In the Tap now. It's like after school club. The noise is horrendous 😫, cannot hear the conversation with friends above the racket from the 4 girls in here. Been in before no issue at all, but based on this afternoon won't be coming back

Great pub been in a couple of times,staff are lovely went 2 see a staff member called Maddie she made me a cocktail which was great not had any food so can't comment on that will go again soon

Decent little boozer, friendly with some interesting clientele, you can always find someone to chat to.

Drinks in the sun whilst having a chat and watching the world go by, brilliant! Very friendly staff and landlady. They also have bingo and a quiz on certain weeknights. We didn't eat anything so I haven't rated food but the sausage rolls and pork pies looked lovely.

Great micropub, although plenty seating inside, plus a bit of outside space. 6 handpulled ales, mainly from the local Jolly Boys brewery. Think a few of the punters had 'had a few' and were a bit loud, but hey, they were enjoying themselves. Called before the FM gig at Birdwell Venue

We were their at a funeral tea. It was the best.

Cosy little real ale baby with plenty of choices

4 of us visited Saturday pm for afternoon tea. The food was lovely & the service was fab.

Cask beer obviously kept well as it was in great condition, and there was a good selection of six to chose from. The problem I have with this place is that it describes itself as a micropub, but has piped music, a projector TV and sells Guinness and Strongbow Dark Fruits on tap. There are another seven keg lines and not one of them dispenses craft beer. There are no craft beer cans or bottles either. If you want to "double up for £2.50“ or have two "shots" for £6 though, you're sorted. So, not a micropub in the true sense at all.

Lovely little bar we can't resist visiting when down seeing family. Great beer and ale selection and cosy friendly atmosphere plus a Turners pie if your hungry. What more can you need. Just wish it was my local.

Popped in for a quick pint the other night and it was a friendly local pub. The prices were good the beer was good so I can't really complain I will definitely be going back the staff were lovely and I enjoyed it

I love this place first time I've been back since lockdown, great little outside area where you can watch the world go by. The welcome is equal to the beer, which is brilliant and the Pork Pies are to die for!!!

Friendly, small, clean and serve fab cocktails. You will need to book a table (Covid) as it there are not many tables.

Had this wonderful bar snack, great idea well presented, it fed four of us to snack on for 2.50 each, £10. The staff although very busy did a fantastic job keeping social distancing and the place sanitised. Great little place well worth a visit X

First day back after lockdown and this place went above & beyond. Very warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Decided to spend the afternoon in here as they were very friendly and welcoming. They have had a recent refurb and now have two WCs, comfortable environment to have drinks. Only snag was plastic glasses 😞

Nice little pub with good beer selection. Only downside is the toilet. Only one loo for ladies and gents which is generally filthy by 9pm.

Excellent micro brewery outlet with many established and guest brews. Had the acorn Porter on this visit. Recommended

Went here for our works Christmas party. A very modern nice place. Food was amazing also and there was alot of choice both in food and drinks. They have a heated seated smoking area also. They have a car park to the rear with plenty of space. I've never been before but no doubt I will visit again. The staff are very friendly and plenty of staff to tend to your needs. There are also surrounding pubs if you like to move on after a few. There is a nice pub down the road that serves the best pork pies ever. Also there is a jet garage if you need any cigs ect. The working men's club is a bit further away but is also pretty good and cheap of course. Don't rule out Holyland as it was a good night and really did enjoy it.

I loved this place. It was a great little find - a modern, switched on bar with a very pleasant young lady to serve us. I will definitely return.

Family afternoon tea on Saturday afternoon. Visited on recommendation. Gorgeous selection of sandwiches and cakes. The scones were gorgeous, as was the lovely trifle. As much tea as you want. Great service and excellent value for money.

Called in for daughters birthday afternoon tea. Usual banter from Michelle and the actual tea was lovely. Michelle checked on us several times and even served our drinks table side. Cocktails were made perfectly. Thanks Michelle you were great!
