Taco Bell in Tonbridge and Malling

Ate my burrito which was yummy. Went to use the toilet. Men’s and women’s were both locked/out of order so I used the disabled one. The basin was full of soggy tissue. The toilet was spattered with human waste, not just on the inside. Yes, that is a 2 foot long streak of excrement on the floor.

you have to check what you ordered, I ordered the first Taco yesterday I liked it so much that today I managed to order it again and I was disappointed My taco was 1/3 of what it was the day before. Same cheese sauce... I understand because they are very busy, but the lady at the checkout did not understand my disappointment

Just check your receipt, as they never fail to miss items that you've ordered and paid for Also, they don't allow for free tap water. Apparently the General Manager is above health and safety regulations... Edit: dropped a star as threatened by the owner....

Shocking given me and all my friends food poisoning we’ve all thrown up after eating the food at this so called restaurant. Staff are rude I have never seen them clean the kitchen and I am in there almost everyday day

me and my friends have all has awful food poisoning from the food we have all been sick many times in the span on 24 hours feeling like we might pass out and throwing up everything we ate do not buy from this restaurant

We ordered uber eats but twice now they didn't send the fries and only some items were warm. There was nowhere to rate the actual order on uber eats so here it is. Probably won't bother with this place again.

I ordered to taco supremes one with nachos and one with fries, however the fries were missing. Very disappointed customers.

This Taco Bell has decreased in quality since the opening. The staff are overrun by the local pikeys to the point where they have security guards now. The food is still pretty decent though 👍🏼

Only some of the sides showed up. No way of contacting Taco Bell directly. Congrats for leaving a hungry family, how you didn’t notice the 4 burritos and other sides and desert sauces left on your counter, is beyond us. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered on just eat but felt I should move my review here to further show and express how disappointed I am in Taco Bell. What’s the point of ordering a meal to not even have the main item arrive? You guys need to re think your staff because they clearly aren’t reading the orders throughly enough to the point they are leaving items people have ordered out from their food .

We ordered four vegetarian tacos. All four had beef mince ! Absolutely ridiculous. This place cannot be trusted! Unbelievable!

Put beef in every single one of my tacos, despite me choosing beans for all except one. Also didn’t add the guac or jalapeños I paid extra for. Second time they’ve done this. Literally can’t eat the food at all as I am a vegetarian. There’s also no number to call to get them to rectify it.

Great pricing, value for money is brilliant. Staff are mostly friendly bar one male who didn’t even acknowledge my presence for 15mins. The Taco Bell app states the Tonbridge location open until 2300 but it has been constantly closed by 2100. Not a big deal. The touchscreen kiosks never print a receipt out and the scanner only works on two of the kiosks so you have to ask for a receipt each time you want to get the reward points.

Our orden was not good the fries were old and the burrito not good.

Not the first time the wrong food has been added to the order. This is an issue with the restaurant, not the delivery drivers, as the correct receipt is always attached to the bag, with the incorrect food inside.

Amazing! First time in ages nothing has been missing everything tastes and smells fresh and not cold!! My only gripe is you can order from 10:25 but they don’t start cooking until after 11. Are you not better of just opening up n justeat at 11 then?

Freezing cold and items missing

I ordered my food well over an hour ago it kept saying it was on its way but never showed up but when it did show up it was cold

The delivery time kept getting pushed back to later and later - the order was estimated to arrive at 12.55 and I eventually got it around 14.20. The food was cold and an item was missing. The food itself was fine (apart from being cold) but the delivery was terrible.

Very nice food but a bit pricey. Cleanliness in the facilities really wasn't great either. Update: A lot of the vegan / veggie options have very sadly disappeared from the menu since I last came here to eat. This along-side the very poor clenliness means, unfortunately, I cannot rate this place very greatly at all.

I ordered at 12:30 and selected for it to be delivered at 13:30 but didn’t turn up until 13:45

Slow service and inconsiderate employees. Taco Bell app is dysfunctional and employees have been of zero help. Except for Max, he has been a shining employee, always eager to help and on the case.

