Taco Bell in Lincoln

Fui y compré comida por valor de £ 30 para una buena noche en pareja y no parecía que la bolsa tenía ningún baño para los churros, así que le pregunté al chico si estaba en la caja y me dijo "sí, estará en la caja compañero". Cuando llegué a casa descubrí que no estaba en la caja. Supongo que me tontas por confiar en él. Tuve que volver a por la salsa ya que esto habría arruinado esa parte de la comida. Sugerí tal vez lanzar algunos tiernos pollos por la inconveniencia de tener que volver y se negaron, no ofrecieron ninguna solución alternativa solo dijeron "no puedo hacer ningún tierno pero aquí está la salsa". Muy mal servicio al cliente. Estará boicoteando por un año.

Comida de gran valor en un ambiente nuevo y muy limpio. Me encantó su nueva comida de caja de queso a la parrilla. Me gusta el hecho de que puedas servirte bebidas. Todo caliente y fresco

Siempre he tenido una buena experiencia en Nettleham Road, Lincoln. Personal muy amable, buena comida. Siempre caliente y fresco. Suelo entrar y el restaurante siempre está limpio y ordenado.

Esto era tan encantador y tranquilo, era brillante y todo estaba caliente y servida rápidamente. El personal era agradable y amable. Merezco una calificación muy buena

Es mi tercera vez que paso por Lincoln. El martes de tacos fue un placer. 4 Taco Supremes wo crema agria por £ 5. Después de leer las otras críticas, supongo que soy una excepción, pero 3 / 3 visitas y la comida era como en casa. Sí, los trabajadores están detrás del mostrador, pero pedí en las pantallas táctiles y mi pedido estaba bien. Incluso me dio salsas extra cuando pregunté.

10 minutos para ser reconocido, para luego ser dicho ¡Soy un lector de mentes! Wow excepcional servicio al cliente si no lo digo yo mismo! La comida era de mala calidad, lo que era de esperar con el pésimo servicio al cliente. Mi primera y última experiencia gastronómica con Taco Bell!

Describir la comida como gruesa sería caritativo. Decidí ser justo con él y darle una segunda oportunidad ya que seguramente no podría ser tan malo como recordaba un año antes, quería equivocarme. Posteriormente me molesté conmigo mismo por cometer el mismo error dos veces. El lugar estaba muerto en ambas ocasiones, esto por sí solo debe ser indicativo de su valor. Sinceramente, creo que sería contrario a la convención Geneva servir esto a los prisioneros de guerra y mucho menos pagar a los clientes. Mirando hacia atrás ahora me pregunto si el lugar es solo una fachada para algunos negocios más nefastos, tal vez lavando dinero porque no hay manera de que haga dinero, cada vez que paso por él está completamente muerto, y la comida ... no es comida, llamándolo comida es molesto, y duplicidad.

This was one of my worst restaurant experiences ever! After waiting to order at the counter for around 10 minutes the staff came over and was horrible and flipped us off when they mistook my friends coughing for us being rude without letting us explain. I would NOT recommend this establishment and I urge any customers to steer clear and go to kfc down the road. I hope this matter gets resolved soon. Will not be returning

25 mins as the only car in the drive through??? But why? There is nobody in the restaurant either. The lady on the drive through machine is a misery too. I don’t understand if why it takes so long for a couple burritos.

Never been to a Taco Bell in the UK. There is clearly a training need- & the senior management need to address the poor quality of their products- fries MUCH too salty, told staff member- she agreed, but no offer to replace! Quesadilla did not resemble anything I experienced in Texas or New Mexico. 2 paper thin tortillas with a teaspoonful of filling more like a smear of cheap pate. Just to add to the pain, the toilet was dirty, urine on the floor, no toilet paper. Since my visit I see that Taco Bell's in the UK generally rate poorly on Trip Advisor- this was awful!.

Quesadilla had one piece of chicken per quarter, first and last visit to Taco Bell, staff stood arguing with each other behind the counter. Off next door to kfc at least I know I will get some actual pieces of chicken in my wrap,

What an absolute joke. This was my very first Taco bell experience ever, and the last. Went in on Sunday afternoon and only one customer in there. Ordered online before arrival and went in to pick up my order. Rubbish on the floor, and glass wall surrounding kitchen area was very dirty and not a good first impression to people entering. During the 20 minute wait to receive my order, girl who was running drive through and order collections admitted she didn’t know what she was doing so obviously poorly trained. All orders were being sent out with apologies that they had run out of lettuce. Two items missing from my order so had to go back in to collect, also a ‘cheesey roll up’ was missing, this was rectified by a small soft wrap with a tiny amount of grated cheese thrown in and ‘rolled up and handed to me cold, and to be given about 6 fries in a bag as an apology was beyond a joke. All other food in my order was luke warm and inedible. No manager was present to sort the problems so I just left very disgruntled. I am really surprised that this restaurant is still trading, and is doing untold damage to an international brand. No wonder the place was empty. SORT IT OUT OR SHUT DOWN!!

Tasted okay, but the standard was poor and the amount of filling was atrocious. Looks like someone threw a small pinch of lettuce and a teaspoon of filling into a wrap then chucked it into a bag. Delivery time was good but I assume that’s due to the short prep time!!! First and last time ordering. Have some standards for your food compared to the photos.

Popped in here to see what the food was like and we really enjoyed it, very good value for money, we had the meal deal which came with a bottomless drink which is really good, had the iced peach tea which sounds horrible but it was so tasty, will certainly be back for another meal soon
