Juju in Lincoln

Unfortunately the chicken wasn’t great, it looked and tasted like it was cooked from frozen and was pinkish and shiny. Most of the food got left apart from the chips. The bagel seems like a good concept, but it was impossible to eat and all just fell out everywhere. If the chicken was better then this could have been ok so don’t want to be too harsh, but ultimately I won’t be rushing back.

The chicken tasted soapy, and the peri peri sauce was of poor quality, resembling cheap shop bought/ own brand. I’d rather cook myself than order again.

Not great food, plus had to pay driver an extra £4:50 due to distance.

Firstly the food is cold, and roughly 20 minutes late which is anoying in its self. Secondly after ordering and on the sight it mentions free delivery which is what made me order from here, they demanded I must pay £4.50 delivery fee even though I’m roughly 10 minutes away and got told on the website I would get free delivery and already paid over £18 for 2 items. Cold food paying extra money and late delivery I’m not happy and want a refund immediately and do not recommend at all.

I ordered a meal via just eat - the delivery was 45 minutes late and so when we opened the food it was cold. I rang the shop who were unhelpful to say the least and they put the phone down on me. I made an 18 mile round trip to return the food to the shop to demonstrate that I wanted a refund for the untouched food that was below standard. The shop refused to acknowledge my complaint and I was told to claim from Just Eat. Their policy was to refund £7.00 for my £ 25.00 order which I hadn’t eaten and had returned to the shop. Shame on you Ju Ju and shame on you Just Eat for your blanket approach to my complaint. I will never order through Just Eat again and it goes without saying I will never order from Ju Ju again either.

Food was cold when I complained they put the phone down. An absolute disgrace.

All I can say is the portion sizes are so bad for the price i paid £17.59 for big wings which are £6.99 and got 3 wings and 9 quid for a burger and chips and there is like 10 chips hear no point to order from them with these kind of prices and such low quality food and barely any quantity of food either

Ordered a bagel burger with cream cheese was neither a bagel or cream cheese was equivalent to a rustlers burger chips were like rubber and chicken wings had the texture of jelly

saw the offer for 40% off, and thought why not. Arrived late by 50-60mins. Food was pretty greasy, rather beige and looked rushed especially the way the burgers were assembled.

Was actually quite nice. Only thing I would say is that the hotdog was missing one thing…..onions!!! Otherwise food was hot when it arrived and I enjoyed it.

There was no peperoni on the jamacan waffle pizza and no bbq sauce on the chicken one. The tomatoes made the waffles soggy... not pleasant. I should have read the reviews before ordering!

£4 extra to deliver to welton. Why even use just eat and pay for delivery? Was only informed after waiting ages and the children were hungry - avoid

Rice was dry, was expecting it to be seasoned. chips were soggy, garlic sauce was watery and tasteless, the size of the chicken was questionable considering the meal was nearly £7. I was expecting a bigger portion for what it cost. Sauce on the chicken tasted like the peri peri sauce you buy in a local shop. Nothing special, probably won’t be ordering from here again. At least the delivery was quick; however if I had known there was an additional charge, I wouldn’t have bothered.

I wish I hadn't ordered the waffle pizza as it tasted like grease. I'm not saying it's the cooking just the quality of the food. Hopefully they see this and don't serve that as a meal anymore.

Delivery guy said I got called about paying more money then I was meant to. Then was in my driveway for the the next 10 to 15 minutes

The quality of the food was ok. However, at £6.80, I would expect a portion of chicken wings to be a main. I got 3. This is unacceptable.

Good food, delivered on time. Surprise delivery charge made worse by the boss arguing with me on the drivers phone saying he did ring me about delivery charge when he definitely didn’t. Didn’t mind paying the charge….did mind the mouthy boss on the other end of the phone.

Ordered peri peri wings and was delivered a peri peri chicken piece in a wrap - was still tasty, but not what I ordered 🤷🏻‍♀️

Food was not good at all ordered wings which we paid 8.99 for., Only 4 small wings swimming in a lot of water type sauce . Waffle pizza was delivered in a small tray cheese and sauce dumped on to of waffles ( cheap ones you can get) . Worst experience of a takeaway yet .

First time ordering from here all I can say about this place is that it’s a scam. I ordered a flaming hot bagel beef burger expecting it to be a bagel and look like how it was as described and shown but it showed up it was a plain beef burger normal burger bun with non of the stuff it said it was supposed to have in the burger. Got a chicken breast fillet burger that’s topped with pepperoni and ham and mozzarella it showed up was a normal chicken burger plain had nothing it was supposed to have in it. We called up about it the man on the phone was very rude. Claimed those things weren’t on the menu, when u look on Uber they are. Will never order from this place again I don’t recommend anyone to. Disgusting

We ordered a gluten free burger and a fanta due to an allergy, a normal bun came and a fruit twist fanta, which meant I couldn't eat any of my meal due to contamination. When we tried calling the restaurant, they let it ring and put the phone down multiple times or answered and hung up. Poor food quality and wrong food delivered.

Sloppy and late.... Food while warm still care wasn't taken so the hot chilli sauce was everywhere spilt on the floor.

Ordered food at 01:00 am on a Saturday morning, they rang at 01:45 to say that someone had dropped the food off outside my door as no one had answered. Checked outside for 10 minutes in various different hiding places but no food, obviously. I’ve been in my living room all night which is next to the front door and no one has knocked or rang the doorbell. Tried ringing the restaurant 10 times after they called me but no response obviously. Disgusting

Avoid at all costs. Ordered food at 01:00am on a Friday, they rang me at 01:45 to say that they had left my food outside my door, I checked outside for 10 minutes in various hiding places but no where to be seen. I was also in my living room right next to the front door an never heard a knock or a doorbell, it’s obvious that no one has come and they are trying to get free money, disgraceful.

