McDonald's Restaurant in Lincoln

Very poor servtce. Cold food .no apology. staff looked bored.a lot of training needed to improve customer service.

Awful service waited 1/2 a hour went to ask where my food was and the rude and disrespectful women had a go at me and spoke to me like I was something she wiped of her shoe. Absolutely disgusting attitude think her name was Chloe or something similar. Totally needs training in customer service.

I'm a delivery driver, there's a girl named Kylie, she's a worker, but she clearly thinks she's a manager and she behaves very disgustingly with the drivers, that's why I've already stopped taking deliveries from there, I hope one of the bosses gets my comments and I'll be very happy if they sack her soon.

Order for deliver arrived cold driver was rude an obnoxious, order was missing parts after a day at work the "fast food" option, was by far the worst choice to come here will not recommend to anyone 😑

Horrendous service. Go through drive through, they tell to wait in the car park it will only be a few minutes. Then 20 minutes later I'm speaking to the manager because I'm still waiting while other people are being served. Ridiculous

Food never arrived, do not order from this branch for delivery they are so slow and have no idea about customer service. I have never had a hot delivery from them or one on time. When you go in there are just delivery drivers everywhere waiting for orders and the drive through is also no quicker - again I have never not been asked to park up!! They need some stronger management in the place or stop taking deliveries because they obviously can't manage

Really bad mannered manager. Told me off in front of a load of other customers for asking for caramel on my ice-cream. I had ordered it but it came with none.

I have visited Mc Donald's stores the world over, and probably collectively spent less time waiting than I did in this one tonight. My Daughter informs me that she was so concerned she almost mounted a search party. Oh the staff were very hard at work, they were dashing about all over the place and it looked very impressive, to the 4 customers waiting, but they didn't seem to be actually achieving anything. Certainly they didn't manage to achieve giving me my full order. It may seem petty with what is going on in the world at the moment but when I pay for 20 chicken nuggets I expect to eat 20 chicken nuggets.....not 18, and the time it took to not quite count to 20 was insane, aside from the afore mentioned search party, a Gentleman with a glorious beard informed me that he was clean shaven when he walked in, so this issue does not seem to be unique. I could not in all honesty refer to this place as 'fast food', in fact I could barely refer to it as food. Despite the length of time I waited, making me think that they were cooking each of my 18 nuggets individually, the "food" was barely warm, and my Bacon Double Cheeseburger looked like it had been thrown together from the far side of the kitchen, and then made the subject of a game of football. In summary, take a good book, a sleeping bag and, a razor, and make sure you book a couple of weeks off work if you plan to eat here.

Ate in for a breakfast meal. Service was excellent and food arrived at table quickly.

Food is rushed, and thrown together and despite, being made to wait for your order, always cold!!

What can I say about this site the order was completely wrong AGAIN then I had to pay again for the French fries I ordered should off been large on all 3 orders but came out regular, I will never never come to this site again the staff needs more training…..

Waiting about 15 minutes for a measly 6 chicken nugget meal, service is awful

Waited 25 minutes for a chicken nugget happy meal. Was totally ignored and avoided as the staff knew it was appalling services and didn’t want to apologise

Constantly closed!! considering it’s 24hrs if you go between 12 and 6am you’ve a one in three chance that they won’t answer the drive through or it tells you they’re shut. Wish they would just post proper opening hours and save wasting my time

Shocking service no one gave a toss waited nearly an hour for food

decided to finally leave a review had enough of being ripped off, 90% + of using the drive through and picking up inside. We get home and something is missing that we paid for, will not be using again food ain't great anyway. Bunch of thieves i am sure i'm not the only one this happens to on a regular basis, so no stars for you i had to put one so i could post.

Honestly this place is shocking, every time we order something the food is either stone cold or half the order is missing. I get that they are busy but surely someone can check the order on the screen before sealing the bag up. I rang the restaurant up to speak to someone and they never answer. I would avoid this place

Extremely busy on a Saturday, we were lucky, 10 minutes later would have left the restaurant. Far too many delivery drivers no where to stand

Absolutely disappointing. So rude especially would like to point out who worked on 9.12 women dark hair(didn't get name) with her sarcastic comment, and conversation, And not so professional attitude to the customers and not clear view on Situation. They have technical issue about 25 min. But instead of coming out with apologies and explaination about it they stand all there.

In a word " Pathetic " waited 15 minutes in the carpark for our order, when it was brought out to us there was no sugar/sweetener/salt/pepper also no napkins the coffee was warm. No excuses that it's busy employ more staff.

On more than one occasion I've left without realising they ve not fulfilled the order properly..

One of the worst ones I’ve been to for a ling time. The entire floor was greasy and slippery from the entrance all the way through to the rest rooms. The tables were dirty. The floors under the tables were puddles of goodness knows what. The cleaners broom was shoved down the back of our seat with its dirty bristles poking out onto the seat. The seat cover was split, cracked and peeling off. The foodservice took ages despite no one waiting and when it came out the chip containers were almost empty and the chips were stone cold. Staff were friendly about it and got it sorted quickly but didn’t take away the feeling the whole place was grimey.

