It was a lovely surprise to find this little Lebanese bakery which was full of people on a Sunday morning, mostly Middle Eastern including tourists to judge from appearances. A large selection of sweet pastries and delicious flat breads baked to order. Absolutely top quality food and friendly if busy servers. Highly recommended. Only downside that seating is limited.

What a gem! Beautiful pastries, great coffee and a lovely team. I stopped on my way to catch a train at Euston and had the Sweet Ka’ak with cream cheese, pistachio and honey and it was stunning. Very well balanced flavours, generously portioned and delicious. The cafe itself is small but the team turn things over well and the vibe is relaxed. Picked up a selection box of mini pastries on the way out and can also recommend - all delicious.

Excellent coffee and kofta wrap (but a little too spicy for us). Disappointed with the very popular manakish, a flat bread with toppings of choice, which we found rather bare. Not as busy this time; on our first visit, on Easter Sunday, there were queues outside.

The food is delicious, the service is very friendly, even when it's busy (and it was busy all the time we stayed). We had wraps on several days and they were always so tasty. The wraps are baked and then filled while you wait. The sweet pastries were scrummy. The mini bites were irresistible.

Really excellent food, served remarkably quickly in a cafe style setting. The topped flatbreads are incredibly tasty and good value. I would definitely come back. This is some of the best food in Bloomsbury/King's Cross area. The coffee is also very good. It can be hard to get a seat when it is busy.

The fresh-from-the-oven date rolls are light, airy and divine. Also try the Lebanese version of a “bagel” and cream cheese, with pistachio and honey. There’s an Arabic name for it but I don’t know it? Just describe “roll with cream cheese, honey and pistachio.” The flavor combinations are perfect. My daughter and I kept returning for this breakfast delight and the friendly service. This place is always active, and popular with locals. Grab a sidewalk table, watch the neighborhood scene and enjoy a mint tea or coffee with a fresh-baked Lebanese treat.

Fabulous gelato just around the corner from my house :))) Feel very lucky to have this so close to me. The flavours are to die for and it's soo deliciously creamy.

Heading into 2024 and Mother is as fantastic as ever. Recent highlights have been a vibrant chicken curry and Sri Lankan christmas cake - wow. If anything the coffee has got even better. All fresh home-cooking and excellent value. I feel very lucky this place exists in my 'hood!
