Absolutely what was needed at the end of a difficult day travelling. Wonderful friendly service, pointed us in the right direction of how medium to spicy their chefs prepared the food. Food was perfect a Chicken Tikka Masala meal and a Lamb Madras meal were beautiful. Thanks to all.

Popped in before the theatre to grab something to eat, not really expecting much as a meal with bread, salad and a drink was less than £9. The lamb Kharai was really one of the best curries I’ve had in a long time, really good home style cooking. Will definately make a point to call again if we are in the area, and I will try not to spill quite so much down my jumper.

Our second visit to Tandoori Delights. We dropped in for a quick teatime snack for my son. He had the veggie samosa, bhaji and raita which he said was really tasty. You can also get a main with rice, naan, salad, sauces and a drink for £8.49 which seems like great value. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I came here for a meal prior to a visit to the Lowry. It was great value for money. We both had a curry, rice, naan, salad with yoghurt, chilli sauce and a can of coke. I had a Korma and my husband had a medium spiced chicken curry (which was very spicy and tasty). Nice bargain grub!

Located in the Lowry Outlet this hidden little gem is great for a tasty bite if working in the surrounding MediaCityUK or if you are simply visiting to shop. A nicely contained menu offers something for most, including vegetarians and the prices of the meal deals really are excellent. The place is clean the staff are really friendly and I can certainly recommend visiting if you are passing or in the area.

I like the food and the hospitality of the servers, it is a true delight as their name suggests. I also like the fact you can try before you buy. For under £6.00 you get a main and a side dish plus a drink. I travel 18 miles to eat here. They are so welcoming and you don't have to wait long befor your meal is in front of you even at busy times.

Nowhere else can I find a food court where everyone wants to eat at the same place! Chicken tikka masala cooked to your liking with rice salad and nan, gorgeous!!! My mum likes the chicken tikka kebab served with salad and a sauce of her choice. Fed 4 of us for £20 including soft drinks and the plates were scrapped clean. And the service ........ Great friendly and helpful. LOVE IT!

Whilst wandering around the Lowry Centre killing time i found Tandoori Delights tucked in the corner of the food court and thought id give it a try. Service is friendly and fast and the menu is pretty good. I had Chicken Tikka Masala- you chose mild, medium or hot so i opted for medium assuming that would mean normal(ish). It was actually very spicy so if you want the level of spice youd get from most places id suggest mild! It was very tasty though, and the chicken was good quality and tender. Served with decent naan and salad along with a drink for just £5.99- cant grumble at that, especially in a shopping centre where prices are often hiked! Id definitely chose Tandoori Delights over the usual brand names found next to it.

I recently found myself looking for a quick, cheap bite to eat whilst in the Salford Quays area so I headed to the Lowry Outlet food hall. There’s a pretty wide choice of fast foods on offer but I opted for Tandoori Delights partly because...

I have no problem with them using a microwave to ensure you get hot food and I must say I enjoyed the chicken balti which had a nice 'spice bite' to it. The rice however was soggy and watery and this unfortunately reduced what could have been a good 'fast food' meal to an average one.

I was really hungry and every restaurant was full in Lowry. I hit the food court and tried this place. I had the lamb madras meal deal which had lamb madras, rice, half a naan and some dip and a tin of pop. It was all nicely microwaved in front of me and slopped onto a tray. The food was very very average and very very hot (not in a spicy way) For 6 quid it was a meal served fast and so in that regards it was good. Overall though it was sloppy, microwave curry and all a bit unlike other reviews which is a shame.

Cracking value for money when buying a curry as a meal deal. The curry I had was hot, spicy, full of flavour and tasted fresh. You can see it is proper curry, made in a traditional way. One of best I have ever had.

Had a surprisingly great lunch at Tandoori Delights today. I had never heard of them before and it made a great change to the usual fast food I eat when out and about. I ordered the Tikka Masala meal; not quite sure what or how much I would get. Believe me I was not left hungry and it tasted fab. I will definitely eat there again and recommend to all.

On first impressions we saw this place next to Burger King & thought we'd give it a try but we weren't expecting much for a 4.99 meal deal (expected a supermarket curry style curry tbh)- how wrong we were as the food was fantastic!!I was greeted by staff with a smile, whilst waiting I was asked if I minded sampling a seek kebab for some feedback on quality (it was perfect!). The curries we had were freshly made together with rice salad, half a naan bread and sauces with a can of pop all for £4.99...amazing value! The food quality was the same quality you get in good indian restaurant...it was actually better than some restaurants I've been in and coming from Bradford I know what a good curry tastes like and this was on a par with some of the best in Bradford. If I go back to the Lowry I'd definitely go there than get a plastic burger from Burger King or frozen food from the Harvester because the food is freshly made to an excellent standard & the owners should open a restaurant in the future! Great staff, great food!!

