Tried this place for the first time since new management took over a few weeks ago. What a shame. Poor food quality, overpriced and the portions are small. Not what I expected at all.

A great place has a new owner running this kebab shop, menu is limited but what he serves has fresh and fantastic taste compared to others locally, will Def be coming here again, parking may be a slight issue but there is a pay and display about 800 yards away ps try there mix donor lamb and chicken

Quarter pounder with cheese meal & a portion of chicken strips!! Tasty burger & strips, usual takeaway food. Ģood selection of food on offer all at reasonable prices!!

5 of us went for a meal here. I was very impressed with the service. None of thar in your face fussing. But very aware when needed. Food was fantastic and very well presented. Also, very reasonably priced to. Would highly recommend!

Everything was cold when it was delivered, chicken donner tasteless and garlic mayo was just vile chips again cold and soggy, never ordered from here and never will again. On the plus side, the onion rings were OK, although cold and the can of Rio was presented well.

Poor service wouldn't take order as wouldn't honour a just eat voucher. Lied about trying to call me.. also would not take into account swapping items for dietary requirements!! Absolutely shocking service... In response to your comment. If you look at my reviews you are the first negative review. I have not complained to get free food!!! You cannot spell halloumi either and it is perfectly healthy if you are ketogenic and coeliac!!! Mug!!!

Best ever kebabs with a delicious garlic sauce. And I can highly recommend their halloumi and falafel wraps. Quick and friendly service.

We haven’t had a Kebab for a little while, but had a chicken and lamb shish tonight, and was so tasty. We also had a lovely warm welcome and will definitely be back.

I've used this place a couple of times now and on each occasion the welcome has beeen friendly and the food both enjoyable and competitively priced. Ideal when all you want is a decent sized take-away that will fill you up, as long as you're not concerned about the calories!

If you're ordering late evening, call before you go. The closing times shown are incorrect and JUSTEAT Etc follow these times.

We ordered through Just eat - Awesome food and delivered on time... Loved it, our kid enjoyed it a lot just like us. We went for combination kebabs, was a large portion for me.

Delivering rating-4.6! Description of dish ordered: Cubes of chicken marinated on Olive Oil and lemon Juice, charcoal grilled on the skewer with onion als green pepper. Large with salad and chilli sauce See picture of expected versus actual. If that wasn’t bad enough stone cold, late to boot. Disappointed. Often had driven past there ans had on list to visit as looked good. Shame.

Food took over an hour and a half had no salad in the kebab or wrap chips no sauce after asked for sauce 1 rio compensation also live 2 minutes up the road. What a joke don't eat here!!

Placed an order, kebab was ok, but was sold plain boiled rice, which they call Turkish rice. If I knew it was just boiled rice there is no way I have spent £3. Boiled rice should be called boiled rice. I hate being ripped off.

Ordered here today and the order was wrong. I phoned the shop to ask what had happened to my food and the guy denied even delivering to us. He was rude down the phone eventually just cutting me off. Don't even bother if you want the right food and good service.

Food arrived awful. Everything was cold, we all ordered chicken kebabs with bread, it was all drowned and I mean drowned in garlic sauce. Whole meal was inedible.

Four of the 5 orders were wrong. Three kebabs were drowned in garlic sauce, two of which didn’t even order garlic sauce. Four of 5 sauce pots didn’t arrive. The food was all cold. NEVER order your food from this restaurant as you will be horribly disappointed.

We've just finished eating our big family dinner. I can honestly put my hand on my heart and swear this is the best takeaway place in Epsom and Ewell Borough. The staff are extremely polite and professional, don't get me started on the food! The food not only tasted amazing, but it was very fresh too. They really do care about their quality and taste. The hygiene is on point, very clean and tidy place. I would highly recommend to everyone passing by or within our community! Roberta

Staff always pleasant. Closing time can be a bit haphazard as they close early on slow days. Food is actually pretty good compared to other kebab shops in the area. Always busy at 3pm on a school day with kids buying chips and burgers there. Often busy at around 12.30 too with lunchtime traffic. They do delivery on Just eat too if you want it.

