First time at Taco Bell. Food was great. Safee on drive through was so attentive and happy. Definitely will be back :)

I will not be going here again, the cleanliness inside is enough to put anyone off. The tables are grubby, the floor is filthy, and the toilets.. eeewww!! I actually went to Krispy Kreme afterwards to get a doughnut just to use the bathroom!! I told someone about the bathrooms whilst I was there and nothing was done!!

Only gave me half of my order, so disappointing.

I do love a Taco Bell and must say I visit the spot most times I'm up at Ikea ah! My only grumble is I do not like salad so when i have the removed from my order I cant just pay a bit more for some more meat! I do end up with a half filled shell and it looks quite sad aha! On that note I have been served my order wrong a few times, with salad added, but they have always corrected it quickly.

Food is always delicious and staff are nice, the toilet facilities on the other hand, smelt so bad of urine it made me gip. I wouldn't allow my children to go in we had to go to KFC for the toilet. Not good at all.

DONT GO HERE. They forgot my partners taco so he went back in and told them, so they said theyd make him one, they made the wrong one, it was made so disgustingly, messy and barely any meat just a huge amount of lettuce. My partner bit into it and there was a HUGE black hair inside. I escalated this to customer support and they told me they would contact the store for a response, and they couldn't even get in touch with anyone at the store regarding a literal foreign body in food. Absolutely atrocious.

This Taco Bell is extremely clean, the service is very quick and efficient. The volcano burrito is so good, my new favourite from the menu. They're full of flavour and I really like the addition of nachos. The fries can be a little over seasoned and salty for me but with the nacho cheese dip it balances this quite nicely. The tacos, i enjoy but i find them a little meh - considering that the place is literally named after tacos you would expect something a little more substantial but they are nice none the less - though a little messy to eat if you get them crunchy. The churros are really nice and come with a caramel dip. The quesadillas are thin but deceptively filling. My partner always gets the crispy chicken tenders which are his favourite thing off of the menu. Drinks are refillable and they have a good selection of fizzy drinks to choose from. Overall I have my go to's that keep me coming back - the prices are reasonable and I always leave full and satisfied. There is plenty of choice for everyone and the cravings boxes offer a good selection if you don't know what to choose or if you're particularly hungry and I want variation.

Food arrived on time but I had to reheat it before I ate, well worth it though 😋

not happy at all, food is absolutley freezing,usually when I order gets here warm,delivery driver had the drink in the warm bag with the food lent against the food making it cold, wouldn't have bothered ordering if I knew it would be cold, complete waste of money tonight

that was the worst food I have had to eat the food had little to no flavour and the fries have too much paprika do not order if you like to enjoy flavour

wouldn't off been late if driver didn't go to 2 different deliveries on the way so my food was flat cold and they didn't even give us the drink for the meal! shouldn't be allowed to delivery to more than one house otherwise food is going to be cold!

Your burritos are beautiful and yummy and I could eat 4 tacos so much flavour but the food was cold

It was the worse experience ever. Most of my order was missing & the two items I did receive were incorrect. No telephone for Birstal Taco Bell. Just eats service is tragic so so poor!! They will not provide a refund for food I did not receive and what I did receive was incorrect. Poor poor customer service !! Shocking will never order from Taco Bell birstall again

Was missing taco and half of quesadilla was missing! The driver let himself into my house which I find completely unacceptable!! Something needs to be done! He saw me in my wheelchair and decided that it would be helpful if he let himself in, which I thought was highly inappropriate, I’m disabled not incompetent.

Delivered wrong food paid 25 quid and instead sent me about 4 quid worth of items and no drink when I ordered a 1.5L bottle of Pepsi and I couldn’t eat what they sent me anyway it was absolutely disgusting

Don’t bother ordering a chicken quesadilla. The chicken portions are so small that they have to make up for it with a coma-inducing amount of cheese. Went back in to complain and they said they wouldn’t remake it because most of it had been eaten (which i understand to a point. However we were only eating in hopes to actually find some chicken lol and we still had just under half left). In addition to that I got a Lipton peach ice tea which had next to no syrup in it. Just lightly flavoured water. Save your time and money and go to KFC next door

It's taco bell the tex Mex equivalent of M.C. BurgerQueen so dont expect this to be gourmet/rustic but it fills a hole. Portions are a bit small for me comparing to the deli/diy burrito places. Food was warm and cooked well.

The order wasn’t ours. We showed proof to driver. He said he was going back to Taco Bell to correct it. I asked if he wanted the food he delivered back and he said no. I didn’t hear from the driver again as he said he was coming back. Contact number for Taco Bell does not work either. Appalling.

The food was ok. I had the chicken strips. The fries were not seasoned throughout and mid warm. The churros were great though and the sauce that came with it was nice. The staff were welcoming. One issue though… Where’s the bell? I received my taco but I was missing the bell. Do better (please).

Very very underwhelming. No atmosphere staff looked bored. Food deluxe box not deluxe at all taco shell broken too bits no taste at all. More lettuce than anything else. Chicken strip tasteless. Chips well over seasoned. Churros flat cold. Dip was best bit. Definitely won't be back.

This taco bell is quite run down, dirty and cold. Nothing wrong with the food or service its just needs a little money spent on it.

Do not go!! appalling service. Horrible food & dirty restaurant. Got a parking ticket although wasn’t out of the time. Was told I would get a refund but had to go in store after 4 months of waiting for a reply, went in store to be told I had to communicate to head office the stores content details to confirm. Dispute underway with bank as I have got nowhere with this rubbish company!!

Fries & churros were missing from my order

Actually fairly decent, I didn't have my hopes too high as I ordered to take home but for the price it was actually okay and was still warm by the time I got home. The service was good, the woman on the till was helpful and patient considering I didn't know what to order.

ordered £37 worth of food and £7 worth of food was attempted to be delivered (very clearly someone else's order) we rejected it and asked the driver to go back, not heard anything after this. We have ordered from this restaurant 3 times and twice it has gone badly. So we'll have to stop going here despite very much liking the food when it actually comes.

Best taco bell experience I've ever had. Was served personally by the manager and he was a delight, helped cater to me and my sons needs as he's as extremely picky eater

Came in for a munch, this young looking lad served me. Didn't look old enough to work and not a hair on his chin. Was nice enough though I suppose. Food came fast and was warm, was really warm in side as well which was nice.

The delivery time was great, however the food was completely cold when it arrived. The spicy chicken wrap had no chicken in - just jalapeños. The tacos we ordered were upside down in the bag so went over all the food. Sent the wrong drinks too.

Taco Bell is one of my favourite fast food take outs! Food is always hot, tasty and a great price! Customer service is bang on too.

Absolutely beautiful… really tasty. Just a little cold however I appreciate the distance . Ordered dips which is a little strange cause one person gets one am the other in their box. A little annoying when you want both. Anyway a really tasty treat and would highly recommend
