10mins from original quoted time as said 15-30 mins and it was eventually 40mins

Last couple of times have not given what was ordered, wrong bread and missing items like cheese and not toasted as requested. Shame

Caramel sauce leaked everywhere

missing a footlong sub again. third order in a row that has been messed up. just eat dinner absolutely nothing about It. even the delivery driver was moaning at how slow they were. Fuming.

Do not order from this subway. Three orders in a row delivered with missing items. They claim it's all on camera and lie to you and make out you're the problem. I'm absolutely outraged.

Unfortunately the churro was missing its caramel sauce.

Slowest service I have ever received

I ordered a drink with my 6 inch meal deal (costa brownie frappe) and it was missing from my order. Would have been nice to swap it for something else or call me to ask what replacement I would like

order was delivered to completely the wrong street. the owner was kind enough to call me but I then had to collect.

Shocking customer service filthy tables one member of staff that was as helpful as a chocolate tea pot dont bother going here should be shut down doesn't even deserve one star

Not a good example of subway stores in general. The staff barely listen to your order, even after repeating it a few times, and they don't seem to care. Don't plan on doing a number 2 in the toilet either - the light switches off after a few seconds and you have to wave your arms around to turn it back on each time!

Delivery was very quick. However was missing an item from my order.

Kids sub with cheese (so little you can't even see it) toasted without me being asked as this would be way too hard for my 2 year old to eat but it was toasted anyway. I asked for a kids activity pack with the kids meal to be told 'no' even though it was shown on their menu screen. Service was shocking, one woman is so rude. Cross contamination when ordering gluten free with same gloves/utensils used. They went to put ketchup on after asking for mayo 4 times. Absolutely awful now I understand why they are empty all of the time. I wish I asked for a refund there and then but I was so done with the situation that I paid and walked out. Don't come here, literally go anywhere else

order was late and on that received wrong food. insted of double chocolate chip cookie i received other cookies

The food was nice and fresh. The lady was in on her own, so it was a little slower service. However, that can't be helped when there's only one member of staff. The philly cheese steak was NOT worth the money, we got a footlong sub yet only got 1 scoop of the steak, which is the same amount u get on a 6-inch. The menu moved so quickly off the screen that you couldn't really look at it, so having a hard copy of the options may be of use if you're going to continue to use the screens. The lady was extremely helpful when it come to the allergens list however I will say if u ask for vegan cheese on your food you only get the smallest amount of cheese, that was half the size of regular cheese which I found a little strange.

Missing items from order for the second time

I had 3 items missing and have had to make a complaint as I've been charged, this isn't the first time this has happened and will no longer be ordering again!

Early but cold, with a missing drink

My experience was appalling, first I order two turkeys subs and one was chicken and the offer was turkey but smothered in bbc sauce which I did not ask for it clearly sauce no sauce in the subs!!!

i ordered 6 chocolate cokkies and got only 3 i.e., one pack insted of two packs. really disappointed in this.

Was then charged a higher price...(head in hands). After a heated discussion the offer price was charged.... They actually had to get a calculator out to find how much change to give from a tenner when the price was 4.99

I used my credit on this order after last time receiving a very poor order from just eat I received this order a item of mine was missing and all my food was hard and cold I’m very unhappy with the service of just eat

There was just way too much pickles on (much more than usual) and the pickles tasted sour so I removed them.

Absolutely ridiculous, I ordered 2 veggie patty sub. The patty was absolutely nasty. The lady didn't even warm it up her name is Dayana I just wasted my money, she was so RUDE , I called many times no one answering phone, Would never recommend to go to this branch. Will never go to this subway. I wish I could give 0 star. 🤮😷😡

I e just had my food delivered and was shocked the gluten free sub was not Kepler separate or in fact labelled being gf as a celiac I should able to eat clearly labelled food

That salad was pathetic, it was less than half filled and you could see the bottom of the box? Never received a salad that looked so sad in all my life

Quality and care wasn’t as good as usual, the cabbage substituted for the lettuce was definitely an experience!

Don’t order on Deliveroo. We paid £25 and half our already tiny order (1 sub, 1 wrap) was missing. All that arrived was the 1 sub, however when we opened it half the ingredients also missing. And it was cold. Deliveroo driver said the shop was chaos with only one member of staff doing everything.

Had missing items, they seem to do it most times.

Over an hour wait and one meal was missing and the other had ‘hot sides’ that were freezing cold.

Staff seemed under trained, had to repeat order several times and then remind them again when at the till. No chocolate cookies left at 2:30pm so the meal deal choice was limited.

Everytime I’ve ordered through just eat lately there’s been an issue.

Everything was fine, apart from my tuna six-inch having all the trimmings with no tuna mayo! I guess it must have swum away… 😄

My food arrived over an hour late and as you can imagine it was freezing cold! Everything had also gone soggy. I’m a frequent user of just eat however this experience has made me very upset and I want a refund as this is unacceptable.

Great tasty Sub again, crammed packed and bursting with Fillings... Even though the branch was very busy with customers, the staff were still able to prepare ours on-time, if not slightly earlier. Would be nice to get some serviettes and folks in bag. As always, great service as always!! 👍👍

Food was great, as always, very tasty!! Good speedy service... And although doesn't affect the food, a WELCOMED RETURN to getting serviettes in the bag... Handy when not all the food reaches your mouth... ;-) Wooden fork for Nacho's would be handy too... 👍

Great service as always, also food as usual was very tasty and the Sub was well stuffed/packed with fillings. I marked it down slightly this occasion as think they forgot to heat it, as meat was cold, as was the Sub in general, wasn't toasted... :( The Nacho's could of done with bit more sauce and cheese... But other than that, still very tasty... 😀

Absolutely laughable experience, Empty restaurant (I can see why...) The lady there was rude and rushed me from the beginning till the end. Made me wait 3 minutes after asking me what I wanted. She walked away for a bit, then came back and told me to walk to another spot to ask me the same question again. At this point I started to openly laugh, it was madness. She 'helped' me to get my meal deal then wrapped up my sub and I walked back to work to find out or had been cremated and was barely edible. A real credit to the brand. Many thanks.

I was told 35 -50 mins delivery time yet from ordering it took an hour and 40 mins. It had clearly not been made when driver was assigned and as it took so long to assign a driver, the sub was dry and not pleasant. If I had known it would take so long I would not have ordered.
