Great pizza and excellent gyros!

Called 20 mins after placing my order to be told the free delivery isn’t free and was charged £4!!! Woman on the phone was very rude and not helpful at all ordered at 10pm o’clock didn’t receive my food untill 11:35pm an hour and abit for cold chips and cold pizza

By far the best pizza restaurant in the Lincs area. Trust me, I’ve had enough experience!! 10/10 every time without fail.

Felt very chaotic tonight was late and they was ringing a lot even ringing when they was sat on my drive. At least the food was hot.

Charged £4.50 delivery and portion size was awful. Had a gyros platter and only got one pitta and hardly any meat, no halloumi or tzatziki

Was asked to pay an additional delivery charge, despite this vendor being listed under the “free delivery” after entering my address. Good quality food, decent delivery speed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! ordered on uber eats they then rang me saying they want an extra £3 for delivery after i had already payed i agreed and then they took 2 hours to deliver i ordered at 11:13 and the food got with me by 1:10am and whenever i phoned to see what was going on he was very rude over the phone and kept hanging up on me and then on top of that the food was shocking!!

Calzone was cold in the middle, called up last Friday they said "next time we replace for you" called up today and they said they don't know nothing about it, absolutely useless, AVOID, lost another cusomer

Ordered off Just Eat and said free delivery, it was not free delivery and got a call asking to pay an extra £5 for delivery so i cancelled it and now i don’t even get a refund??

Luke warm, topping falling off, undercooked base, floppy, wet, oily. Chips were soggy and cold.

We placed quite a big order for collection and the food was really fresh and tasty. The platters were great value and everything was enjoyed. we will definitely return

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE After we put through our order and they accepted it they called to demand another £6.50 for delivery despite already paying for delivery through just eat, then when we refused they refused to deliver the food but also would not cancel the order so we could get a refund. The chicken was undercooked, pink & slimy. Never used to have any issues but the last two times haven’t been good unfortunately.

The portion of the meal was ridiculous i would consider it a kids meal I had a "platter" but it's the same size a normal wrap pay more money for the same amount you can get for a cheaper price... Sort the portion size as the food is actually quite good just want my moneys worth

I place the order to my work address instead of my home address, I rang them to let them know about the error and they still got my pizza down to me early. If it’s about the quality, I have never been disappointed. Always a top notch💯

Despite what the negative reviews may have you believe, I was blown away at the quality of my food. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Taste good but not a nough meat

Regularly order from here and never normally have an issue but food was late & cold and after several calls with the driver going to wrong houses we finally received it.

Best place to go - 100% recommend. Amazing service and always kind to me. Tonight they were about to close and they opened up, just for me, so I can get some grub.

Food was fine although spicy/over seasoned for some reason but still nice enough. Delivery charges were free on just eat but received a call to say I had to pay the driver £4.75! Ended up having to drive and meet the delivery driver 6 mile away!!!

Thought we would give it a try whilst on offer but was a bit disappointed. Wasn’t much meat in what we had, mostly donner and hardly any chicken maybe 1/2 bits max, ordered a souvlaki with vegetables received what we think was a gyros instead?? For the offer price it was ok but deffo wouldn’t pay full price!

Absolutely shocking service ordered through just eat! Rated 4stars there! Gave an hours notice and 15 mins after my order was due I called to chase to then be told they couldn’t deliver it and were cancelling my order!!!!! No apology and no care over the phone

Ordered food then 25 minutes later got a phone call to say I would have to pay an extra £5 for delivery to short ferry caravan park, 25 minutes after the delivery time had past the driver phoned to say he couldn’t find us, to which I then had to collect from reception! Not happy with the delivery service nor the food for that matter and definitely will not be ordering for from here again!

Everything about Pizza Pizza is a perfect. Chips are always nice and crispy, food is always hot. Why can’t other places seem to achieve this?

food was good, however as stated in alot of reviews I was charged cash for delivery despite app saying it was free. living out in a village with no nearby shop this would cause a problem had I not luckily had a few quid on me out of chance, next time I'll tell the driver to take the food back and get a full refund

Placed order to be called to be told extra delivery fee when it’s states free delivery, if you want extra delivery money then charge it sort your just eat out clearly seems to be a regular problem used to be a regular customer moved house and you want more delivery fee lost a customer

it was an ok pizza, a little on the bland side for a meaty pizza.

Delivery way out their area, called to double check I was Ok with delivery charge, and then called again as delivery for a silly time not to wake anyone up, guy was nice as can be. Food gorgeous did exactly as I wanted was all hot and beautiful highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Ordered a Greek special platter which would barely have fed my child. The portion size must have been a joke surely?! I’m also not sure where my chicken went but the 2 cubes I did get weren’t great. Also thoroughly the half a slither of tomato that came with my side salad and the 2 and a half olives. Won’t be ordering again.

Had a small issue this evening, called them and they resolved it for me straight away. They've been great every time I've used them

another brilliant meal from these guys. hands down the best takeout in Lincoln. even arrived 15minutes earlier than quoted on a Friday evening. Amazing drivers too. honestly, don't sleep on these guys they're the BEST.

we ordered the kebab platter and only got 1 chicken wing which was a dissapointment as we ordered this to share and didn't get a lot for the price.
