Polite, friendly and attentive staff. Food excellent . Been there 3 times and have not been disappointed. Best North Indian food.

When ordering the delivery time said 25/35 mins actually had to wait 1 hr 50 mins for delivery from ordering

I love ordering food from you guys, and I have never had a bad meal yet. Until this evening. My rice was burnt, and as tasty as the keema Lamb was, there was hardly any Lamb. Disappointed to say the least. Sorry to give a bad review 😮‍💨

Delivery time is ridiculous and that’s with pre ordering

wouldn't order again and curry was watery, not much for your money especially on the side orders. Naan was the best about it. Disappointed 😞 really

1hr late even after food was pre orded. When it did arrive it wasn't very warm after being told it was hot. Won't be ordering again, very disappointed

We love Tandoori Delight, we only order from this restaurant and it is always amazing. It was my birthday and they even put a few extras in there. Hightly recommend, my family cannot rate this place highly enough xx

We order from these every times we have Indian. Over the past 6 months or so I just feel it’s really gone downhill. Since all prices have gone up pretty much everywhere there’s have stayed pretty low which is nice. However, I feel they’ve kept prices low by cutting the portion sizes and quality of the food. Just as an example…. I love onion bhajis and a portion would be 4 in the silver foil container they come in. This container would be pretty much full with 4 in there. Now there’s still 4 but

Pretty decent curry - a shame it was 40 mins late being delivered

Best curry we’ve had in Chesterfield, tried a few over the space of a few years but haven’t found one we loved. Everything about the takeaway tonight was delicious, tasty and thick curry sauces, soft and tender meat, well filled naan breads. Was an about an hour and 20 from ordering to delivery, but it was worth the wait, we will be ordering again!

Still not received the food that was due an hour ago and then was moved 2 times and should have been delivered at 19.05 and its 19.24 and still not here

I ordered 2 poppadoms and only received 1!

Food was so bad cold and horrible

The food was really fresh and not greasy. I have a gluten allergy and called the resturant ahead, they was really good and made sure that the breads ordered were kept separate from the main food. Will certainly order again!

Unhappy as you Just Eat charged me £3.20 for bottle and when I spoke to the restaurant after food was delievered they did not provided pop, I would like a refund for my £3.20

Ordered at 7:30pm on a Thursday and had to wait until 9:30pm to get it. Naan bread not up to usual standards, rest was great.

Cold. City taxi driver even apologise it was cold when delivered.

We normally collect our meal but tried delivery tonight. Food arrived on time, hot and tasty. The food at Tandoori is always excellent. Would never go anywhere else.

Only 5 mins past the estimated delivery time but I think that an hour and 45 mins to deliver, when the takeaway is not even a mile up the road, is a bit poor to be honest but luckily the food was excellent

This delivery was 2 hours after ordering and then we had a missing item. We the tried to ring up but the phone was left off the hook (I rung over 40 times)

Rice was nice the Nan bread was quite tasty both the curries where a little ropey the lamb was nice and soft but not much flavour , the tikka tasted more like korma, for the price was expecting a few popadoms thrown in probably wouldn’t order again

We’ve had some of best Indian food from here, and some of the worst! It can be delicious and it can be appalling. One thing you can be sure of, your dish will have very little of the chicken/lamb/prawn you’ve ordered in it.

First time here. My Shami Kebab was a little chewy but full of flavour. I tried the Lamb Garlic as my main. First impressions were not brilliant as it was very runny and left water on the plate. Not particularly tasty and was clearly not made using fresh garlic which I am used to. Couldn't fault the lamb which was tender and not at all fatty. By no means a bad dish but I have had much better, albeit at a higher price. The Keema Rice was very well presented and had plenty of mince meat. Tasty and one of the best examples I've ever had the pleasure to eat. I would give them another try to be honest. Not a bad meal.

Got prawn korma was horrible looked and tasted like it was out of a tin the meat Samosas were sloppy curry filled will not be ordering from there again

Ordered garlic naan turned out to be a pizza base. Order chicken tika masala was more like a korma all you could taste was coconut

Very nice curry but I feel the order was wrong and I got a korma instead of a makani but I ate it anyway lol

The curries and saag aloo was tasteless. Like a tinned soup. The tandoori starters and pickle tray, rice and naan were good. Just let down by the curries.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to in this instance. £15 worth of snap, and all I can describe the jalfrezi as is vile, the aftertaste of each mouthful I just get the taste of dirty dish water, god only knows what’s in it. Pappadum like ghandis flip flop. Jokes aside though, made me feel ill, give it a miss

Order from this takeaway on a regular basis due to the food being excellent consistently.

Ordered food at 7. Estimated delivery time was 8:10-8:30 it then got pushed back by an hour. Tried to call restaurant didn’t get any answer at all after numerous attempts. Good eventually arrived just after 9 o clock 2 hours after ordering, considering the restaurant is under a mile away you’d of thought it would of been sooner. Usually collect from here but thought I’d get delivered (never again) when food arrived it was different to what i had ordered and the naan bread genuinely taste gone off. Not sure what’s happened as usually always a good meal from here but won’t be ordering again

try it long time ago and was not good, so last thought I'd give it another chance big mistake very poor quality and the onion bhajis terrible look like they out of packet from Iceland

Ordered from here last night. 2 onion bhaji they were so tiny. Also ordered 2 chicken phal 3 pieces of chicken in each curry. Total waste of money, I will never use this place again. AVOID AT ALL COST. UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPED OFF.

I am absolutely astounded by the disgusting conversation I have just had... I ordered the korma and pulao rice... when I got it home and put it on my plate a watery liquid covered my plate completely all over my rice and chapati ruining my meal I then rang tandoori delight to make them aware of this and ask for my money back as it had put me right off wanting it... I got told only the curry would be refunded I then said but it spoilt my whole meal I was spoke to horribly I got told I was unfair and never to order from them again (I wouldn't anyway) and said I would only get the money back for curry and rice... the attitude is my main problem I am very angry with this situation and I would warn everyone who orders to be aware of this... warm and friendly when taking your money however horrible and rude when faced with giving it back they then put the phone down on me before taking any details. Shocked and disappointed!!!!

Have lived almost next door for the last four years and every order had been delicious. Got my last one tonight before moving.... Mixed grill, bhaji, naan and jalfezi. Delicious as always. Jalfezi is a bit hot 🔥! Love it. It's been fun guys.
