Big greasy old school kebab alot of places are trying to be posh it's hard to find a good kebab these days don't change what your doing 🤣

These guys are so welcoming, they serve the best nuggets and their kebabs are unreal. Legends. The work they put in, they get treated like crap by all the drunkards coming out of Epsom but they still serve amazing food and they’re just nice people.

After a day in Chessington zoo, I took the family for a quick bite and this turkish kebab place was perfect. Meats were well-cooked and portions are huge. Good value for money and the service was very hospitable and quick.

Got me a cheeky Donner meat and chips last night with a triple serving of chilli sauce and was the best I'd had for years, everything was hot, meat wasn't like chewing on a flip-flop and the chilli sauce had both punch and flavour

I was sitting in my car with my child and I was waiting for Epsem Grill to open so I could order food. I went through the back door to ask what time they will open, and I saw that they are washing the mop in the sink and mopping the floor!. After a few minutes, I came back to make sure that the shop was open, "But this time I was surprised to see that they put the chickens in the same sink and marinate them "🤮🤮🤮and seeing what they had done! I gave up ordering. (It would be great if some people were fair and respected the rules)

Went there the owner tried to charge extra he charged me £6 for 6 wings and then £29 for the family when i corrected him he started adding random charges to make extra money, the portion was small and the atmosphere was not welcoming

The food is amazing, the staff so friendly, the prices are okay. This became my favourite place now and I eat here everyday

The most disgusting customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Placed an order through Uber eats, waited 15 minutes after the last expected delivery time before calling them. We were informed the delivery driver had gone home and when we asked what would happen with our order were told to hold on before he hung up on us. When we called back, someone else answered and said “your food is not coming, the drivers gone”. Disgusting attitude. When we asked them to cancel our order on their end, they didn’t. I’m surprised this place is still in business, it needs demolishing or a whole new set of staff.

😞Awful customer service , Turkish Samurai behind the counter very angry and aggressive ...it's like they given the food for free or you are planning stealing the food from them. They are not hospitable to customers, Don't even dare to ask for napkins or plastic cutlery... Basic grilled food, nothing special too expensive for what they offer.

Great food and consistent quality. Staff are friendly, and food comes quickly. On nights out, they try their luck with charging you extra or for more food. I'll go in for a burger, and they'll give me chips too, or they try to charge me for extra sauce.

If you're looking for the best Döner Kebab in town, look no further than this hidden gem! Not only is the food clean and healthy, but the prices are also very reasonable. I recently indulged in their delicious chicken large plate (i think it was the most biggest portion in the menu) with Turkish Ayran for only 10 pounds, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. But the food isn't the only thing that makes this place great - the owner, Mr. Erdal, is an incredibly welcoming person who goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy. The service here is top-notch, and you can really tell that they take pride in their work. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. Ordered lamb doner and half pounder burger with chips. It turned up well over 30 mins late. It was cold and had to reheat it in microwave. Order food here a lot of the time usually great quality food and good service, however since being taken over, not impressed, ordered a lamb shish with salad and mayo. Was given a kebab with no salad and completely drowning in ketchup and mayo, way too much to enjoy properly, hoping its a one off because its close and easy when working late. WAS good and I used to come here often but NEVER again food is always good but a new person behind the till actually tried to charge me for a couple of slices of fresh onion on my kebab meat and chips...RIP OFF ovoid at all costs. I can bye a KG of onions for £1 and you want to charge people for a few slices absolutely ridiculous. I would suggest go to the kebab shop up the road at least the salad is free

Very bad experience food was burnt and he said “ we made the food but it isn’t burnt “ but when I got the food the whole family meal 1 was burnt and I took it back to the shop and he said “ it’s a little bit burnt “ and he still didn’t say sorry about the inconvenience and it was £23.00 . This was bad customer service and I’m never going back to this store again and he didn’t know how to talk to customer

i had ordered family meal 1 for me and my kids and had it delivered wheni opened it the food was burnt im not happy and my kids was complaining as it was burnt and couldnt eat it.

I believe the reviews written on this page are fake. It's just a shawerma shop on the side of the road that barely lives up to the reviews it has. The food wasn't really good, and the flavors were bland. The place itself isn't that well looked after either.

Felt hungry the other night and decided to get some chips. Biggest mistake ever made. The chips were soggy, there was no garlic sauce which was overpowered by the amount of chilli. Save yourself the money and look elsewhere.

After 2 hours we called the restaurant who claimed they delivers our order which they absolutely did not !!! Awful customer service and will never use again . Happily took our money with no food delivered!!!

Used to sell the best fried chicken in Surrey (better than KFC) now stopped this and think that chicken wings are a suitable substitute for fried chicken (absolutely no comparison) Won't be returning until they start selling fried chicken again

The kebabs that we ordered were not as advertised,they were supposed to have grilled onions and peppers but there were none,just red cabbage and tomatoes and one jalapeño pepper. Check your menu in future.

Avoid. This is my first ever online complaint such is my displeasure. Ordered waited 1h20 for food, no contact. Called and phone was disconnected over several attempts. Walked the mile down there and the bloke couldn't care less. Just trying to get me out of the shop as fast as possible. Food dry, obvs.

Overcharged over their menu price. Thinking they were honest the bill would be correct. When checked after it was about 25% more than menu price. I would never visit again. Avoid at all costs.

Tasty food with the best chips!

Food portions weren’t great. Ordered a large kebab with salad and got one skewer worth of meat. Looked more like a small to me. Very disappointing. Also chicken burger was like rubber. Dinner meat was full of fat. Best part of the meal was the chips.

I sent a wrap with ketchup and mayonnaise and garlic sauce, and or received wrap without sauces.

Kebab houses are not that high on I” must review list” however after a long day at the races, my doner kebab was perfect. The homemade chilli sauce had a great kick and the server proudly told me he made it. The service for me was nice and friendly, the food 10/10 I would return for sure, if I lived in Epsom, I love a good doner :-)

Tough meat, rock hard chips, cold kids meal and sauce dumped on pittas made them all soaked and broken!

5 stars - was a bit worried, because it came so quickly, so wasn’t expecting the best quality food, but it was really nice. Massive portions, lovely chips (and hot!), chicken and donner meat was quality and the salad came separately in a little tub, which I really like, otherwise it just makes the pitta bread soggy, which it wasn’t at all. Overall, extremely happy. Especially as I’d just about given up all hope in getting a decent meal from JustEat.

The food was swimming in ketchup, so kids refused to eat it and looked unappealing. Sauces were mixed around in the order. Chicken kebab was dry. Wrap wasn’t bad. Please serve the sauces separately from food. Had to throw out most of it.

Took an hour and 1/2 arrive. Items were missing and everything was over cooked. Avoid unless you like tasteless/dry kebab.

Big portions of mixed kebabs, food delivered a bit later than the estimated time but food was still warm so I am still happy.