Not even worth 1 star. First of all, it wasn’t even busy and it took a long time for order to be put together. To top it off, they didn’t put the breakfast wrap in the order which was paid for. Hash brown looked like it had a bite taken out of it, AND ordered the Galaxy Latte which had none of the extras that were meant to be included (no cream or toppings). It was just a latte. I hope the site manager sees this because they need to train their staff properly and sort it out!!!

Consistently the best McDonald's in Lincoln, I was also having a bad day and the lady working complimented my bag charm which made me smile so special thanks to her!!

I Went through the drive-thru.. the staff where very polite.. I had to wait in the car park.. unfortunately the bread was so dry it was rock hard.. never had this before ever.. on this occasion it was terrible.. the person who served the food up needs retraining.. you never serve food that you would never eat yourself.. as I went straight from the site I was not prepared to drive back through all the heavy traffic back again..I have had many enjoyable meals at this outlet.. on this occasion the food went straight into the bin..

Absolutely without doubt the worst Macdonalds in Lincoln, if not Lincolnshire. Always rammed full of delivery people stood in the way or pushing in to ask where their food is, staring and moaning. They sit with their insulated bags, taking up seating that could be used by other paying customers. 40 minutes wait if you dare to try and order in store. 15 minutes if you use drive-through even if you order the most basic order. The cash machine is down more than it's working, and the staff are less than engaging. It should come as no surprise that the food is also poor, not very warm, and often not a complete order with bits missing or requests ignored. If you'd like a little bit of advice, warm food and a better environment in general.....drive to the North Hykeham Macdonalds and see the difference for yourself.

Tiny building, I think I counted 6 tables,and 6 stools at the window, there was any tables available to sit and eat.so really it's more a drive through! Which is great if that's what you want.

It varies slightly depending on how busy it is. The staff are mainly very pleasant and service is decent though I do find the delivery drivers seem to clog up the system slightly. I understand my local restaurant (Triton Rd Lincoln) is being demolished and a new one built in it's place in the near future so hopefully that will improve things.

Went to the drive through on Triton Rd! Had to wait 20 mins for our food, when food was delivered and we mention that the wait was a bit excess , the server just shrugged! Suffice to say we'll be avoiding this particular McDonald's!!!!

Ordered a medium big mac meal with an apple pie. One of the main people go to McDonald's is that food is homogeneous up and down the country and across the world. Unfortunately, the milkshake had no body, a light fluffy whipped mixture with too much strawberry flavouring which had a dark pink colour. Worst milkshake that I have had from this company in 40 years. If I had closed my eyes I would have assumed that it came from somewhere else. As I had travelled a long distance to visit the town (from London), this experience spoilt the meal hence the low score. Otherwise, the normal high standard that I would expect from McDonald's.

I'm fed up with constant disappointment 😒 foods old sat there in the pass for ages or the holding trays, you can't seem to cook fries burgers are dry ,thin ,unseasoned and cold. They serve the food like there pissy at everyone when you have one of the simplist menus around and more than enough staff to deal with it. Contantly missing items. You hold food at times when its should be cook to order. There more than enough staff and you get paid more than enough for what you do and won't be eating from your store again for sure. I come home from work late don't want to wake the parents, so order instead of cooking, im a chef and this is just piss poor tbh, you have courses and training and the guidlines just ain't being followed.(lack of management.) The food if you cannot call it that, Should not be served at some of the quality its served full stop. Embarissing for the people that actaully give a damn about there job, it more expensive in just eat for some reason and you serve that. Robbery. Will not be ordering again what on earth had happened to maccies.

Was laughed at by staff made to feel belittled. Ordered on app but when we got there the code wouldn’t come up so was told to go to first window. On arrival told to wait in car park till code appeared, already waited 5 mins so asked to reorder said we can’t do that. We have to drive round again, we did and the staff were laughing at us through the tannoy. So glad they found it amusing really didn’t need to be belittled by them.

Home delivery, food order wrong, no drinks. Rang the store no help, told to ring uber,uber said ring McDonald's. Getting a regular thing now. Stopped going. Awful company.

Milkshake machine always seems to be “broken”.

Didn't have any ice cream, milk shakes and food when it came was not warm. Tables were left in a poor state of hygiene which was probably due to only one staff member doing the cleaning and there was no shortage because a few were standing around

Had breakfast inside, mcmuffin was a little dry with most of cheese stuck to paper, but thing we noticed was how dirty the seats were! Table was clean but far end of seat and window sills had lots of crumbs and ketchup which looked like it had been there ages.

Another McDonald's under our belts, to be honest only ended up at this one as car sat nav decided it wanted to do one of its adventures and not ours 🤣. Restaurant was clean and tidy . Staff all friendly & polite. Food was great 👍

Very bad!!!! 37min waiting for my frappe! Mostly of young staff just chatting with each other,checking phones and nobody washing their hands!! Delivery drivers order in the front waiting list but even they are waiting so long!!! All the time new staff - means just one. Young people don't care about quality food or service! My kids like food only because name,i think is just getting worse and worse!

