Taco Bell in Chichester

Food arrived 50 minutes after placing an order .Food arrived completely cold ,fries soggy .

The food was nearly cold by the time it ardived

He was quite patient as I had to get our dogs in before opening the door (they’re German shepherds) and was 2 minutes early when delivering, our food was still hot and well it’s all gone by the opening of our film because it smelled amazing

Food arrived stone cold, and not very nice. Will never use again. If you want decent Mexican food in Chichester I would advise you use Muchos Nachos who have always delivered hot food on every order. We were refunded £8 and a bit on a £40 order. Better food on offer in the Mexican bit in tesco!

delivery driver was an absolute legend.

My burrito was stone cold, colder than room temp, as if it just come out the fridge, it tasted awful and too salty. The taco was also stone cold and mostly just iceberg lettuce. The churros were really chewy and dry… the only thing that was warm was the lukewarm nacho cheese… when spending £50 for two people to eat I don’t really expect to have to microwave the food myself just to ensure it’s safe to eat…. Portion sizes were terrible and padded with cheap ingredients. AVOID guys… go literally anywhere else! Trust me

My food was cold and I was missing my taco and my drink

Online order, Chichester. Order total £47.23. Ordered at 4.15pm arrived at 5.45pm - maximum 10 minute drive away. Food was cold and soggy, churros were dried out and chewy with little inside. It felt like the food was cooked when ordered then left on the side getting cold waiting for pick up to deliver. First, and unless grandchildren convince me otherwise, last time. Even they didn't eat the fries they were that bad and didn't finish the meal. They apologised to me for wasting the food I had bought. These were hungry teens who didn't eat the food.

You'll get no complaints from me.

Absolute squalor. Trash all over the floor, open bin bags dumped by the bins and not a clean table in the store. Never been anywhere like it.

I really recomend beef burrito with churos,quesadilla.And i'd really want for them to add baja blast it's like mnt dew

I played my order at 19:42. ETA of 20:15. The order was continuously delayed and all evening going over the max expected delivery time by an hour! I had to call Taco Bell at 21:03 to ask where my food was. I was told it had been collected by the courier at 8:11! Nearly an hour earlier! The courier delivered at 21:06 which was stone cold and extremely rude. This is shockingly poor service and to be waiting over an hour and a half from placing the order is disgraceful.

Sour Cream was added when I did not want it as an option. When ordering my taco it did not mention having sour cream sauce and I am lactose intolerant.

Possibly the most surreal series of events I’ve seen unfold in a fast food place. We enter around 7pm and are served by a lovely lady at the till. What proceeds was like the lamest episode of Hell’s Kitchen you’ve ever seen. The dude running the line was making it VERY clear to all that he was not happy. A Just Eat driver came through and asked how much longer his order was going to be as it had been 20 minutes, to which the guy (seemingly) running things in the kitchen scoured and said “It hasn’t been 20 minutes”. The driver walked out! A lot of buttons were angrily bashed as he stormed around the kitchen area, loudly expressing his disdain for what his colleagues were or weren’t doing. Another order came through in what must have been the wrong way because he kicked off very vocally again, all very visibly to all in the place. Dude needed to breathe but instead threw blue roll on the floor, was tossing orders in to bags angrily, throwing sauces behind him all while quite loudly muttering under his breath. It was INCREDIBLY awkward and quite embarrassing to witness. I’ve worked in service industry businesses and not seen such a public facing tantrum before by someone who appeared to have rank. If this person is in charge of people, I would suggest they need a few extra courses in how to treat people. All of this took… 20 minutes Shoutout to the lady who took our order initially for trying to keep things calm and orderly. She was lovely!

The delivery driver was lovely, delivered food with care and arrived sooner than expected. The food was hot and amazing quality, can’t fault anything. Unfortunately, the 4 people combo was missing 4 tacos and caramel sauce for churros, which was a minor inconvenience because the whole meal was still enough for 2 adults and 2 children even without tacos and Taco Bell instantly dealt with the issue (they replied to my email within 1hr!). We will certainly be coming back.

Stone cold not happy un edible

I went to Taco Bell with my friends and I am a changed man. Bean burrito is elite along with the drinks. My friends let me try a tiny bit of the churro taco and chips and let me tell you, they are AMAZING. Service was quick and good and they even apologised for the couple of minutes my mate waited which wasn’t even long. I couldn’t recommend it more. Also it was so cheap and I got a better experience than some expensive and slow dine in restaurants. My applauds to the staff.

i had no lettuce in my taco which i ordered to have lettuce and i didn’t get my drink, but the food is good as always

This was my first time visiting the chain.It fills a hole. Very basic tacos that could do with more filling. Reasonably priced and the standard reflects that. I forgot to ask for soft tacos instead of crunchy as I have never liked them, I won’t be making that mistake again. The chips were really well seasoned which was a surprise.

The amount of serving inside the taco is disgusting..you get very little compared to when I was in taco bell is Lakeside in Essex around 20yrs ago or so ..iv heard of small portions but for the damn price I expect the taco to be packed up ... Bloody as bad as five guys...with there prices ... 🤬 il stick to McDonald's and KFC now...

Over an hour past original time and cold

Very tasty, still very warm, I over-ordered because I'm a greedy piglet. ha ha! I will re-heat for tonight's meal. Both yourselves and the delivery driver did a superb job so I must thank you for that.

Everything seem very fresh. Quick delivery. The driver was very polite and actually seemed to what to delivery the food and not just Chuck it at you. One of the best drivers had so far
