The food was very good and the service was great, Tania gave it all. Unfortunately our next door table had their ipad pumping at max a kids movie and it was a big turn off. And the restaurant staff did nothing about it.

"Typical" Spanish food. It's not bad, but in Spain it doesn't work like that, that is, I would give it 5 stars if it were real, with Real I mean that a tapa in Spain is very cheap. 9 Pounds 3 croquettes seems exaggerated to me, It is very expensive, and it is a shame, 80 pounds between two people, they charge you for the service, the bread and the very expensive drink. I wouldn't recommend it for that reason. With €90 in Spain you can eat in a tapas place, and try every last tapa until you are full. Very expensive, I insist, not worth what they ask for.

We visited with 6 adults & a toddler. The staff were extremely caring and attentive to our toddler, bringing her food first & bringing crayons and interacting with her. The food and drinks were fantastic & it was enjoyed by adults and toddler alike. Thank you!

A Spanish restaurant with many branches, today we're looking at four dishes. Starting with grilled chili peppers sprinkled with salt. It's a simple dish but has a good starting flavor. The grilled peppers are soft like eating young chilies, the baked mussels are fragrant with the heavy and salty venega, but the mussels are very fresh. It was considered well done, the squid noodles with sweet sauce were grilled just right and not too tough. Crunchy tentacles mixed with a sauce similar to pork satay combined with the oiliness of beef tallow. This dish of Spanish fried rice and squid was a bit disappointing. The squid was overcooked and hard, but the fried rice was soft and kneaded, very rich. There is service 13.5%

I hope you will take this feedback seriously as it reflects several areas that need urgent improvement: 1. Service & Hospitality: • The host was unwelcoming, and I perceived discriminatory behavior. Despite requesting a specific table, it was given to another group who arrived after us. This felt unfair and unprofessional. • The manager, who was wearing a black suit, did not exhibit any hospitality. She was unfriendly and did not seem engaged in creating a welcoming atmosphere. There was no acknowledgment, no smile, and no thanks when handing over the bill or the change. This left a negative impression on our overall dining experience. 2. Food Quality: • The food itself was underwhelming. Many of the dishes were lukewarm, and overly oily with an excessive amount of olive oil. There was nothing particularly special or memorable about the dishes, considering the price. 3. Value for Money: • The prices of the dishes were much too high for the portion sizes and the quality. Paying £18-£24 per dish felt unreasonable. Adding a 13.5% service charge on top of that, despite the poor service, made the overall experience feel overpriced and not worth the visit. Overall, this experience has left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this restaurant to others. I hope you can address these issues to improve both your service and food quality for future customers.

Service: Upon arrival, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the host. Despite requesting a particular table, it was given to another group, which gave the impression of biased treatment. Additionally, the manager present, dressed in a black suit, appeared indifferent to her role. There was no sign of engagement, courtesy, or hospitality throughout the visit, making us feel unwelcome. Food: The quality of the food was underwhelming. Several dishes were served lukewarm, and the excessive use of olive oil made them overly greasy, which compromised the taste. The food did not meet the expectations of a restaurant in this price range. Value for Money: The pricing of the dishes, ranging from £18-£24, was disproportionate to both the portion sizes and the quality. Came here as a walk in with my partner, and we didn't reserve a table. The maitre d' took a long time to invite us in, leaving us hanging out in the doorway for what seemed like an incredibly long time, and ignored us. We were about to call it a day and leave, when she finally gave us some of her time. She wasn't friendly, and she said they were full, but after a bit of persuasion sat us at the bar. I was pretty close to leaving, and then the waitress at the bar was a bit more hospitable so we decided to stay. I'm glad we did as the food was fantastic, we had the roasted cauliflower, ink squid risotto and gambas. It was a real feast, just a shame that the front of house service was pretty shoddy. I'm sure the kitchen staff wouldn't be that impressed.

Don’t bother eating here if you’re vegetarian/vegan - poor options, and ridiculously overpriced. Only redeeming feature was the lovely staff.

Small chain tapas restaurant that punches above its weight. We ate a wide range of tapas and the quality was consistently good across the board. Good service, the atmosphere was a bit more busy than buzzy but no complaints given the location and we were there before heading to a concert. Thoughtful wine list, I ordered one of the more pricey bottles, they offered me a different vintage but older and better than the one on the menu so happy days.

This lovely spot, a block off of the Natural History Museum, was just wonderful. Tapa and Iberico ham were high quality and delicious. The hidden gems here: croquetas and gazpacho.

