Terrible customer service yelling you food out for delivery when it not I wait 2 hours 30min for my food

The food my sister and I ordered tonight was jerk chicken, rice and plantain. It was disgusting and I'm being nice ! You can tell the chicken was old and probably stored and reheated. When you paid good money all you expect is fresh good food. I mean what's the point in being a takeaway if you can’t make decent food. Thank you for ruining my evening. And also to add waiting 70 minutes for food we at least expected food that was edible. Honestly so disappointed.

Excellent food bit of a wait but worth it. Tasty and arrived piping hot. roasted fish and prawn curry delish

Tengo que decir que mi familia y yo no comemos de nadie, especialmente de la comida caribeña, ya que podemos cocinarla bastante bien nosotros mismos, PERO esta es la mejor comida jamaicana que he comprado en Inglaterra, está a la par con muchos restaurantes en Jamaica y incluso algunas abuelas de la gente lol; ) Recomendación del 100% si buscas comida auténtica. el tamaño de las porciones es realmente bueno, también entregas amigables y rápidas. Definitivamente volveremos a ordenar.

I have to day the Ackee & Saltfish is by far the best thing on offer here, it really is to die for. Mmmm!

Food was very late for delivery, And very disappointing when it did eventually arrive. Fritters overcooked and un-chewable. Goat curry was just 85% bone in gravy. Food was cold and bland. Last time I order from here.

We ordered the set meal for one with a side order of chicken wings. The food arrived earlier than what was stated. The food was hot and just incredible. Brilliant value for money. Sheer perfection. The goat curry was the tastiest we had ever had. Nice delivery driver. Dumpling were hot and complimented the curry wonderfully. Cannot praise the food enough.

I have ordered from here a few times and it is always a real treat, the food seems home style, and is not drowning in grease and additives like many take always, there is a really good choice of meat and vegetable dishes and sides and I have never had anything that wasn't delicious, the portions are generous and it represents good value for an interesting and wholesome meal. To be honest they take a little longer to deliver than most take aways and longer than you are first led to believe but I am not bothered by that and assume it's because they are taking care over the meal, which shows when it arrives.

Ordered food for the evening. Arrived 2h later, the delivery man asked me to look for him in my street because he couldn't find the house. Had to go outside to look for him to pick up the food, He was really agressive, shouting and swearing at me when I tried to politely complain. threatened me saying he knew my face and where I lived. When I asked what his problem was, he tried to punch me. Pressed charges in the police, and had two officers later that night in my house. I live with 3 girls and I fear for them now.Really a nightmare.

As there was only one review on T.A. and it being a little negative, thought as a regular customer, I should set the record straight. Most food establishments deliver late in my experience, so don't let that complaint deter you from sampling this cuisine. I live nearly 20 miles away, well outside the delivery area anyway and happily drive over and collect, that's how good it is!!! I just phone my order through in advance and let them know what time I will collect roughly and there is never any issue. I have sampled almost everything on the menu and all of it is heaven on a plate. I had a house party for almost 40 people last year and pre-ordered a substantial amount of food, which I was happy to collect and everyone at the party raved about the food. Don't deny yourself, go and get it yourselves, just in case you're impatient, it is well worth the effort.
