twice I've pre ordered. twice delivery have been late over an hour. won't happen again because I won't order from them agaib

Lovely large portions,good tasting food.Only complaint is that it could of turned up warmer as naan bread was cold and curry lukewarm warm but would order again as food was really good

Very pleasant visit later after with my wife and daughter. I had the buffet wife a daughter ordered off the menu. Very good food and very reasonable price. Daughter just moved to area and will be coming back. Very good potions too took quite a bit back. Friendly staff. Nice decor.

First time ordering. Ordered multiple different dishes and they were all delicious and piping hot! My particular favourite was the South Indian garlic chicken it has so much flavour! The Tarka Daal was also really good. Will definitely be ordering again.

Food was good & everybody home a great meal together. Was 28 minutes late & had to call to make sure there wasn’t something wrong with receiving the order via the app !

appalling service! ordered from justeat waited over an hour and half...called restaurant being told they are busy due to the rugby then put the phone down on me...do not take orders if you are busy!!! basically food was never delivered, justeat refunded my money...what a joke restaurant...horrible service!

Brilliant restaurant and delivery driver!

Dinner on a buffet evening in this restaurant. The buffet is varied and complete, including rice, naan, papadum, several varieties of meat and vegetable curry, at the very low price of €13. The only downside is that when we reached the end of the service, we had to fish for meat in the middle of the sauce and the keeping warm system was not very effective. The dishes were barely warm. The sauces are well seasoned and tasty, but the dishes are really too simple. The tables are quite spacious and the restaurant is well heated in winter. I will try again by choosing à la carte.

Sadly this food was not great. The chapattis were very thick and the food was tasteless. A real shame.

Order said delivered but it wasnt received till after 45 minutes

Just eat delivered my order to a black hole and said it was delivered. So I couldn't contact the driver. The restaurant were very helpful and the food was worth the wait. Thank you for sorting the issue Spice of India, lovely meals.

This is the second time I've ordered recently where the app is telling me the food has been delivered and it hasn't even left the restaurant. My last order was over an hour late

haven't got it yet didn't know when it's coming, still not here after 2 hours

when the app bugged out, the person delivered our order personally and was very apologetic. amazing service and as always, delicious food

Awful delivery, was supposed be delivered 8.15 & 8.35, after two phone calls the delivery arrived at 9.36.

Honestly ridiculous food is over an hour late and still not here called to ask what was happening and the man on the phone was rude and rushed me off - deffo won’t be back

driver had said food was delivered when it wasn't called restaurant said driver had only just left! 20mins later driver still no where to be seen! he was lost cold food! poor service

Food is good but took over 1hr to arrive. Very noisy place

Went in for dinner after a match at Twickenham. Be advised, book first if you intend to do so yourself. It was extremely busy! Despite being very busy the food came in good time. The staff were good, orders for food and drink were taken promptly and dishes came as ordered. The did itself was I would say the top end of standard curry house. Nothing "special" but seemed decent enough, the only complaint might be the portion size, but that might be because of the huge bowls that they serve dishes in.

Ordered at 9pm and food was delivered at 10.25 so a long wait (I assume due to rugby) Driver called as couldn’t find my address which makes me think he was looking for awhile as all the food was fridge cold! Wasted the rice as don’t like reheating rice, the naan was soggy and cold as in a foil bag and the heat had made it go wet before cold. Overall wouldn’t order again as I’ve just wasted my money.

Amazing service, wasn’t busy at the time but the speed of service and the laughter with the waiter was a pleasure. I don’t see how Elle D paid £160 without alcohol because WITH alcohol for 4 people I paid less than £100. Some people just talk because they are ignorant… ignorance is bliss. 10/10, do not listen to half the reviews it’s just snobs being stuck up for the sake of complaining🤷🏻‍♂️

GREAT FOOD DELIVERED LATE BUT GOT A FULL APOLOGY FROM COURIER. BEST INDIAN I'VE HAD IN AGES. ONION, BAJIS PERFECT, NOT OVERCOOKED AND LIGHT, SHAME THEY DID NOT COME WITH ANY MINT SAUCE. PLENTY OF PRAWNS AND CHICKEN IN ALL DISHES. EXCELLENT FLAVOURS.

Very busy place straight after the rugby in Twickenham stadium. Food is good - eaten there twice now, and it's pretty standard Indian fare.

Delivery was late for some reason,but the restaurant were most apologetic and kept me informed as to my orders delivery progress. It was worth the wait, absolutely lovely food,and several free extras (poppodums,sauce and salad).

La comida era muy muy promedio, todo sabía aceitoso. Nos sacaron de la mesa en 50 minutos porque el gerente era codicioso y estaba sobrecargado.

Our children really enjoy the Sunday buffet and it’s good value for money.

Avoid at all costs when visiting after a rugby game. The restaurant has a different menu which everything is much more expensive, the bill for 4 with no alcohol and no starters cost £160! We were rushed off the table within 50 minutes because the manager was greedy and overbooked.

Delivery was super warm n friendly and the food - Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Curry, Lamb chops - was hot, tasty and fresh. Highly recommend as it far exceeds a more expensive restaurant more local to home so this will be our new regular from now on!

Restaurant told us it left at 17.55 rang at 18.45 then to get told it’s going to be another 20 minutes and the app said it had been delivered

I and my mum arrived at the restaurant for lunch, and the waiter saw us and immediately stopped us, saying there are no tables available for us, they only take reservations. I looked around and none of the tables had a reserved sign on it, and the restaurant was fairly quiet. Not sure if the waiter judged us for not being white unlike others dining at the restaurant, but I did feel offended that they couldn’t accommodate a table for 2 when the place wasn’t even busy. Poor behaviour from staff, do better 👎🏻

The tikka masala was horrible today. Hardly any taste, and way more sauce than chicken. It was also very watery, when I mixed my curry and rice together there was a big puddle at the bottom of my bowl! The food was also cold when it arrived (all of it) and the chapatti was soggy. Couldn’t even bare to eat it as it was all so soggy and watery and tasteless. Not sure if it’s different chefs as I’ve ordered from here before and it’s been fine but I definitely won’t be ordering again

Not the Usual high standard from spice of India very disappointed.. Cold food, boiled chicken added to korma sauce no flavour, Aloo gobi over cooked and mushy .

Driver went to wrong place and insisted the address was wrong when it was correct.

delivery was quick and food is good, nice big crunchy onion bhajis and food portion. Chicken tikka masala also was nice and sweet and had a good consistency of sauce. chicken was nice and juicy and the special rice was lovely and not watery. this is now my go to curry place.

We ordered 3 garlic naan, lamb chops mains and chicken tikka masala. Chops was ok, naan bread was frozen, they don’t make it fresh. Tikka masala was awful, full of food colouring no taste at all..

Hi attended Spice of India on recommendation my friend him knowing I really like curry's and to be honest was blown away service was good atmosphere for a Tuesday night being there special offer night where you choose a starter main side dish and bread or rice total £15.00 unbelievable deal of such quality will be visiting again very soon p.s I recommend you give it a try

It’s so consistently good. Have never had a bad experience with this place. Can’t recommend it enough.