Very nice place to eat delicious tapas, fast service which makes you understand most of it is microwaved but I believe that’s the only think you can do when you have a lot of potatoes in the menu (wouldn’t be possible to cook it a la minute). Fair price co suffering the portions and the location, we have paied an average of 20£per person with 8 tapas plus service charge which I consider fair

Had delicious tapas and wonderful wine. Excellent service, letting us try 2 different wines before choosing bottle! The menu and wine list are exceptional, always try the specials and go with the waitress recommendations- they know!! Ok, so it's not the cheapest meal you're going to get but it will be one of the best. Lovely atmosphere too.

You ask for tables outside and they tell you that everything is reserved, they have 12 tables, they do give you service but inside, 9 of the 12, were never used. They are very friendly and the food is good. I don't understand the practice of pretending that everything is reserved.

One of my favorite Spanish spots in London! I've been here several times, and it never disappoints. The gambas al ajillo are always a highlight – juicy, garlicky, and full of flavor. The croquetas are crispy perfection, and the Spanish tortilla hits the spot every time. Also, the chorizo is a must-try – smoky, rich, and pairs wonderfully with the rest of the dishes. Good selection of wines. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make it a great place to relax and enjoy some authentic tapas. Definitely recommend for anyone craving a taste of Spain in London!

Had a lovely early light dinner with a friend on 24th August around 6pm after the V&A closed. The food was delicious as was the wine and we wanted to mention the great service we received, the waitresses name started with a G but I can't remember the rest. She was FAB. We were in the middle section near where the stairs go down. Anyway wanted to give a positive review I know I'm a bit late but it was delicious and perfect and was not the first time I have had such a positive experience here.

Some of the food was amazing (mussels and cauliflower steak) some of it was a little bit meh (cod salad particularly). the waitresses were really nice. we asked what was gluten free and they gave us the allergen menu which was pretty expansive. bit worried about the level of knowledge of the staff on allergies tho as a few things ordered we asked to be made gluten free and they said they naturally were when it didn’t say on the menu etc (so perhaps allergy menu is out of date) anyway good for sharing and enjoyable vibe inside

The menu showcases the best of Spain and the cuisson of the dishes is ultra authentic. The experience is that of Madrid coming to South Kensington, in that they offer dishes from across the whole of Spain. Also, there are several sparkling wines to try by the glass.

I was impressed by the food when I first went there, so I took my friend for the second visit. But I was shocked when the waitress told us to leave when we just finished the food! She said she needed the table back in 10 minutes! The worst experience in London!

After spending 5 days eating in and with English, a Mediterranean touch with Catalan flavors is appreciated. Highly recommended bread with tomato, broccoli and cauliflower. You can save the dessert to finish with the spectacular coffee.

We visited this Tuesday with friends for some drinks before our dinner plans and the hostess with the curly black hair was extremely rude, aggressive and unhelpful from the very beginning. The vibe and sangria was great, so this was an extreme let down. We wanted to stay for more drinks but we felt so harassed that we had to leave.

We had a great tapas meal at Brindisa before our next destination. Service was super friendly and cheery with only a short wait for food delivery. A great variety of authentic tapas dishes that were very tasty - potato and egg, chorizo, cauliflower, pollo, muscles and cheese on toast. The cod dish was a bit light on actual fish though. The atmosphere was lively with good music. Yes there was a 13.5% tip but I’m ok to help out the minimum wage for these folks living in expensive London. Hope to come back.

Had been craving tapas for a while and always had a good experience with them so I thought this would be good too.... not really! The food was so so so bland and so so so dry.... the waitress serving us was very rude too! Gave my friend the biggest side eye before she ordered and then the service charge was so expensive! Ridiculous! The lady at the front showing us to our table was lovely though.

Despite being very busy, we were seated reasonably quickly and our food came in good enough time. All dishes we ordered were delicious. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

The food and the atmosphere are absolutely amazing. The only issue is that two of your staff members have gone out several times to smoke near the tables of the diners. I understand it's a terrace and we're outside, but it's very annoying.

Warm, friendly and efficient service; great table outside; just a lovely experience.A great choice of food - we had 6 between 2 of us, but two were very light (salads: the beetroot is great); and the prawns were especially delicious. Also a really good wine list of Spanish wines, many in 500 ml carafes which is great for lunchtime. Excellent!

Very lively & vibrant place to hang out over a drink & tapas on a summer evening and we were seated outside at the Al fresco area. The bar tender Jose was very friendly & I have 2 cocktails called Verano Verde which h was awesome. We were a big group & the staff were attentive. The food was great & each of us manage 2-3 items to share @ o really love the gambas, squid ink paella, grilled octopus.