Best kebab in cheam. We visit regularly for takeaway and the food is always delicious. We have eaten in the sit down restaurant. The staff are very attentive and the restaurant has a lovely ambience. The halloumi and spicy sausage starters are very nice. The food is always of excellent quality and is good value for money.

We ordered here tonight, and the food is almost inedible and revolting!! 80p for what I can only describe as a blob of sauce is absolutely disgusting!! The chicken literally tasted like water no taste what so ever! Ask for a salad and you get a piece of brown lettuce! Never again!! Appalling

Told me delivery is fine, and took my order. After finalising order I am told it will take an hour because the driver will come in that time. I said fine. It's been over 1.5 hours and I'm still waiting for my food. Won't be ordering again.

Excellent service here and the chicken used to be excellent. It's now a bit tough. I would suggest they go back to their old chicken supplier.

Rubbish...I used just eat and ordered 30£ worth of food. Driver called and said he couldn't get to me. So I asked to cancel my order and refund me. Just eat said they would do that. Not one or the other got done. Then I got a random call from the restaurant manager apologising and asking me if he could do anything for me. I said just my money back as I've made other arrangements. After a week and no money in my account i called the take away to be told that my order had never been cancelled so no refund made. It has been 2 weeks since then and no refund has been made. DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. I'm still waiting for the manager to call me back...better not hold my breath...

The best kebabs, chicken and burgers in the area!!! They have a 4 star Food Hygiene Rating but deserve a 5 excellent. I would recommend that you go into the shop and give it a go. The lamb and chicken shish are made from lovely fresh meat. Enjoy 😃

*A V O I D* Rudest people on earth. Didn’t want to bring the food and claimed that the money wasn’t received. Called 3 times and told them I have the confirmation email from just-eat however they kept arguing. Will be reported now to justeat as they tried to scam me. Very low class and rude staff!! Ordered 4 meals and everything else was spot on. Review edited Sunday 25th june. Just ordered again and the chicken this time was delish. Everything they brought to us was lovely. I had to leave a star otherwise I couldn't write a review! I ordered a delivery of 2 donner kebabs and a chicken shish kebab. My chicken was raw, so raw my knife couldn't cut through it! the pittas were slimey and the chips weren't even cooked! This was at half 6 in the evening, not the busiest time. I called to let them know and asked for a refund as it put me off asking for a new order to which the man on the phone said he would do. This never happened! It is the worst food I have ever ordered and a complete lack of respect from the workers. Don't bother eating there, there are much better kebab shops around, if you do good luck!

Ordenar comida por "Aguantar". Me dijeron que tardarían 45 minutos para la entrega. La comida llegó dos horas y media más tarde y sólo después tuve que llamar dos veces, cada vez que nos dijeron que estaba en su camino cuando Claramente este era una mentira. Alegaron que estaban causando la obra demora, podría haber caminado la comida para mí en 30 minutos y podría haber llamado o enviaba me aconsejo de demora, pero no podía ser molestado.En mi segunda llamada después de 2 horas de espera me dijeron que iban a proporcionar un reembolso completo y aún entregar el pedido. No hay reembolso una vez fue dado y cuando llegó la comida estaba fría y pasada.Mi recomendación es evitar este lugar

Ever wondered why kebabs can be that bad? These guys definitely know what they are doing! Kebabs are great and service is most friendly anytime during time and date. Super busy over nights as well. Best kebab shop in SW of London!

I did not even want to leave a Star, it was Terrible! Will never go here again...Ordered 9pm on a Tuesday and it did not arrive until 10:20pm! Food was warm, wrong Order too and tasted horrible!

I can't put into words how bad this place is you have to be really drunk to avoid being ill in this establishment the chicken was so bad I wouldn't give it to my dog the chips were so over fried at least 3 times as I have been a grill chef I know the signs it really is a hovel of a place.
