Came with friends and family all mostly satisfied with the food two of us has beef rendang from the Malaysian menu which to be fair was tasty but the rendang portion was tiny. We had a main plate with the rice and the rendang came as a side plate to mix. There are was three very small portions of beef with little sauce. By the time it was mixed into the rice you basically had a plate of dry rice. Shame

Got UBER take away delivered at 19:45 tonight and we ordered Gado2 for my Vegetarian friend, Thai Fish cakes with green sauce and mine Pad Thai Tofu . The Gado2 peanut sauce is watered down version tasteless and the amount is less than half the container, you can see about 2 table spoonful of water still lingered at the corner. The worst one was Thai Fish cakes, received 8 little pieces slightly bigger than 50p coins and tasted grotesque so chewy it's not the real deals compared to what the real Thai Fish cakes. The green sauce is disgusting. Pad Thai Tofu tasted just plain but there wasn't the Pad Thai aroma in it and they used the wrong size of rice noodles too. Overalls bad experience 🙁🙁🙁🙁

Restaurant was empty, they didn't have chicken fried rice for some reason, served us partially raw chicken skewers. They seemed very disappointed that we only ordered starters. I'm so pleased we did. There's plenty more great restaurants in the area ( you have been warned)

Looking for a quick bite to eat we were warmly welcomed into this 'street food' restaurant. Plenty of choice so we went for a couple of snack/starters although sadly our 1st choice the pork spring rolls weren't available. Waiter seemed a bit confused as they had to check our order again & then one of our snacks didn't arrive so we had to ask for it. Having said that my main of beef redang was delicious & such a generous portion that I ended up giving some to my son who was also enjoying his food. Very minor quibble about service aside this is certainly a place I would be happy to eat at again even if I'm not sure exactly what cuisine it is - a mixture of Vietnamese & Malaysian I think.

Exceptional service from Zidan and the other staff. Great options on the menu, cooked expertly and absolutely delicious. We ordered the Malaysian Roti with lamb curry, pad Thai, pandan steamed buns and duck spring rolls. Served quickly and super polite, food was some of the best Thai and Malaysian we’ve eaten in the UK. Recommend 100%

We walked along the canal to Camden and decided to eat at whichever place took our fancy. We ventured down a side street and found Tai Pan Alley. The staff were really friendly, the music was pumping and we ate some superb food. We went for the pad Thai, jungle curry, wontons and red bean bao. The food was cooked fresh to order and was served in a timely fashion and to an excellent standard. Highly recommended.

We were running late but they still kept the booking and were so lovely about it. Customer service was great and food was lovely. I really loved the Ipoh coffee and roti John! I would certainly go back.

Reading earlier reviews we were slightly hesitant as the reviews are mixed. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was impeccable. The warm welcome and hosting skills of the manager Zana made our afternoon one to remember. The staff were attentive and our glasses constantly topped up. The food was tasty and the portions more than adequate. All in all a lovely afternoon. Would definitely recommend the bottomless brunch.

This restaurant has a varied menu, including Thai, Japanese and Malaysian. As you might expect, the result is that they don’t really excel in any, the food is pretty average. Aside from this, the service wasn’t great, starters arrived at different times (including one alongside the mains) and the waiter moaned when we asked for something “If you want anything else, let me know now so I don’t have to come back”. Overall, pretty average and not worth going out of your way for, but not terrible if you can’t find anything else

Absolutely amazing place. Staff super friendly and Chef Emo made me feel very welcome. Ordered the Chicken UDO noodles, cooked to perfection. Fresh ingredients, just the right blend of spice, and they serve Asahi on draught. Will return next time I'm Camden. Thank you
