Taslima in Bolton

We tried Taslima for the first time last week and we all agreed that our curries were the best that we have had from any Indian takeaway in Bolton for a very long time.

Kebabs are absolutely second to non and worth every penny! The full mixed kebab is amazing, quality is amazing, portion sizes amazing and the naan bread is always spot on!!! *Don't change anything with the mixed kebab guys it's flawless * the pizzas are brilliant and always perfect! Try this place, simple as that. BETTER THAN DONNER 24 EASILY.

I’ve been ordering from here for a couple of years now. My husband was born and raised in Bangladesh, but he lives in Canada. I move there in 5 months forever, and the only place I will miss the most is Taslima Bangladeshi. I order from here because it reminds me of all the delicious food I eat when I visit my husband and his family. I am a huge biryani fan, and their chicken biryani is so so delicious (Moja!) and I adore the staff. They are the sweetest, and super kind to me. I always get some samosas too. I had a hard time finding a place that does nice samosas that aren’t filled with oil and damp/mushy. These are always so crispy and perfectly cooked. I’ve never had an upset stomach or fallen ill after eating here. I don’t order food from anywhere else, I refuse! Anyone who has ever left a bad review, I find it highly hard to believe they’re being honest.

These bad reviews are absolutely bizarre. We order from Taslima a couple of times a month and have never had a bad experience. The 1* reviews are completely unfair. Food and service has always been really good and I would highly recommend ordering from here!

Glad I didn't read these reviews before ordering, the Just Eat reviews are better. I have to say the food we ordered was delivered promptly and it was really delicious. Tasted very authentic.

Delivery driver was very nice. But the food was completely opposite! We used taslim about two years ago and stop because we got bad stomachs so try it again tonight and my partner has got food poisoning! Would EVER recommend. Needs Shutting down

Placed an order didn’t even arrive, no message or phone call to say it had been cancelled just didn’t bother to show up then when I tried to phone the ship was closed. Waste of time and shocking customer service.

We always order from Taslima now the masala kebab on naan is delicious the meat samosas are good and last night we had chicken pakoras they were amazing , tandoori chicken is also lovely, food is fresh and flavoursome even the little trays of salad are a great fresh quality plenty of side dips with starters too all reasonably priced too with good portion sizes Well done Taslima keep up the good work.

The food from here is excellent, never had a bad meal but the last twice i have ordered its been the same delivery guy. He stops his car in the middle of the road between 2 cars so blocking the full street. then he stands on the pavement facing my window and clicking his fingers. when we opened the door he ran into the garden and ran straight back out. the second time he runs into my garden drops the bag of food and runs away back to the pavement. This guy is a joke and i wont be ordering again until he is sacked

Currys r bang on onion barji r not so good unfortunately but all in all I enjoyed it 👌

Food was good, however took nearly an hour and half to deliver when. I asked how long it was taking I was told that as a regular customer I normally get it early,I told him it was my first order, so he said "we'll good riddance then" That's why you get one star

Best takeaway in the area, friendly service and fast delivery. The meal deal is amazing! My daughter wanted something not on the menu and they made it for her..cannot fault this place at all. Thank you Taslima 😊

Sorry guys, but tonight's meal was inedible, gone in the bin, had kebabs from you before but tonight got no salad and too much red salt, ordered the mixed kebab, was just chewy and far too salty, not enough sauce either,had kebabs before and been 5 stars, if I was new customer would not come back.would be 1 star but know this is not the norm.

Amazing food!!! This place is best if you are looking for quality food with varieties. In short All in one. Many choices of starters, mains , side and fast food. Really impressed with the choices of burgers. I've had varieties of burger for family gathering and I can say that each one was so tasty. Must try Chicken tikka burger, Taslima Special burger. Definitely worth a try if you looking for quality food with reasonable price. Great customer service ..amazing chefs... delivered with care Go figure

Second time for me and just as good as the first. Polite friendly service over the phone, food arrived on time and was absolutely fantastic, highly recommended. Just one issue is the website is incredibly slow and frustrating at times but once you get through that the food is just awesome thanks guys....assume check is in the post 😄

Donner kebab was tasty , the naan bread was fresh and tasty , Donner meat was lovely and not greasy . Will order again .

Absolutely outstanding! Hadn't used them as the old owners were not so good. These guys are spot on and I'm only sad I'd not given them a chance sooner. I will definitely be back again and definitely recommend them. 👍

Just got a curry from here. Opted for the meal deal for 2. The portion size were quite big could of easily served 4 people we didn't manage to eat it all. The food was really nice, we will definitely be back. Delivery service was quick. If you order from their website you also get 15% off.

I ordered food from this place for family and me and it was the most disgusting Indian we ever had. We ordered veg korma and it was so sweet we couldn’t even finish it. We then ordered mango sauce with popadoms and it was basically mango jam. The popadoms smelled fishy and we were waiting for delivery almost two hours. I will never order from this place again.

Had 2 fantastic meals and usually restaurants can't make three in a row. Taslima made food equally as good if not better this time. I rate them in the top three in this town

Been ordering from here for years, best chicken tikka naan around. Had recent problems but they seem all sorted will definately keep ordering from here.

Recently changed owners. Been cleaned up and looks like its being run as a food business should be. Always have great service here. Give the new owner a chance to prove how good they can be.

They have just lost a loyal customer I didn't even get chance to order it as the person had terrible attitude and this place is getting worse every day even the food hadn't been same last few months. It isn't very nice to shout at me when I am spending my hard earned money for this kind of business I am never ever going to order again and also tell others

Well. If you want your food deliverying in the morning order from here. Been waiting 2 hours and still no sign. I mean seriously how hard is it? I dont live In london I live 5 mins away fromyou. You dont answer your phones so you may as well get rid of them. Fair enough if your busy but you always answer the phone. If I ever did that in my work I wouldnt last 5 mins. But 2 hours and still not arrived. Terrible never again.

Have used it from day one, and take it from someone who's travelled India widely - the food is as authentic as you care to think. Can't recommend the food highly enough.

The currys are top notch...don't be put off by the place looking a bit scruffy.it is a takeaway not a restaurant.

This is the best döner meat I've ever tasted; it's chewy and juicy. The pizza, tandoori chicken and fries are also perfect. 10/10, would order again.

Have had many takeaways from Taslima and been happy. However, tonight I ordered poppadoms and samosas. The poppadoms where soft and chewy and the samosa pastry was thick and chewy and it wasn't very warm. Bit disappointed.

Worst costumer service ever. I ordered my food more than 2 hrs ago. I called the takeaway to ask what's going on. They told me they've been here and tried to call me. I didn't receive any calls in the past 2 hrs. I tried to explain the owner that I didn't receive any call and he was keep interrupting and didn't let me talk or finish my sentence. He also told me he will ban me from just eat. For what?! Waiting 2hrs, not getting my food and get the worst costumer service in my entire life....

I found this from a friend, Taslima was lovely on the phone and we enjoyed our meal and we got a free meal with it and the good news was it was only £10.50 for 2 meals, 2 desserts and 2 milkshakes and we would really recommend this takeaway to anyone in Bolton :) We're happy now!!! :)