Food was surprisingly bland. I've been to brindisa in borough and this was miles away from that. Unsure whether it's just a chain now and struggles for quality but although dishes are presented well, they were lacking in seasoning and and flavour. Best dishes were clams and croquettes, rest of them forgetable including calves liver and cod. Many better places for tapas in London. I will seek those out next time.

Just waited ages for a table just to be told it's booked when they're is no reservation sign on the table. Very rude and smug hostess! I've been before and frankly the food is abysmal - greasy tapas, nothing like the real thing! All they have is their location, I'm not coming back.

I had lunch last bank holiday 7th May and the food was incredible. Black rice very tasty and also the broken eggs. The croquetas very tasty too but too small...

I have lived in London for a long time and I have tried some Spanish and the truth is that the food is very bad or average. I went to this one because when I worked in a restaurant I knew the Brindisa brand from ordering Spanish products and I was confident that it was going to be quality. Of course, it is not for everyone's budget since they are not tapas as they are known in Spain, but they are not portions either. Everything we ate was exquisite. The Iberian Presa in a good point and with something different which are the beans and the cauliflower puree. Adaptation for the British I suppose. The piquillo peppers were stuffed with cheese with tomato sauce, which was all very good. I have usually eaten it stuffed with either meat or fish in Spain but it was very good. The attention of the waiters is very friendly and the girl who accommodates us was very attentive finding a table for us inside.

Let's start with this... the food was good. Now, service was atrocious and we ordered the prosciutto platter and the cheese platter for around $45 and there was hardly anything on the plate. Especially, the cheese plate. They should be embarrased by serving that for that price. Went to 4 other tapas restaurants in London which would put this place to shame.

We had a 14 person booking for a pre Albert Hall evening and it went great our waitress was efficient and it was a busy time the table was ready and the food came when it was ready so we all had food and drinks together - very tasty especially the chicken thighs and cauliflower - the cocktails were very nice - we had to split the bill and they did that efficiently thanks a great start to our night out

Service efficient by almost silent, sad seeming staff. Food fine, but portion sizes abysmal - maybe the kitchen was running low on stock? Pictured is the £17 cheese platter exactly as it arrived. Madness!

Relaxing. Delicious. Worth the price. I usually avoid restaurants close to tourist attractions, but I was pleasantly surprised! The food was great - definitely get one of the veggie sides with it or it gets a bit heavy. Refreshing fresh squeezed juice; I was not drinking when I went but the table next to me loved the house rosé and the reds.

Food was nice but service is extremely slow we couldnt even order, even though we asked for 3 times nobody came so we had to ask for bill.

Fantastic Jamon croquettes, and the yoghurt beetroot salad was exceptional. The rest was so so - prawns slightly overcooked and not the best Jamon. The mocktails were fabby. Good location and really nice staff.

Good Spanish restaurant even if only partially. Good food but very expensive for what you serve. The tapas maintain the size of tapas but with prices four times higher. If you want to feed yourself spend a lot of money. To be done again but for an aperitif. Very crowded.

We stopped at Brindisa for a quick drink and a chat after the concert. The restaurant wasn't busy at 9pm on weekdays, and we could enjoy a quiet atmosphere. The service was fast and friendly. We only ordered some nibbles (Croquettes, Pollo con mojo rojo, and chips). The croquettes were ok, too soft inside for my liking. The chicken thights were very tasty and jucy with crispy skin, but the souce was too thick and concentrated as if the tomato paste was used with some sprinkle of nuts. Will I visit this restaurant again? Probably yes, if I am nearby and hungry, but this brand wouldn't be at the top of my list for dining out.

Great variety of Spanish food, but some dishes were not too close to the real recipes. The bread with tomato had too much tomato, the bravas were good, the potato omelette had too much onion and the spring rice was very good. We would have appreciated if they changed our plates so we could eat the second on clean plates. The flan was good.

What Brexit did! I missed the old times nice Spanish Brindisa atmosphere ! I am sitting at the bar. It seems I am invisible as they just gossip and be mean with co-workers. In the past I used to come every week. After not being here for a few months I won’t come back .

Great food, lots of choice, quality of the ingredients is brilliant, if you like wine they have an amazing choice. Staff are superb, atmosphere is lovely. Book as it’s lots of people’s favourite!! And if you’re in Borough head to their sister restaurant too!!!

Despite having many reservations, they offered me to eat at the bar and I accepted. I ordered some ham croquettes (delicious) and some broken eggs (overcooked because they were dry when breaking the boil)

Small but amazing place ,service was excellent , and the food was awesome we just kept ordering more . We had arrived early after an exhibition at the V&A, they were super accomodating , as we were celebrating a birthday, all went smoothly from drinks to food, nothing was impossible This will be one of our summer locations to eat.Looking forward to our next visit 😀
