Taco Bell in Kirklees

I ordered around 5:30pm it’s only just been delivered at 7:37pm.

Food quality was down because of late delivery

food was soggy! im guessing its due to multiple deliveries and it was sat a long time!

This was my first time in Taco Bell Both myself and my wife enjoyed our meal The food was tasty. The overall experience was excellent

Food took over 25 mins for 1 taco, when asked Staff are rude and snappy for asking for an update although we had been given none and had been waiting a substantial amount of time for what only takes 5-10 mins to make at a push then also asked us to move because they wanted to close 75% of the seating area before they close and when we declined to move were met with attitude and dirty looks from the staff behind counter.

Air conditioning freezing 🥶 though

It’s always empty so your normally sat with no sort of ambiance other than music. Staff are great and food is typical Taco Bell not quite same as the US version but still nice.

order items missing and food arrived cold not even slightly warm.

Disgusted claimed to be delivered and was never delivered sat behind my house for 20 minutes and ignored my messages explaining where to go! Can’t get in touch with the driver by phone or the company! Not ordering again

lazy driver couldn't be bothered getting out of car to look for house,

food got here stone cold somehow the drink was warmer than the food (it was pepsi max btw) the food was good wouldve preferred it warm cant rlly go wrong with a crunchwrap however it is barely even wrapped all the filling was falling out i am not covered in beef

Delivery was sent 2 hrs after order was placed and food was lukewarm at best! For the price of it, I would expect it to be good plated! Really spoilt my daughter's birthday celebrations.

I have tried lots of Taco Bell restaurants, but this one is way better than the rest. The food is always fresh and hot. Peefect

dirty in general ive been to other taco bells which can get your food to you lighting fast. THIS WAS NOT ONE OF THEM IT TOOK 30 MINUTES FOR 2 CRUNCHWRAPS+SIDE AND DRINK

Pretty darned awesome 😎👍 I've almost finished the menu which isn't big but is filling. Family friendly and not big on spices but is deliciously spiced. Chips to die for.

Delivery guy seemed to do a massive detour on the map and my food is cold

Didn’t get my order. Ordered burrito n churros n didn’t get my order. got someone else’s order.

Waited nearly 2 and a half hours for the food to be delivered, and when it finally was, we were given the wrong order.

We received the wrong order with half of our food missing. The receipt we got with the order had another persons details on with their order. Still not had any contact regarding our refund!

Great as always but requested no tomatoes and there were tomatoes.

Lady working Thursday night @ Birstall was extremely rude and forward in not telling us to walk anywhere in the restaurant due to them ‘closing soon’ despite it only being half 10 and her ‘not being bothered’ to remop. Very rude

They've improved as the years have gone by. Not many issues these days

The delivery guy was lovely and turned up ok the time stated by the app. The issue is we ordered for 12.15 and didn’t arrive until 1.01pm which left us 14 minutes to eat it before having to go back to work.

Food cold and squashed and item missing

Fries Bell Grande, not much sauce so it was quite dry. Also when ordering there's an option to remove jalapenos from this for 49p, it doesn't come with jalapenos in the first place and it shouldn't cost money to remove an item, needs checking.

Ordered at 12:15, didn’t receive it until 1:30 after delivery time being delayed numerous times!

Food is amazing, price is reasonable service is great, what more can you ask for.

Kids love Taco Bell, but I don't eat there. Quite slow compared to somewhere like MacDonald's. Their app is awful and you might as well use their website or order inside using their kiosks. My kids would recommend but I will stick to places like MacDonald's.

The food was really good, we came here before but this time we ordered 4 wrong tacos and we opened 2 so the lady said we can swap the other two unpacked but when she came back she gave us 4, they honestly deserve a raise I definitely recommend!

Took our son for his birthday and what a beautiful experience we had! Our server Rachel (Birstall branch) was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! And made his day with table service, massive smiles and wishing him happy birthday! Can’t 5** it enough! Thank you so so very much

I will not be going here again, the cleanliness inside is enough to put anyone off. The tables are grubby, the floor is filthy, and the toilets.. eeewww!! I actually went to Krispy Kreme afterwards to get a doughnut just to use the bathroom!! I told someone about the bathrooms whilst I was there and nothing was done!!

Spent 24 quid on 2 meals an they only sent a portion a fries and a quesadilla an can't even contact them to get it sorted

Only gave me half of my order, so disappointing.

Food is always delicious and staff are nice, the toilet facilities on the other hand, smelt so bad of urine it made me gip. I wouldn't allow my children to go in we had to go to KFC for the toilet. Not good at all.

I do love a Taco Bell and must say I visit the spot most times I'm up at Ikea ah! My only grumble is I do not like salad so when i have the removed from my order I cant just pay a bit more for some more meat! I do end up with a half filled shell and it looks quite sad aha! On that note I have been served my order wrong a few times, with salad added, but they have always corrected it quickly.

DONT GO HERE. They forgot my partners taco so he went back in and told them, so they said theyd make him one, they made the wrong one, it was made so disgustingly, messy and barely any meat just a huge amount of lettuce. My partner bit into it and there was a HUGE black hair inside. I escalated this to customer support and they told me they would contact the store for a response, and they couldn't even get in touch with anyone at the store regarding a literal foreign body in food. Absolutely atrocious.

This Taco Bell is extremely clean, the service is very quick and efficient. The volcano burrito is so good, my new favourite from the menu. They're full of flavour and I really like the addition of nachos. The fries can be a little over seasoned and salty for me but with the nacho cheese dip it balances this quite nicely. The tacos, i enjoy but i find them a little meh - considering that the place is literally named after tacos you would expect something a little more substantial but they are nice none the less - though a little messy to eat if you get them crunchy. The churros are really nice and come with a caramel dip. The quesadillas are thin but deceptively filling. My partner always gets the crispy chicken tenders which are his favourite thing off of the menu. Drinks are refillable and they have a good selection of fizzy drinks to choose from. Overall I have my go to's that keep me coming back - the prices are reasonable and I always leave full and satisfied. There is plenty of choice for everyone and the cravings boxes offer a good selection if you don't know what to choose or if you're particularly hungry and I want variation.

Food arrived on time but I had to reheat it before I ate, well worth it though 😋

that was the worst food I have had to eat the food had little to no flavour and the fries have too much paprika do not order if you like to enjoy flavour