Drive through service is very poor. Waiting more than 20 minutes and blocking the car park. This is the third time the same issue here in the same place

very misleading pricing - the shift manager told me categorically that wraps of the days are NOT £1.99 when bought as part of a meal deal. Mind you she also told me shake updates were 40p when I had been charged 80p. BUT no attempt to resolve my core complaint, that buying my order,(wrap of day, cucumber side and shake) on an individual, item by item, basis cost £5.27 and buying the same via a meal deal cost £5.19. No attempt to explain why the wrap was advertised at £1.99 BUT showed my bill as £3.23. Never going to use this site again. I am surprised any restaurateur can afford to loose repeat business over £1.24 but this one does it appears. Doesn't enhance the brand either because we often buy wrap meals but this latest pricing structure means we will think twice before visiting any McDonalds again.

Its like the moon , very little atmosphere

Drinks especially the iced ones there’s always an issue. Both Oreo frappes are ‘large’. 50% ice in the latte. Visited over two weeks and the drinks still varied in quality.

The whole place was surrounded and swarming with 30-50 plus big fat rats the size of Yorkshire terrier dogs! Absolutely disgusting , if they are outside there’s a good chance they will get inside!

Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Always very busy and hard to find a free table specially in pick hours.

Go elsewhere. We use this one every Saturday for bring home as a treat for the kids. I reckon 80% of the time either somethings missing or somethings wrong. Going to try other ones in the city now and hope they’re better.

Forgot my dips yet again and was sat in the bay waiting for agers the lady was looking for my number plate then couldn't see it even though I was in bay 2. Had to go into the store to retrieve absolute nightmare staff are terrible

Visited this particular Mcdonalds because it was upon my daughters request for her 10th birthday. The food was prepared very well, it was hot, and the staff were friendly. We wanted to sit within the restaurant to eat and upon searching for a clean table, none of them are clean. I kindly requested from one of the staff for cloth, And they gladly obliged and in fact fully disinfected the table prior to us setting down.

Not going to sugar coat it but it's shocking quality and they allways miss items off your order I've just been and ordered two cheese burger meals and a 1/4 cheese burger . Waited around 5to 10mins for it to be ready and to presented with fresh only half full and nasty old things and a cheese burger missing . For a company that's been around an age and prides it's self on fresh quality products.it astounds me way so many people still go

The drive thro on the right hand side is a nightmare to order from. Now I know I'm Northern, but surely saying "a medium tea" and not being understood is a bit rediculous. And it is not once but multiple times. I end up shouting it. It is embarrassing. I hate ordering from this drive thro. I dread saying "tea" and getting "happy meals, burgers, doughnuts" You name it, I get it rather than a little old cuppa.

Ordered food via App on arrival then had to wait over 20 mins for it to appear at the counter. Constant stream of Just Eat, Uber and Deliveroo drivers collecting large deliveries. Some delivery drivers quite pushing wanting their orders pushed through quickly. It felt like they were prioritising these delivery orders over people collecting their own. When food finally arrived it was fine, hot and tasty, though the burger looked like it had just been thrown together. Have had much better and faster service from the other McDonald's in Lincoln.

Very busy, Wetherspoons on The Braford, cheap beer and spirits, Food is usually quite good although on this occasion we didnt eat. If you want a seat on a Friday, Saturday night go in early, unless you like watching life on The Braford, but there again outside chairs are soon taken up

Food was luke warm at best. The drink was 50% ice and not very carbonated. Staff are children and not very welcoming or knowledgeable and take no responsibility for any fault or issue with order. Very much give us money and go away asap atmosphere.

Ordered through the app. They stated the app was not working so it wouldn't accept my code even though it said on my phone order had gone through.re ordered food. When I got to the second window I was a happy meal short and was told all items are in the brown bag so I drove to the car park,no 2nd happy meal,no dips that I asked for,no dip for cheese bites. Chips cold sauce in the burger when asked for plain. Had to go into the restaurant to sort the order out.

Made an order. You’d think that they be able to make sure the food was actually in the bag before sealing up and delivering. No surprise the food was not there. No refund given, since they blamed just eats, despite the problem actually being McDonald’s?! It’s not a hard job putting food in a bag.

Well this is a hard one because me and my friend went to this McDonald’s and we had a good time but the thing what was very good that the food came out pipin hot, which was a miracle. But the 2 things that disappointed me was the waiting times and the atmosphere.

I come here from time to time, usually when we want something fast because why else would you go to a fast food chain. And it always surprises me how a place like McDonald's has no clue how to do fries. Soggy, stale, lukewarm fries. I know that when going for fries in the UK you will usually get something that barely counts as one since it's always soggy and never fried long enough. But you'd think that a worldwide chain known for its burgers and fries would at least fry them a second time right before giving it to customers. To give em the nice crunch fries should have. Nuggets are usually a hit or a miss too. Unfortunately mostly a miss. At least the caramel frapes are mostly on point. So kudos for that! And the staff is friendly, so that's nice too. Just.. A real shame that the fries are a let down each and every time.
