We got seated and Swift service. Not too crowded and centre of town

Going in at 2am is such a vibe 😌

It was very good, well maintained. The atmosphere was weird, because we were sitting by the window inside, and outside there was a teenager who didn't look in the right state of mind and was throwing up...

Food cold, milkshakes was very watery.

No one to talk to I swear this company gets worst and worst 15 pound for nothing we received a sausage muffin just one I ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffin meals with orange juice trying to sort it and it’s saying they comas t me via email but that’s not my email address that your saying your emailing me too so that’s obvs the person who’s got my food emails

THE SECURITY DOESNT CARE FOR YOU. Food and servers are 10/10. But if you’re looking for a safe environment to have your meal? Don’t come here because the security will tell you it id not their issue and will insinuate that it is your fault 1000009099% of the time. Me and my friend were BLATANTLY recorded by a bunch of men and was told that it wasn’t an issue because the guard said QUOTE “I don’t agree with that”

Drinks arrived with lids open, so spilt everywhere in the bag. Ordered the Nether sauce and only recieved tomato. Other than that, food was good, if a bit cold, but I don't believe this was affected by the delayed delivery time. Delivery driver had a super hard time finding our building, but did find us eventually.

Delivery time was super quick, and the delivery man was very friendly and polite. Everything arrived perfectly, all carefully wrapped and packed sensibly. Burger was hot, chips were warm, everything that was meant to be cold was kept separate. Nice!

Order was supposed to be here at around 21:00 and it came 21:30. Asked the guy what the problem was and he started giving me unprofessional attitude and started shouting for the code. Absolutely ridiculous because the restaurant I ordered from is 5 minutes away from my house with a car and he had the order before 21:00.

only got coke and ketchup. why driver didn't wait until doors will be open to confirm order. no code been asked. order was 22£ got coke and ketchup left under doors asking for refund or replacement of full order

It's a busy restaurant but I found a table easily. They staff were attentive and very helpful. I use a stick to walk and help was offered many times. The food was hot and tasty. I am very happy with the service today.

Tills crash every night around midnight. Massive delay. No excuse. It’s been the same for months. Management obviously don’t care. Should do. They’re losing money.

The good took over 1 hour and 20 minutes. When it arrived all of the food was stone cold and the milkshakes and completely melted and warm. It’s obvious the food had just been sat there for a long time and there was no thought to make it fresh.

Some women wouldn’t stop laughing they ruined my experience at this very well known establishment. Also they time for food was shocking someone next to me waited 45 minutes. Additionally the food was mediocre at best.

Don't ever come here if you want to sit and have a lunch break from work, it's out of control full of dreggs of society frequently yelling and throwing food. If you want a quick breakfast before heading to uni which is just round the corner, good luck because you'll be stood there for at least 15 minutes whilst understaffed not enthusiastic workers struggle to get your order whilst they are haggled by delivery drivers. Oh and the finale stay away from this place in the evening on Wednesdays Fridays and Saturdays full of drunk lunatics with anti social behaviour goin on outside the door is the kind way of putting it. Stay away from this one on delivery apps as the food is always stone cold, dry and frequently wrong. One good thing I would say is if you go at off peak times so 9:30-11am and after lunch but before the evening the quality of everything drastically improves. The service is slightly faster and people seem happier.

McDonald’s galaxy hot chocolate. AMAZING. It tastes so much like real galaxy and not some cheap syrup. It took about 2 minutes for it to come out the kitchen which for Maccers is insane. It costs £2.69, GET IT BEFORE IT’S GONE FOREVER

Staff took my meal upstairs then realised and brought it back down after giving it someone else placed in a bag as I watched them and told me they swapped it they then also done this again for the second time and told me they'd re heated it avoid at all cost then again what do you expect from mcdonalds
