Taco Bell in Watford

app says food delivered but never received order!!!!!!

Waited 2 hours for the order to show up as delivered to some else. Very poor.

Best food and service even I see in any restaurant in Watford ♥️ l

Because of the time it took for the food to get it it was a bit cold

Was freezing cold all the food and was 20 minutes late

The food took far longer than it should do to come despite there only being three orders waiting, and when I did get the food there were elements missing. The toilets were either absolutely filthy and stank or were out of order, and the drinks fountain was a mess as well. Food was fine, it's taco bell.

No second taco that I had paid for

Food was great, staff was great but the place was abit messing, sticky floor dirty table an rubbish on tables they wasnt that busy so it could have been cleaned.

Caramel sauce pot was out of date, and had popped over food

Awful food. Ordered taco meal. Was a tiny portion. Food was stone cold and tacos had a spoonful of meat. Very disappointed certainly won’t be ordering from here again and wouldn’t recommend at all!!!

It gets crowded since it’s in the shopping mall area but it’s a nice place for cheap decent food. They could use some more seating areas though for when it’s more crowded

Delicious food, friendly staff. Order at the terminal or directly from the staff, quick completion. Drinks to fill yourself and refill! The food was really good and tasted something different. Gladly again.

Uses their disabled toilet as storage and have locked the downstairs loos with a code. Fyi eating food with your unwashing hands is DISGUSTING. SORT IT OUT.

Order took ages to get to us. By the time it got here everything was stone cold. All the food was stale. Especially the wraps. Genuinely awful, what a waste of money.

Please mark the items - we ordered three burritos and my husband bit them ALL looking for his!

Look nice from the outside No disable toilets or men's toilets. Toilets were down stairs and handrail was ver lose Food was ok chicken was burn bruto was burnt

Best food i had. the service was very fast but as i opened it, was messed all around the bag so i wouldn't say the service is the best The food was nice. the tacos was okay. But not as good. People was very noisy. i couldn't ger im peace and rest the atmosphere is really bad.

As a takeaway, was rather disappointed. Placed order for 4 meals; only two were as ordered, two were wrong and food was only mildly warm(ish). The paper bags it was all crammed into were too thin to adequately carry food out with and ultimately ended up carrying individual food wraps!

At 4pm today I visited the Watford branch to purchase a portion of chips for my child after school. There was no one waiting to be served, I waited at the till for 10 mins before asking for service from the young lady placing paper on empty trays. She asked me to wait and carried on placing paper on empty trays. I asked again if I needed to wait for her to finish before ordering my food to which she said I need to wait for another person. I could see this person was just standing by the fryer, now I have waited more that 15 mins just to purchase chips. The lady then turned her back to the store and ignored me whilst carrying on placing paper on trays. I decided to leave as it was very clear to me the staff had no intention to serve me. I have noticed recently the new employees in many of the food outlets in Watford are rude and lazy to serve customers.

Got completely the wrong food. Spent £40 and all the wrong food delivered… rang Taco Bell and told to contact just eat, delivery driver just blanked the calls. Just eat haven’t bothered getting back to me after emailing them twice through the app. £40 for the wrong food and nobody want to help. Not happy at all.

Went in on a Saturday lunch time and didn't need to queue. The food was affordable and tasty, service was quick and friendly.

Worst food I have ever had. And I love Taco Bell. Chips were freezing cold, my Quisdilla meal wasn’t cooked rock hard cheese, made me feel a bit sick tbh. Also hardly nothing my chicken wrap, when I went back up to the till, the 3 people working laughed at me and thought it was funny.will never be going back there, worst customer service I think I have ever had.

Staff are rude they charge for the cheese sauce when they want some are nice and give and others are just rude. Always standing around.

They never delivered my order so I had to re order and then they told me they can't refund the order that wasn't delivered

They dont give you tuesdays tacos. Staff is not good at all.

Asked the delivery driver if the other can of drink was in the bag when he handed me the bag and one can of drink, he said everything was in the bag. It was not in the bag.

Perfect service. Met the driver down stairs as he arrived. Fresh and fast.

Bit of a mess overall. Found ordering food very stressful, vegetarian options not easily identifiable on the interactive ordering system. Had to queue up to order. Once the Uber and just eat delivery queue died down I was able to order. (Took a while) Tables and seats were dirty with food crumbs everywhere. Mens toilet was absolutely filthy, stank beyond what you can imagine to be a bad smell and the loo was blocked up. We made a complaint to the manager who didn't seem to be concerned. Food was mediocre at best. The nachos were over seasoned and were extremely salty..some had to be dismissed. All in all, I'd avoid the Watford branch and might give another branch a second chance in future.

My usual experience with Taco Bell in the US has been going to a counter and placing an order. Here, everyone heads straight for large screens to place their order. I had previously gone in and tried to get attention from one of the two staff members to get assistance with my order but they were so busy wrapping and packing they couldn't speak to anyone. On this visit, it wasn't as busy so I went to the counter to order tacos and burritos. The gentleman has a very strong Indian accent so it was tough to understand him. We waited a while and got our order within 5 minutes but we didn't ask about sauces, expecting there to be some in the bag and there weren't. This was clearly our fault. The restaurant was busy with students and people having their lunch break from the office. I felt it could have been cleaner. What was very surprising is the very old timber building that Taco Bell occupies. Such a juxtaposition of history and modern food place dominated by technology. I know this is how the world is going but I personally would prefer human interaction every time.

Food is standard UK taco bell - more expensive, smaller portions and worse tasting then the states but it does fulfill the taco bell cravings The restaurant itself was clearly very short staffed with rubbish and mess on every table

First time trying Taco Bell... would be 10/10 but one of the "Beefy Nacho Cravings Burrito" was missing from the "Cravings Burrito Pack" 4 burrito's in total only got 3.

This is about the 4th time I’ve ordered from Taco Bell and there’s been an issue each time. This time I was delivered the complete wrong order. When I called them they said ask for a refund and we are closed. Not happy

Only one Diet Pepsi can was delivered. although I had ordered two. Asked the delivery boy about it, but he said Taco had given him only one Diet Pepsi can. I took the delivery because we were hungry. Please compensate. Subhajit

nothing arrived. states delivered but no attempt to deliver or contact us. Restaurant said its a driver error and his taken our food??? and to contact justeat. which takes 48 hours. Been waiting over an hour for food not to arrived. What sort of drivers are just eat employing????

I requested that an ingredient be removed, which it was not. The order was considerably delayed by the driver appearing to go in the complete opposite direction. The food was cold as a result.

Food took over an hour to arrive and was cold… driver was at the restaurant from the delivery tracker for around 40mins before they actually got him out of there.

“Sia” from the Watford branch, who said he was a manger, gave me meat when I am a vegan. He then said he couldn’t remake my food and now it’s my problem and not his issue. When asking for a refund as they refused to remake it he said no and told us to get out the shop as it’s the food was made and now he can’t do anything. It was awful customer service and I honestly am shocked with how he dealt with the situation and the way he spoke to me and friend. It was their error for making me food with meat when I ordered vegan yet didn’t remake it or refund. After making it clear I didn’t eat meat he then told me it was vegan and I checked and it wasn’t! He has then lied to me to try and get me to leave the shop. Never will I go back to Taco Bell!

The food had gone cold because the driver had gone outside of Watford towards the motorway (screenshots) and missing a can of drink with one of the meals— usually have no issues with Taco Bell but this is a first and is abit off putting for the future

2 hours late ice cold food no communication from restaurant. Had to get something else to eat from somewhere else for these reasons I’d like a refund plz
