Food ordered for delivery twice. Over an hour late each time

Food never arrived, couldn't get through to them on phone and never given a refund DO NOT GO HERE

I can’t even explain the chicken wings I ordered were amazing!!! The garlic bread so cheesy!! The chips is a massive portion and the chicken nuggets better than McDonald’s I’m so happy with my order and I can’t even explain how juice the chicken wings was if u need a late night snack or dinner or anything order from here!! It’s so nice

Accepted order on two occasions. Never delivered. Restaurant was shut. Can’t get a cash refund.

Ordered food, said it was on the way, never turned up. Called the restaurant and eventually drove down to find out it was closed. Really rubbish

THE BEST GARLIC BREAD TO EVER EXIST!!!!!!!!! (Most places don’t put garlic in their garlic bread 💔) ordered through Lincoln eats and delivery was 30 minutes earlier than expected, AMAZING!

Stay away from this establishment at all costs food was not cooked properly at all the pizza dough was raw and the topping was cremated beyond recognition the only good experience was the polite delivery driver

I ordered through Deliveroo, after an hour of it being “prepared” I called them and had no response. I called them a total of 5 times with the same result. Eventually an hour and a half later someone called saying they only just noticed my order. A 30 minute wait turned into over 2 hours.

Food was never delivered. Tried to call the restaurent but it was closed and no one answered. Do not order from here!

Terrible service. Ordered food, didn't deliver yet submitted a delivered response to Justeat which prevented a refund. Called the restaurant multiple times with no answer. NEVER again. After reading other reviews afterwards, in hindsight, this seems typical for this business.

Absolutely appalling customer service - I ordered the food as it gave a 15 minute wait. I called the restaurant twice, all I was told is that it's "on the way". An hour and a half later, no food. The person i spoke to said it wasnt their problem because it's "not their department". AVOID BELLO PIZZA AT ALL COSTS

Ordered food and it has not arrived fuming so bad rn was literally my dinner and now I’m starving because it didn’t show up

Took an hour and 30 minutes for for my food to come then I told them on the phone I wholly had a £20 note and then only give me £5 change out of a £20 note I think that’s disgusted and chips taste like rubber on my food or £13 and I was given £5 change to £20

My mate ordered food took over an hour and a half no food no update

I’ve ordered a pizza and was tracking it on delivery roo the car drive near my street and said it’s here and that it’s been dropped off 😂 hmm are you a joke I honestly think the driver ate it himself lol never ordering from there again tried to order it once to see if it was gonna be good vile

Just ordered from Bello Pizza Lincoln, Kebab was burnt, solid and very oily onion rings had very little onion and was soft and mushy, chips was a soggy cardboard and mozzarella dip was again soft, solid fake cheese - please save your money - never again.

They decided to send a chicken burger in replacement of a veggie burger without telling as they said on the phone they were out... who does that, had my brother eat chicken when is a vegetarian

1 hour 40 minute wait for cold greasy food and they replaced a veggie burger with chicken!

Took over 2 hours to arrive. Said it would be here for half 7! Garlic Bread was stale! The chips, curly fries and onion rings were lukewarm and stale. Ordered 2 cans of pop which wasn't even delivered! I will never order from here again!

I use bello pizza as one of my go to places they do a lovely four cheese pizza at a reasonable price . The chips are great to not been disappointed yet Thankyou

They were great in early 2021 but then they must have gone to new management or something because the website changed as did the prices etc. Also at this time the quality took a huge nosedive too which is sad because they were my favourite place in Lincoln before that.

Absolutely disgusting and took over an hour to arrive even though uber eats had notified me to say the order was on its way. The chips weren't cooked at all. The dough on both pizzas was raw due to overloading with toppings and the garlic bread with cheese wasn't a garlic bread with cheese it was plain garlic bread and was so well done it was more like one big crisp. Absolutely shocking at 15 pound even with a discount for uber eats.

Incredibly greasy, terrible tasting food. Arrived late. Don't waste your money.

Order 12" veggie hot and garlic dip through Uber eats on Tuesday. Came with missing ingredients (no jalapeno, main bit!) and an extra ingredient which tasted like sliced potato? And pineapple! Polite helpful man on phone agreed to re-send correct pizza, and the dip. Pizza arrived, was definitely a lot smaller than 12 inch and very thin, barely warm and STILL no garlic dip!! A 20% off voucher was given with the pizza but still very dissapointed.

Ordered a doner NAAN wrap and a chips and cheese, the NAAN wrap was supposed to come with salad garlic and chilli sauce and obviously wrapped in NAAN. Recieved an open tortilla wrap with boiling hot salad underneath burnt dry doner meat and no sauce. Chips and cheese were bland and overly greasy. Horrible food wont be returning.

Thought I would give somewhere new a try. Ordered the meal deal 2 and got two margarita pizzas, one with a garlic base, got a garlic bread and the margarita with garlic base. They are way too thick because the top of the pizza is cooked but then the dough is still raw in the middle. Chips were nice I suppose. Disappointed after an hour and 45 mins.

Excellent food and good prices. Ordered two pizzas and chicken kebab, no point in spending extra money on Dominos. Friendly delivery person even though my housemate mixed up our orders and he had to drive twice. Definitely going to order again.

ordered a pizza and calzone from Bello and it was delicious. The pizza bases were rustic and really tasty. Can tell they are 100% cooked fresh. Would highly recommend.
