Entered the shop at 2:45 to be told "we are closed, I've got to do the school run". Loads of cakes on the counter behind her, would have taken 30 seconds to sell us two cakes. Rotten service. We buy cakes here a couple of times a week, but won't be doing so again. Very disappointed.

Brilliant shop - lovely friendly lady - really helpful. Bought two salad boxes and cakes, and coffees - all amazingly tasty! The salad boxes were full and fresh - plenty of variety and choices - and excellent value for money. Would definitely go there again if on holiday in Colwyn Bay, and highly recommend a visit. Thank you! xx

I visited the shop in colwyn bay today 9/11/2021 to be greeted by a very friendly and helpful young lady. I ordered a cheese and ham sandwich and a vanilla latte Will definitely be visiting again highly recommended.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat. Great attitude and service from the assistant. Panini was great. I've had cakes from Tan Lan before and they're great. 😋🙂

Delicious food and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived for lunch in a fluster with a hungry baby and an elderly dog on a very wet Tuesday. From the moment we walked in the lobby the staff were lovely, finding us a table in a suitable area and giving us the time and space to get sorted. There was no hurry to order and they bought us coffee and water to heat the baby’s food before we ordered. Once calm was restored and we ordered the service continued to impress and the food was delicious and fairly priced. Credit to all at the hotel.

2 of the main courses were unavailable. The vegetables for the lamb course were unavailable. Alternative vegetables were given which were undercooked and cold. Potato was tasteless and cold . Did mention it to waiter whose response was sorry. £24 for a piece of lamb is unacceptable as I didn't eat the vegetables or potatoes.

Eight adults booked a table here last Wednesday and from the second we stepped into the place we were in love with it. The elegance and charm were extraordinary. Then came the 3 course meal ! Everybody raved about every course. The service was impeccable and if I lived nearer I’d be a regular! Cannot fault one detail .
