I left a note to not ring the buzzer and to use the code yet the buzzer rang woke my flatmates and I had to walk down three flights of stairs. If I wanted to get up I'd have not ordered a take away.

Was not happy with the service being provided. I called 3 times to ask when my food was being delivered because I waited 1 hour & 30- 40mins. Noone called to let me know and by time the food came, it was cold. Their response was, "sorry were busy" Poor customer service. Food tasted fairly nice on the other hand. Great food; A dynamic selection of curries & they aren't all just soupy with chunks of meat. The food is authentic but not generic. 5/6 stars for service only because complimentary popadhums are a standard for other indians in the area and were not given, but subjectively it isn't an issue for me. Also, 2nd time ordering from here and the food has been consistent with its quality.

It arrived late, and i paid for two garlic naans and only one arrived. The curry was ok the sauce was nice not much chicken.

Asked for a 8pm delivery but it came at 7.35, not 7.55 as shown above. We'd asked for an advance time as we weren't all at home until 8. Food then needed to be reheated.

Im Indian so I'm a bit picky when it comes to Indian Takeaways but this was beautiful!

the food was amazing, however we did have some problem with the "coconut rice" that was given to us where it didn't match the description given on just eat. while it was difficult to come to a decision, the people were nice enough to refund us the money. Whilst it was quite frustrating at first I do appreciate the effort taken to ensure everything was sorted. overall it was a very good experience

They forgot one of the curries and after saying not to bring another one they did but all the rest of he food was eaten/cold by that point so pointless

La primera vez que fuimos nos trajeron el mismo plato a nuestra mesa en cuatro ocasiones, y no era el plato de mi compañero ordenados. Era un poco cómico, como pidió una Karachi no un korma, pero el mismo plato korma salió cada vez frío y luego me calienta...Fuimos allí hoy y pedí una botella de vino de la casa, el camarero nos trajo una botella de vino y me dijo "vino de la casa?" y él asintió. Cuando llegó la factura este vino era 7 libras más, comentamos y él dijo sin rodeos que se había acabado de vino de la casa.En general, la comida no está mal, pero no un gran ambiente y es probable que sobrecarga, quizás veces difícil para ellos pero como cliente no volveré. Normalmente dejar una propina, como yo solía trabajar en un restaurante, pero esta noche yo no dejo ninguna.

I'm fussy about Indian food - this was remarkably good! We were delighted. The main dishes are clearly made with fresh good quality ingredients, with excellent amounts of either tender chicken or King prawns. The breads and rice were really soft and again perfectly seasoned with herbs, as were our prawn puris. So pleased to have taken the chance, I hope they don't change anything !

Now renamed Red Chilli but sadly not up to the standard of the one further down the road that recently closed.The menu is VERY limited and lacks the variety of fish dishes that Red Chilli had to offer. That said, the food we did order was quite good.The staff were definitely not up to the standard of the previous Red Chilli. They did not appear to know their own menu. Considering it has recently reopened and this was our first visit, there was no effort to make us feel welcome. Overall, very disappointing. We will try a few others in the area now we've lost the proper Red Chilli.

No es especialmente buena relación calidad-precio, ya que las porciones son pequeñas y cuando dicen que es un plato caliente, curry significa es suave a mediano en el mejor de los casos. Aunque bastante sabrosa.

This is a really nice local Indian restaurant. Very reasonably priced for this part of West London and really friendly staff.

Although it says when you order a portion of Onion Bhaji (4) you only actually get two and when you complain they just give you a hard time, doesn't matter the food was bland and lacks flavour, we won't be going back as the worst curries I have ever ordered.

Whilst the restaurant lacks a bit of atmosphere this is made up for by the very friendly staff. Whilst the menu is pretty standard we found the quality and taste very good.

No había saludo, cubiertos estaba literalmente nos tiran en un dineral en la mesa y no había complacer o thankyous, mi plato de pollo contaba con dos pequeñas piezas, arroz estaba recocido, popadums crujientes viejo y frágil, y la lager planas. Los precios eran altas, pero la calidad de curry era todo el terrible y ni siquiera tan bueno como un valor de revisar nuestro comercio uno de un supermercado. hay mejores opciones de comida más adelante. Es una pena que la gerencia de este establecimiento tienen tan poca consideración por decencia y calidad. EVITAR!

Very mediocre standard curry, nothing special at all. Big containers of soupy sauce with the meat, the sides (chana masala, muttur paneer, bhindi bhaji) were all ok, again, standard.