Food arrived hot hence 1 star but other than that not my cup of tea, the waffle pizzas, me thinking of grilled potato waffles with melted cheese and other toppings sound amazing but after receiving order I quickly realised they were just deep fried and disgustingly greasy , this could have been a great alternative to greasy takeaway food but instead has more grease than a donner kebab I'd not recommend it in any way sorry 😐

It’s okay but not worth the price For just under £20 I’m ordered 2 bbq chicken bagel I’d expect to have the full chicken breast but have it halved between mine and my friends meal.. It’s also not even a bagel it’s more like a bread roll. Little disappointed if I’m being honest

Waffle pizzas are literally 6 frozen waffles with cheese on top, absolutely NOT worth the money, completely tasteless. The chubby box chip portions were really small and COVERED in sauce with a slight scattering of cheap ham thrown on top. Chicken wings were really bog standard and again covered in sauce. Nearly £30 on tasteless rubbish I could have cooked for a fraction of the price and made to taste MUCH better. Very disappointing. Would highly advise not going here.

The steak was a little chewy in places / not the best quality but was still very tasty, the chicken was also yummy. The chips, gravy, onion rings, garlic mushrooms and tomato all delish. Delivered hot hot hot and on time! Overall I’d recommend the chicken and steak grill.

Food was inedible, binned it all. Instant stomach ache after eating a small amount. It was as if the chips were cooked over and over, very hard and dry. Waffle pizza soggy with uncooked pepperoni. Not worth the money at all.

I can not belive what I have just been given 28£ and I could fit it in a top pocket little dead steak not seasoned a skinny chicken wing not seasoned 5 mushrooms a quarter of tomato and about 30 small chips get more for 2£ out of the pizza shop , steak was dry like cardboard for some reason chicken tasted like fish …. After reading the reviews I was a little worried but I needn’t have been. I’d read the description at the top so I was aware we’d have to pay extra for delivery to Witham and quite rightly, we live a good distance from the shop. We got a courtesy call from the shop to let us know just in case and we paid our £4 to the delivery driver who had ample change for our £5 note. All the food was hot and every item we ordered was there. The peri chicken was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and seasoned. My partner really enjoyed the bellboy box and the hot dog was great too. Only downside was the halloumi smelt and tasted a little off but the dogs enjoyed that. Would I pay £30 again for the food perhaps not but I’d pick up that chicken bagel if I was in town again absolutely!

We ordered piri piri chicken 2 burgers arrived 5 mins late not a problem but salad was lots of lettuce 8 pieces of red onion 4 strip of tomato 6 olives and was warm chicken was smallest piece I've seen. Chicken burger came with cheese and onion rings which weren't ordered and other burger was minus bbq sauce. Nothing was hot chips were cold as were burgers won't be using these again

Delivery was really quick I’ll give them that but the food was dreadful, both looks and taste. The monster box is one of the worst pizzas I’ve had and the cheesy chips were average. After eating I felt a strong pain from my stomach and threw up fortunately only once but still not good enough. Overall I wouldn’t come back and would tell people to stay away. xx

Great Gluten free menu. Looks like there’s not much but when you open up and eat more than you think.

The chili hot dog was nothing special (tinned hot-dog) and the portion of fries that were with it was small. The waffles in the waffle pizza were really greasy and hadn't had time to remove the excess oil after being deep-fried. They were mushy, not crispy and a bit of a disappointment; my tummy is still doing somersaults nearly 5 hours later and I've had to swig on Gaviscon. Despite the 20% discount I probably won't order from here again in a hurry. Sorry folks, I don't like leaving negative reviews but I feel constructive critique is required. On the plus side, the food was piping hot and delivery was spectacular. Have a Happy Christmas and New Year!

I love their pizza and Burger, Pizza was really good. Gyros also superb. My family enjoyed very much.

Not only nearly an hour late my order wasn't complete and when I rang to ask for the rest of my order all I got was it would be sorted next time waste of money a hotdog £14 and you don't even get the full order sort it out!!!!

May have bad reviews in the past but perhaps has new management as got 3 12inch pizza 6quid each all very tasty with nice friendly staff in shop cooked fresh and good For the price no problems and enjoyed. The chap In shop asked me to check and taste b4 we Left to make Sure all fine as I mentioned the bad reviews 5star open late

we ordered 2 peri peri chicken bagels (these said they’re came with fries) and 7 up with sauce but we received 2 chicken wraps with lettuce, tomato, onion and chicken with no sauce and sprite not 7up. Couldn’t get ahold of the restaurant and tried to call the driver twice but they never answered. would not order again

So, so bad… The driver couldn’t find my house but hung up on me while I tried to direct them. I waited outside for 15 minutes and they were a no show. I called the takeaway to see where the driver was and he claimed to not understand me and hung up. I called back and asked if this is the number for JuJu and he said no and hung up again. The driver then called 10 minutes later and I managed to lead her to my house. She apologised and that was fine. Then I saw the triple cheese burger I ordered. It was supposed to have well, 3 cheeses on it and a burger patty or chicken breast (the order did not let me pick either so I assumed it would come with both I guess). The burger had the tiniest square of cheese, no sauce and the burger was black and burnt. Really disappointed as the menu promised a lot.

Aweful good and the manager was very rude. Put the phone down on me twice! Didn’t get what I ordered ordered a Hawaiian burger and received the classic. Only to be told I’d be given freebies next time when I specifically told him I’d never ordered from them and never will again so would like a refund. He was very rude and put the phone down and never contacted me back

Not once on line did it prompt a delivery charge may apply. Again false advertising

‘Supreme salad’ was lettuce, tomato and olives. This was massively disappointing. Chocolate cake was a frozen lump, NOT happy