We had the lamb curry and the chicken tikka - both very tasty and filling. This came with a crisp fresh salad, tasty naan bread and coffee and tea which were also good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. So, all in all, couldn't fault it and would certainly recommend it to anyone. OK, it's only a shopping centre food court so I'm not judging it on it's atmosphere. We came here for lunch based on the TA reviews, & were not disappointed. Had the meal deal of curry, rice, half nan, salad, sauce & canned drink for £5 and kebab, nan, salad, sauce & drink for £4. Very tasty, actually quite hot & spicy (so if in doubt order a milder curry - there was a wide choice) and serving staff were lovely. As others said, it's served on paper plates, and heated as it's served. Good quality & great value - by far the best of the food court options.

Visiting the Salford Quays during the August bank holiday, decided on a quick lunch and had checked TA for local places to eat and decided on Tandoori Delights, excellent!. OK not fine dining, in fact just a fast food outlet sharing tables with other food outlets but if you just want very well cooked Asian/Indian food at brilliant prices and not an "Exotic experience" then try this place!!. simple menu, lamb curry meal with drink £5, 2 of us with 2 meal deals and extra samosas £10, very tasty!! no complaints!. If I lived locally I am sure I would be eating here more than once a week!. Very much worth a visit if you are in the area, lucky people who live in the local apartments!!.

Went to see Hobbit 2 movie in virtually empty cinema tonight...we decided to try this place after reading a few good reviews and the food was pretty good too.Its in a food court with one of the self clearing areas and its served on a paper plate with plastic cutlery but the actual quality of the food is good and you get a half naan bread, mango chutney, salad and curry of your choice with rice and a can of coke for £4.99 so pretty good value...Would only really dine here if I got hungry on a shopping expedition or while visiting the Lowry Theatre or Imperial War Museum...I find the shopping outlet soul less in the extreme, however, with no shops of any real interest and got a nasty surprise at the car park when we exceeded our allotted free parking time by 10mins and got stung for £7.00...shame you have to go to the outlet to enjoy the curry on offer at this little gem.....

This little delight is surrounded by the usual suspects you get in any shopping centre food court and why anyone would walk past this place to get to them is beyond me. We had a lovely meal deal with a decent portion of curry and rice and a separate plate with naan and salad and it was all delicious, in fact I've had worse in certain Indian restaurants and all for a fiver. The place looked clean and the service was friendly. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with the Subway, Burger King etc and go here, you won't be disappointed. I will definitely go back.

Salford food court is a great place for a snack. It has plenty of choice, all the usual outlets and a couple more such as Tandoori Delights. The food from this place punches well above its weight and after a few visits to the Lowry Centre Salford Keys I decided it was pointless going anywhere else. Not only is it delicious, its also very reasonably priced. Especially compared to Burger King next door, or Harry Ramsden's across the way. The curries are superb and you get restaurant quality food for a bargain take away price. They also do vegetarian meals with plenty of flavour too, The kebabs are top quality on freshly baked Naans. The Samosas, pakora and bahjees are clearly not low calory but are top notch. The other thing that makes this outlet easy to like is that its spotlessly clean and the staff are superb. Polite, hard working and treat you like you know them. They have seen me a lot over the years and I can't imagine me dropping this kind of treat for a burger or fried chicken. None spicy kids meals are also available.

I always make a beeline for this outlet when in the Lowry Outlet Mall, The £4.99 deal includes a small portion of curry with pilau rice, some chapatti, salad, relish, and a drink, which is not at all bad for the price. It's not a large meal but very tasty. All very clean, the curry portions are warmed up for each customer. Paper plates and plastic cutlery but throw away is standard in a food court. All served up by a nice bunch of lads

We were visiting the Lowry gallery and parked in the much criticised car park without fuss at about 10.00 a.m. We had an hour to kill before the gallery opened so wandered around. I don't like shopping much, so may not be the best judge of these shops, but the kitchen shop seemed to have some reasonable stuff and reasonable prices. The real reason I am writing this review is to recommend a small curry stall in the upstairs Food Court called Tandoori Delights. After two hours in the gallery we were hungry so thought we would try the retail outlet mall. Most of the restaurants on the ground floor looked expensive, full of noisy music and frankly not very interesting. However, up in the food court is a place selling delicious curry and rice for £4.99 including a free drink. My wife had the lamb and I had the vegetable curry. Both dishes were very good, not too spicy, not too greasy, tasty, hot and substantial. Everything is served with a smile. We were out within our permitted 4 hours, with our lunch qualifying us for the free parking. You really won't do better for a cheap lunch after (or before) visiting the Lowry.
