Papa John's Pizza in Tonbridge and Malling

Order was taken online. Receive no notification my order wasn't accepted despite the 'order confirmation'. Waited over an hour and gave up. Do not order from Papa Johns Larkfield.

Mediocre quality at best. Thin crust isn't crispy at all. Toppings are nearly tasteless. Tomato sauce tastes like it's out of a jar.

Just been in Papa Johns Larkfield , watched staff make pizzas . No handwashing between taking payments from people to rolling out the dough.Hands grabbing the meat to go on the pizza and then grabbing the vegetables with their hands again no handwashing between Cross contamination no consideration if someone ordered a vegetarian pizza . No hair nets worn either. Won't be going there again

Always have a good pizza and never a long wait for delivery.

Jolly good pizza served by friendly staff, kept well for snacking on for hundreds of miles of driving afterwards. :-)

THIS place. what can I say, absolutely magnificent pizzas are being curated here. the staff are incredible. there is 2 brothers that work there that always work with a smile and all their teeth out. they go above and beyond. they put extra pig on my pizza when I asked for it. big up Charlie D. Acting manager - Edward Farmer - was really nice when I ordered a pizza. Nice store, nice staff, nice pizzas; just nice all round. Also, acting manager - Edward Farmer - hung around after his shift finished and we went to Nomad cafe together. Let’s just say it was a night to remember! Ordered at 11:15, got delivered at 1pm, i phoned & there was no excuses & they were just rude, no apology at all. Food was freezing

Confirmed order on App, chase after 45 mins and store says not got the order.. absolutely useless, if you want good food and delivery DO NOT GO HERE, and their staff are just as bad they just can not be bothered.

Ordered via the app, 1 pizza was wrong to start with. Phoned and was offered a free pizza the next time I order.... How that helps me at the time, no idea! Took a bit but got a replacement sent out. Replacement arrives, and it's still not what I ordered. Didn't bother phoning again (pregnant and hungry) but I doubt we will bother ordering with them again.

We did order today with my little one as she loved cauli wings until today when it’s came up completely spicy 🌶 😔 my daughter absolutely upset as she couldn’t eat it. Pizza was so so. A bit upset of this order.

Called to order for collection. The man on the phone was very kind and also didn’t mind helping me as I didn’t have a menu on hand which was nice. When I went to collect my order the store looked very clean and staff looked well prepared ie full uniform, aprons, hats etc. The food was lovely 10/10 will definitely be ordering again👍🏾

The manager is so rude. Deliver the wrong Pizza then put the phone down on us. When we called and confronted the manager who was the one responsible for putting the phone down on us, he said I put the phone down as I had nothing more to say. I said we will sort this out Monday as I planned on calling head office, he then said come down Monday and we're sort it out almost like a threat.

We ordered pizza from Aylesford Papa Johns (which we have done before and will continue to do) and wanted to say just how much we enjoyed it. It was delivered very fresh, hot and extremely tasty. Thank you guys at Papa Johns for our friday night takeaway with a difference. The best 😊😊

Best pizza I've tasted. Professional service, the app is so easy to order on. Quick delivery and reasonably priced.

Ordered 2 large pizzas, a garlic bread and chicken wings at lunch time, took 2 hours to arrive. Tried ringing the branch numerous times after 1 hour as their tracking app said it had been delivered, but no-one answered, in the middle of the day! When I did finally get trough, I was told driver had left 5 minutes before and wouldnt be long. Journey time from the branch to my house is no more than 10 minutes. Waited another half hour, still hadn’t turned up so rang again and was met with staff uninterested in the order not turning up. Once the order turned up, the pizza was lukewarm and had the wrong ingredients on it! If you want to wait ages for a wrong pizza, served up by disinterested staff, definitely order from here!

Great customer service, replaced an item due to allergens and sent out another driver to drop it off, will use again.

Took 18 minutes from ordering from my phone to getting to my door. Top service. Never had to wait longer than half hour and used many times. Food is good too!

Potatoes wedges were under cooked and cold, pizza was cold and all you could taste was bread! Best part was the chicken wings and they wernt great never ordering again! And late!!

Just ask my grandsons they wolfed it down.

Went in the store tonight the most amazing staff really friendly manager always there and pizzas are amazing soft drinks always cold and listen to the things you don’t like and let you switch it with something else can’t say anything bad about this place

Tryed new cinnamon swirl things , all odd shapes some were tiny . Doughy and hard to eat def not like the adverts waste of £4.50 . Rather go auntie Ann’s and get proper tasty ones . Will stick with dominoes

When papa johns first opened in Ditton it was great. However it’s gradually gone down hill. I’ve just had a garden party pizza where 4 pieces had barely any vegetables on them. The marmite scrolls used to be amazing, but yet again there was hardly any marmite on them. It’s a shame but I wont be ordering from Ditton papa johns again. 😕

Great food the only bad thing is the girls that work there don’t where hair net or don’t have it tied up. Also when handling pizza dough they don’t where gloves but otherwise great
