AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! DO NOT GO!

We ordered two burger deals and haddock and chips, only a few chips in each meal, mushy peas were like water and was barely warm when arrived. Hour and half to be delivered. Won't be ordering again

Rude staff and undercooked chips, I was also overcharged for curry sauce. Will avoid in future.

What the hell is this place? It’s meant to be a Chippy? The guy can’t even wrap the chips!! Where the hell is he getting his prices from? Very rude and disrespectful guy disgusting food Anybody eat here has no tastebuds and has no idea what Fish and chips is meant to taste like. Anybody thinking of going to this place don’t please walk away do not give them your money 1.9 rating says it all.

Ordered yesterday and was half an hour late.. gave a free can of Pepsi so didn't complain. Today I ordered a pie and it was squished to the point it looked so unappetising with minimal chips. Should of read the reviews on Google..

Ordered through just eat an hour later no food had been delivered so rang up to find out where it was the guy that answered was rude and quick to get off the phone. Rang again was told it would be 10 mins and half an hour later still no food! It did eventually arrive an definitely disappointed it was stone cold and not very nice Will not be ordering from here again

Took an hour to receive my Fish and chips with a chicken and mushroom pie. When received there was practically no heat coming from non of the food. The fish was tasteless and soggy inside and the chips were ALL rock hard and stale and cold and pie, wow! Never seen such a disgusting looking pie just thrown on top of chips and then crushed and mushed all over the chips. Definitely won't be ordering from here again!!

Battered sausage was incinerated and the batter was just chunks of hard, oil soddened crisp. Made my husband wait outside even though it was empty…very rude man.

The staff and delivery drivers are very nice. That last review was very racist, this guy has been in the country for years and his English is very good!! The food is amazing :) I always go here and the chips are vegan?

terrible service. first time i ordered from there and i will say i’ll never be ordering from there again. they took our order then rang back and refused to serve. guy on the phone was overall rude shouldn’t be working in customer service if he doesn’t know what respect is

If I could I would put 0 stars. Rang for a home delivery. First time going to this place and the thought we would give it a go. Safe to say we will not be ordering again even if I was held at gun point. The guy who answered my call shouted at me down the phone telling me to “call Back later we are really busy”. The hangs up the phone! Some good customer service. I have really bad anxiety and find it difficult to call people so it was a big thing for me to do such a little thing for me to just be shouted at!

Thats the last time I try this place. The man working there is really rude. When the place was new, he was just as rude. The food wasn't great either. Places like this are better off closing down.

All one star reviews are correct! The guy is so rude. I asked him to scrape some of the butter off the bread rolls that he had slopped on with a spoon to be told I've done it now and then sighed and walked off when I told him there's too much on it. Ate one chip and binned the rest of the food. It was freshly cooked but still rock hard!

Had a fish chips and mushy peas won't order again as the fish batter was really soggy and just fell off the fish mushy peas was more like pea soup.

The guy serving was quite rude, just as others have stated. Ordered a chicken and mushroom pie, but gave us the steak one instead, they just threw it in the microwave and still frozen in the middle. Also asked for chips, cheese and curry, but got given a very lump chips cheese and gravy instead. Partners chips were also cold.

Food was barely warm and the portion price to size was astronomical. Allegedly it was a large portion of chips costing £3 yet there were barely enough to make two chip butties. The batter on the sausages was nearly none existant.

The fish was shivering when arrived. It was with the driver for 45 minutes. The app showed delivered, after several attempts calling them and no answer I called from my wife's number and finally they picked it up. In the end was delivered but the food was so cold that the mozarella I bought for the chips had 0 chance to ever get melted. Waste of money and rude customer service.

Don't think I've ever left one star for anywhere but the service was rubbish. The guy serving couldn't even understand "how much is a large chips and gravy?" The chips were raw, gravy like water.

Chips ok, curry nice but customer service not great. Server looked annoyed and inconvenienced! Don't run a chippy if you don't like customers, it's that simple really

DO NOT order from this shop!! My daughter places an order and was told 20 mins she called back 20 mins later and said she had to go out. He said 20 mins again. When she phoned back he started shouting at her down the phone. As she had to go out no one was there when the food was finally delivered and had to be taken in by her flat mate. Food was stone cold and inedible. I phoned them and he was abusive and ended the call. They think its right to shout at a 19 year old!!! Will be taking this further.

The guy in the shop clearly arrived in the country on Thursday - he didn't understand a word that was said on first, second, or third time of trying. Would have been better off pointing to the menu. When we tried to order online, got the message that our address was too far away even though it was well within the 5mile radius offered - phoned to ask and just got told "I can't do anything goodbye". Pity, because I quite enjoyed the food

Spontaneous first visit as passing with my son. Customer service and demeanour of the gentleman serving/frying was appalling, rude and abrupt. Misheard all requests so had to repeat/correct several times. Fishcake was in tiny pieces after he threw the battered sausage on top of it. Snapped 'no' when my son asked politely if we could have scrumps. Was trying to encourage my son's confidence in ordering and interacting in shops - will not be returning and would not recommend.

Absolutely appalling! Waited over 2 hours for our food and when it got to half an hour over the expected delivery time I called them. They didn’t answer the phone the first 7 times! By the 8th time they answered then hung up! I called again and like before they hung up on me!

worst fish and chips in lincoln. delivery driver couldn’t find our address and was rude when we rang him, blaming us (???) and hanging up repeatedly. eventually he told us to meet him on a main road, then didn’t show up. when he eventually found our house, the food was abysmal. the chips were soggy and covered in oil. the fish was just as bad, coated in cold and soggy batter. avoid.

Ordered Curly fries, 2 battered sausages and chips and cheese. Chips and Cheese were horrible, sausage was cold. We didnt receive our curly fries. Got a burger instead. We rang them up and they said they couldn't do anything. I am recovering from covid and just fancied curly fries. Now all I'm left with is a bloody battered sausage and a can of Dr Pepper. Also the person on the phone was very very rude! Will not be ordering for here again

Ordered from here and complained, fresh and customer service do not exist at this establishment. Thankfully Just Eat gave a refund.

Lovely fish, but the chips were tasteless and under cooked.

Cooked freshly. Good service and decent price. I recommend to anyone.