Food was cold and missing churros for the second time

The meal was very tasty. My biggest concern is the metal furniture that makes a lot of noise when dragged around by the diners.

Food was extremely late and when I tried to cancel order the app wouldn’t let me cancel and the app didn’t have a phone number to call the restaurant to cancel it. The food was all soggy and gross

Just received my order from Taco Bell. Half my order was missing and the seal on the bag had been tampered with. Not happy , as I just spent over £51 on this? What are going to do about this please

Really not happy, waited nearly 2 hours for my order even though the original time said 40 min wait. I then had to get in the car and collect myself as the time for delivery kept on changing

I got given the wrong food in my order

Thought we would try Taco Bell again as first time was quite underwhelming. But the kids really wanted to try it. 2nd time round and worse than the first. Took an age to be delivered. Hardly any filling in any of the items we ordered Luke warm at best. Will never order Taco Bell again. Disappointed is a understatement

Would have been nice to have had the food but, nothing even came despite being delivered and no one outside or nothing I could find outside. No effort to make contact with me either if they got lost.

Unlike the Branches in Orpington and Crayford, you guys actually know what you are doing. The food arrived quickly, Hot and correct! Everything you would expect from a top quality restaurant. Perfect.

Was refused entry for some reason, me my girlfriend and my nephew tried entering at 7pm when it’s advertised as open til 9pm, woman locked the doors and didn’t communicate as to why we weren’t allowed in to which she let two people in the place who were behind us. Horrendous service avoid this place.

Someone else’s order was delivered to me, and handed straight back to the driver. There was no way to contact Taco Bell myself so I had no food delivered but have paid over £30 in total for it. I asked for a refund 4 days ago. I have been asked for no information and just told to wait. I am not impressed and would like all my money back, including fees, as I received absolutely nothing! Appalling service.

Foods average at best. Really it's poor. Staff are good, they're doing their best. Atmosphere is terrible because of the constant gang of 12-14 year olds outside acting like roadmen while smelling like piss and skittles.

So, first time we ordered from Taco Bell Tonbridge, we placed our order through just eat at around 6pm it eventually arrived freezing cold at 10pm. We had to make another arrangement for dinner. Today we decided to give them another chance. Our order arrives and there are items missing. We get a refund of 80p big deal. Shove your 80p taco bell. You will NEVER EVER see us again. You just can't get it right. Unacceptable.

Missing chips in both Burrito meals

Because I collected it I thought it would be hot. But no, cold, soggy, tiny and half of it not there.

Ordered the crunchwrap supreme received the soggwrap supreme instead. Tasted disgusting anyway so didnt really make a difference. Should have kept this one in america 🇺🇸👎 Decent chips tho

First time using taco Bell and it's going to be the last. Firstly, my order was over an hour late with no apology, the food was average at best and cold by the time I got it. The delivery driver was trying to deliver in the wrong street, so I had to go out and find him. Overall poor experience.

Food was pathetically small and had barely any filling, rice was cold and disappointing. Very unimpressed with it.

I took my Autistic grandson and my daughter who also has special needs. Not only did the staff make us all feel welcome. They were amazing the whole time we were there not just the first visit, but they remembered us when we went back two weeks later and had exactly the same experience . Thank you so much

Good but part of my order was wrong

Food arrived missing some of the items. Received no Fries I also Received no churros. Despite receipt clearly showing both these items where ordered.

I ordered a volcano burito with extra beef and what turned up was about 5 tablespoons of beef and cheese slop which took me 30 seconds to eat. First and last time I'm going to Taco Bell if this is what they think they can get away with.

Site is closing earlier than advertised- got there 15 minutes before close and they refused to make anything. Waste of a drive. Customers coming towards close is always slightly annoying but it’s part of the job if you work in hospitality. Scran is always great from here but it’s unprofessional to send a customer away if they come whilst you’re open, so take the L with 1*.
