Tan Lan Bakery in Conwy

Entered the shop at 2:45 to be told "we are closed, I've got to do the school run". Loads of cakes on the counter behind her, would have taken 30 seconds to sell us two cakes. Rotten service. We buy cakes here a couple of times a week, but won't be doing so again. Very disappointed.

Brilliant shop - lovely friendly lady - really helpful. Bought two salad boxes and cakes, and coffees - all amazingly tasty! The salad boxes were full and fresh - plenty of variety and choices - and excellent value for money. Would definitely go there again if on holiday in Colwyn Bay, and highly recommend a visit. I visited the shop in colwyn bay today 9/11/2021 to be greeted by a very friendly and helpful young lady. I ordered a cheese and ham sandwich and a vanilla latte Will definitely be visiting again highly recommended.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat. Great attitude and service from the assistant. Panini was great. I've had cakes from Tan Lan before and they're great. 😋🙂
