Delightful Food and Friendly Staff I recently visited Toco Bell in Epsom and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The Delicias food on the menu was absolutely delicious. Moreover, I was very impressed with the staff at Toco Bell Epsom. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive dining experience.I truly appreciated their excellent service. Overall, Toco Bell Epsom exceeded my expectations with its delightful food and friendly staff. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a delicious meal served with a side of great hospitality.

Staff is polite but management dont have a clue and change the rules all the time - first we are no longer allowed to eat in after 9pm, today out of the blue my boy (11) is told his scooter is not allowed to be taken inside whereas we have taken it in loads of times - they really do only want Deliveroo drivers it seems! I will go elsewhere from now on..

Great place. My daughter particularly loves to eat here. The staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. Food never takes too long to prepare. Portions are appropriate. Very tasty food. One thing that could work better is the menu, i.e. make it easier to add additional fillings to burritos. Currently it's hard to know what is available. Would definitely recommend.

In love with their Burritos, especially Elda and Ranjani always with smile on their face as soon as I walk in great food and always a clean restaurant.

The staff is very friendly and helpful whereas you would be surprised with their speedy service. They are super fast in making your order. The restaurant is always clean and tidy and even if it's not then it's taken care of pretty soon. Overall, it is much better maintained than any other fast food chain that I have visited.

the time kept changing on the app for later and when the food came it was stone cold and I had to reheat it. I've never had to wait a whole hour for world before.

Never been more annoyed! The driver actually drove past my house! Delivered it to someone else, are there no honest people anymore! I have ring doorbell proof that it never came! Grrrrrrr

Ordered before 21.00, delivered after 23.00, they quickly moved to preparing order which meant I couldn’t cancel the order, the order estimated delivery time just increased every 10 minutes, an absolute joke

Twice they gave me the wrong order. On both occasions I ordered a meal for 2 with an extra 1 crunch, on both occasions it was take to go. They never added the other extra portion. I also asked for no sour cream and no cheese sauce both times. In both cases they placed it the same. I don't understand why? I get home and see on both occasions that what I asked for is not there. How can it cost so much to do things right? I have to pay twice the fare to go and claim my things. I think it's not fair

So, Taco Bell in Epsom—good tacos, decent burritos, friendly staff. Not a place to write home about, but perfect if you’re after a quick fix. Just maybe plan your bathroom breaks elsewhere. Will I go back? Yeah, probably.

We ordered beef volcano burrito, guac & sc, no rice, Pepsi max & cheesy nachos Delivered (with the correct receipt) was chicken volcano burrito (no guac or sc), chips, 7-up, churros. Absolute disaster.

Apart from half the drinks not working my daughter went to the toilets and noticed the mirror had no gap when pressed….as well as being recessed Into the wall instead of being attached on the wall! This is very clearly a double sided mirror. Be warned. Abd avoid this whole place…let alone the toilets!
