Taco Bell in Epsom and Ewell

Put a huge order in, came out fast. The food was great and the service was really good with the staff going above and beyond.

Always a lovely experience in there and elda and Himanshu have always provided me with there best service, overall, lovely place to eat

Great place. My daughter particularly loves to eat here. The staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. Food never takes too long to prepare. Portions are appropriate. Very tasty food. One thing that could work better is the menu, i.e. make it easier to add additional fillings to burritos. Currently it's hard to know what is available. Would definitely recommend.

In love with their Burritos, especially Elda and Ranjani always with smile on their face as soon as I walk in great food and always a clean restaurant.

The place has an amazing vibe in the evening. Everything is great, food, service, hygiene, atmosphere and special thumbs up to the evening staff for putting up such a great service experience! Must visit!

The staff is very friendly and helpful whereas you would be surprised with their speedy service. They are super fast in making your order. The restaurant is always clean and tidy and even if it's not then it's taken care of pretty soon. Overall, it is much better maintained than any other fast food chain that I have visited.

Food was all in the bottom of the bag, I ordered the cheesy chips and they had come out of the box and therefore I couldn’t eat them, my tacos were stone cold

the time kept changing on the app for later and when the food came it was stone cold and I had to reheat it. I've never had to wait a whole hour for world before.

Ordered before 21.00, delivered after 23.00, they quickly moved to preparing order which meant I couldn’t cancel the order, the order estimated delivery time just increased every 10 minutes, an absolute joke

Twice they gave me the wrong order. On both occasions I ordered a meal for 2 with an extra 1 crunch, on both occasions it was take to go. They never added the other extra portion. I also asked for no sour cream and no cheese sauce both times. In both cases they placed it the same. I don't understand why? I get home and see on both occasions that what I asked for is not there. How can it cost so much to do things right? I have to pay twice the fare to go and claim my things. I think it's not fair

We ordered beef volcano burrito, guac & sc, no rice, Pepsi max & cheesy nachos Delivered (with the correct receipt) was chicken volcano burrito (no guac or sc), chips, 7-up, churros. Absolute disaster.

Apart from half the drinks not working my daughter went to the toilets and noticed the mirror had no gap when pressed….as well as being recessed Into the wall instead of being attached on the wall! This is very clearly a double sided mirror. Be warned. Abd avoid this whole place…let alone the toilets!

Have ordered from here at least 10 times.. Always get our delivery quickly and have only always had the correct order delivered, except once a sauce was left out. Other than that, have found quite reliable

Cheese topped Lge Fries: reasonable sized portion but very bland. Crunchwrap Supreme meal (+ £3.28 guacamole + xtra beef) not a big portion & again bland ! Overall lacklustre & poor value.

The shop closes at 10 however I went 15 minutes before close and they refused to serve me. If it says it closes at 10 then last orders should be at 10 or 5 minutes before, not 15!

Ordering is from the counter or two screens, which is very easy to do. The food came out fast and was as expected, and soda had free refills. There was ample seating when we were there, though quite a few teenagers so not overly peaceful. But a good brief dinner stop when in the area.

Tried to call to sort out wrong order being received. Manage refused to discuss telling her team member that she didn’t wish to talk to a customer. Then when I asked for the spelling of her name she told the phone and processed to shout over me and then put the phone down on me. Managed name is Rnjani. Decided to try Taco Bell tonight for the first time, were feeling lazy and decided to treat ourselves to a delivery. Ordering food online and finding the choice we wanted was easy, good choice of Vegan / Veggie too which is great for us as we don’t eat meat. All was going fine until the food arrived, as the wrong order was delivered to us by mistake - not a problem we thought, let’s just call the restaurant and find out what we need to do get things sorted, as no doubt the people who should have received the food that came to us were probably in the same situation. We called the store and Initially a very helpful young man answered the phone, he explained there had been an error and the wrong bag of food was give to our driver, he wasn’t sure what we needed to do as the order was via just eat and asked him manager for help, sadly this is when the whole situation descended into absolute chaos…. At first we heard the manager in background tell him ‘I’m not talking to any customers’ which put the poor guy into a very difficult situation, as he has already explained he wasn’t sure what we needed to do - none the less he continue to try and resolve the situation, suggesting a few other things we could try to sort out the problem, the. The phone was snatched off him by the store manager and she proceeded to shout at us down the phone, taking over us and not letting us have any kind of dialogue at all to try and resolve the issue - such a shame as the poor guy she had already thrown under the bus before had done an amazing job trying to diffuse and resolve the problem for us. The lady then just ended the call abruptly! Such a shame the manager (Rnjani I think was her name) is an aggressive bully, not prepared to Manage and letting what I assume is a relatively young team or workers deal with the complaints and issues she is paid to resolve.
