So, Taco Bell in Epsom—good tacos, decent burritos, friendly staff. Not a place to write home about, but perfect if you’re after a quick fix. Just maybe plan your bathroom breaks elsewhere. Will I go back? Yeah, probably.

We ordered beef volcano burrito, guac & sc, no rice, Pepsi max & cheesy nachos Delivered (with the correct receipt) was chicken volcano burrito (no guac or sc), chips, 7-up, churros. Absolute disaster.

Driver was so rude because my lift wasn’t working !!!!!!!

Apart from half the drinks not working my daughter went to the toilets and noticed the mirror had no gap when pressed….as well as being recessed Into the wall instead of being attached on the wall! This is very clearly a double sided mirror. Be warned. Abd avoid this whole place…let alone the toilets!

Naked Chicken Taco Meal...OK but small...few chips !!! poor value Quesadilla Cheese...very poor value @£5.59 Cheesy Gordita Crunch ... better value but still small

Have ordered from here at least 10 times.. Always get our delivery quickly and have only always had the correct order delivered, except once a sauce was left out. Other than that, have found quite reliable

Always seem to get the order wrong for delivery even when I’ve been in there I miss something. Complete mess up with my home order today - missing 2 x taco meals and got the wrong burrito - got mince instead of chicken. £30 order!!!!!! Honestly don’t bother

The food was really poor. A few items that I asked for some ingredients not to be added were added so they could not be eaten. and the overall quality of what Taco Bell is normally was really not the standard I got today

Cheese topped Lge Fries: reasonable sized portion but very bland. Crunchwrap Supreme meal (+ £3.28 guacamole + xtra beef) not a big portion & again bland ! Overall lacklustre & poor value.

The shop closes at 10 however I went 15 minutes before close and they refused to serve me. If it says it closes at 10 then last orders should be at 10 or 5 minutes before, not 15!

Ordering is from the counter or two screens, which is very easy to do. The food came out fast and was as expected, and soda had free refills. There was ample seating when we were there, though quite a few teenagers so not overly peaceful. But a good brief dinner stop when in the area.

Tried to call to sort out wrong order being received. Manage refused to discuss telling her team member that she didn’t wish to talk to a customer. Then when I asked for the spelling of her name she told the phone and processed to shout over me and then put the phone down on me. Managed name is Rnjani. Decided to try Taco Bell tonight for the first time, were feeling lazy and decided to treat ourselves to a delivery. Ordering food online and finding the choice we wanted was easy, good choice of Vegan / Veggie too which is great for us as we don’t eat meat. All was going fine until the food arrived, as the wrong order was delivered to us by mistake - not a problem we thought, let’s just call the restaurant and find out what we need to do get things sorted, as no doubt the people who should have received the food that came to us were probably in the same situation. We called the store and Initially a very helpful young man answered the phone, he explained there had been an error and the wrong bag of food was give to our driver, he wasn’t sure what we needed to do as the order was via just eat and asked him manager for help, sadly this is when the whole situation descended into absolute chaos…. At first we heard the manager in background tell him ‘I’m not talking to any customers’ which put the poor guy into a very difficult situation, as he has already explained he wasn’t sure what we needed to do - none the less he continue to try and resolve the situation, suggesting a few other things we could try to sort out the problem, the. The phone was snatched off him by the store manager and she proceeded to shout at us down the phone, taking over us and not letting us have any kind of dialogue at all to try and resolve the issue - such a shame as the poor guy she had already thrown under the bus before had done an amazing job trying to diffuse and resolve the problem for us. The lady then just ended the call abruptly! Such a shame the manager (Rnjani I think was her name) is an aggressive bully, not prepared to Manage and letting what I assume is a relatively young team or workers deal with the complaints and issues she is paid to resolve.

Chips were cold. Also, it is a very small amount for the money. I love tacos but these were very overpriced

Late. Bike rider said there was a roadblock, but we saw the gps take him 3/4 of the way to our place, then he went all the way back to town to the store, then came back - went all way around some place else... 1 hour and 20 minutes later, the food is absolutely cold. Terrible.

Don't put a freezing cold can of drink in with what is supposed to be a hot/warm meal. Other than this, no complaints food was good albeit cold in places

When you send someone on a push bike that can’t find the address it doesn’t help! I had to go and find him in my car and this isn’t the first time. My husband has had his food delivered to someone else recently due to driver not finding our address. It isn’t hard to find. Also why aren’t they calling? I give up with just eat. Just useless. Late food and cold food, when I’ve had to go and find him. Not good enough.

Only reason there wasn’t 5 stars for quality is because someone put Lava Sauce on my Naked Chicken Taco.

Driver took half hour or more to ride up road to my property he went the opposite way to mine by time got here food was stone cold and the twists were all over in the bag

I think your delivery driver may have had an accident and fell against our car in the driveway. There are scratches and a dent on the driver's door nearest the pathway which were not there before the delivery. We did not have any other deliveries or visitors.

Food arrived completely cold because the driver arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes after he marked the app as saying he was waiting at the restaurant

Everything was very good, way much smaller buritos than competitors, old oil used for Cinnamon Twists, 5 stars given, deserved 3, just didn't want to ruin the rating more than it is. Staff and service reslly deserve 5 stars.

I never even got the order, it’s ridiculous just eat has continued to have problems and it’s just absurd that I’ve spent £15 and not gotten anything for it, I expect a full refund (and no not for just eat credit either) because this is just getting out of hand now

Taco bell has always been an American thing. So to finally see some opening up in the UK is a nice thing. So I had to visit and give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised at the price and flavour of the meal I ordered I ordered 2 hard shell tacos and a crunch wrap supreme. And I washed it all down with some cola that is provided via a self service fuzzy drinks dispenser.

2.5 hours to.deliver food 3.6 miles

Order was 2 HOURS late!! And when it arrived stone cold!!!

I’ve only ordered online here so can only comment on the food. After eating taco bell in the states recently I was skeptical how the food would be. Well I was relieved and very happy about what I received. It looks good, it tasted good and was worth the money. Delivered on a moped within 25 mins of ordering was more than acceptable.

Fastest delivery I’ve ever had

I never leave bad reviews but in this case, I have no choice. Ordered via Deliveroo. Meagre portions, warm soft drink. Can’t believe I spent £25 on so little. You have much better competitors, you’ve got to do better. Pot of nacho cheese sauce for £2.00 and it’s the size of a free sour cream dip from Pizza Hut.

Absolutely nasty, the worst taco bell I've ever had.

They put the cold drink inside the paper bag with the hot food. Missed the double chicken I paid for, and sent chips like cardboard. Avoid!

Driver Picked up my food at 3:00pm delivered at 3:33pm after saying it would be believers at 3:05 as i do not live far from shop. Driver ended up in Ewell West and then 20 Minutes later decided to finally be on his way to my house. My food has come freezing cold and i do not re warm fast food so it has now been uneaten.

The chicken was dripping in oil and the chips were dry and crisp.
