Food is always great from here. It was late and we phoned the restaurant who then added some nice extras to our order to make up for it so, still very happy and definitely recommend. Their food is normal on time or early so it isn’t the usual scenario for it being late!

While the food is very good the delivery service is awful, I pre-ordered for a 6pm delivery as we are on very strict eating schedules, the food wasn't delivered until 7.35 so too late for us to actually eat it and we'll have to reheat tomorrow.

Best Indian by far so glad it’s stood the test of time must be one of the oldest tandooris in chesterfield now. 10/10 every time never disappoints and prices have hardly increased in all the years. Would always recommend.

God knows why this has 3/5 star review. It is by far the best ‘takeaway’ in chesterfield. That includes other styles of cuisine. (Mondays can be iffy tho)

The food was bland and 3 dishes looked and tasted like they had the same base sauce.

Never again. Pre ordered at 4pm for 8pm delivery. Still I get the usual message saying delayed. Arrive30 minutes late and cold. Everything was stacked on madras curry and all leaded everywhere. Disastrous

I ordered a meal for 6:15. After 15 minutes they changed delivery time to 6:45, it actually arrived at 6:55. Not ideal considering my wife needs to take medication within 30 minutes of eating. Curry was nice, however was only Luke, the chips were stone cold. don’t mind waiting if it’s worth the wait, to be as late as it was and be cold is not good. My food was either ready 20 mins before they sent it or sent it out on 10 mile trip with 5 other drops. Het more drivers you are busy enough.

You got our curry’s wrong. We ordered a planner tikka masala and a chicken tikka makhani. You put the paneer in the makhani. My husband doesn’t eat paneer and I don’t like makhani so neither of us had a curry. Really disappointed.

The food was underwhelming and lacking in taste. This was a surprise as I have had lots of great food from TD. The lamb was ropey, dry and tough. The Nans were claggy and doughy. The chicken lacked taste and the curry sauce was soupy and bland. The prawn purée was surprisingly hot - too hot. The lime pickle was certainly not the best I have had and was unpleasant. Therefore regretfully have to say we were all a bit disappointed.

Decided to try here, instead of my normal Indian Blues. Used to have indian food from here years ago. Food order area is a little scruffy, but its currently got a full 5 score on the doors. I had a veg madras, veg pulao rice and cheese naan. Really enjoyed it, plenty of sauce and vegetables. Will definitely be visiting again. Phone was busy taking orders which is a good sign too.

Not been here for a few years and this latest order reminded me why. Over an hour late. The curry was watery and tasteless,barely any meat, save your money there are better places.

We love Tandoori Delight, we only order from this restaurant and it is always amazing. It was my birthday and they even put a few extras in there. Hightly recommend, my family cannot rate this place highly enough xx

We order from these every times we have Indian. Over the past 6 months or so I just feel it’s really gone downhill. Since all prices have gone up pretty much everywhere there’s have stayed pretty low which is nice. However, I feel they’ve kept prices low by cutting the portion sizes and quality of the food. Just as an example…. I love onion bhajis and a portion would be 4 in the silver foil container they come in. This container would be pretty much full with 4 in there. Now there’s still 4 but

Best curry we’ve had in Chesterfield, tried a few over the space of a few years but haven’t found one we loved. Everything about the takeaway tonight was delicious, tasty and thick curry sauces, soft and tender meat, well filled naan breads. Was an about an hour and 20 from ordering to delivery, but it was worth the wait, we will be ordering again!

Still not received the food that was due an hour ago and then was moved 2 times and should have been delivered at 19.05 and its 19.24 and still not here

Food was so bad cold and horrible

The food was really fresh and not greasy. I have a gluten allergy and called the resturant ahead, they was really good and made sure that the breads ordered were kept separate from the main food. Will certainly order again!

Unhappy as you Just Eat charged me £3.20 for bottle and when I spoke to the restaurant after food was delievered they did not provided pop, I would like a refund for my £3.20

Ordered at 7:30pm on a Thursday and had to wait until 9:30pm to get it. Naan bread not up to usual standards, rest was great.

Ordered titanium masala but sent corma. Chicken tandoori awsome. Poppadoms thin and crispy n fresh. Chicken madras very watery. Roman gosh good
