Taco Bell in Brighton and Hove

This is my first time eating out in the UK. It is really cheap. There are many charging holes in the internal area. The toilet is not open. The table is a little dirty. My English is not very good. We order and pay online first and then pick it up when the time is up.

Don't order delivery if you can't eat cheese with meat, as they have the option of removing the cheese, but most the time won't honor it

Purchased a meal from Deliveroo last night. All tasted fine, was pretty delicious. Woke up at 4am with awful stomach cramps and then was was vomiting the rest of the early-morning very violently. Fully suspect that it gave me food poisoning.

Taco Bell is my all time favourite restaurant. And we came here just before our wedding as a little break before the storm. However, the food is exceptional as always, the staff always seem like they're bored or don't want to be there. Would like a little bit more cheery.

Ordered through uber eats. Gave the driver the wrong food. Had to return to the restaurant to collect the right order which still had items missing and was at that point cold and I wasn't really in the mood for tacos anymore after waiting over 2 hours.

Food is usual taco bell chain food, so all ok. Sadly, this taco bell closes their upstairs seating around 12pm on weekdays. So people have only 4 low chairs and the rest are high chairs in the downstairs area. Also, as soon as you walk in, you don't even have a chance to look at the screen menu and the staff asks what you want and then stares at you. Had to look at the menu on the side of my phone :) I'm anxious when someone stares at me, I don't know the menu. :) just need improvement a bit in customer service.

It was quite nice and the food was affordable and quite yummy. I’d suggest going to a Taco Bell if you’ve never been there. Although the store wasn’t in a nice place to eat at (the whole street looked quite sketchy) but other than that it was a nice experience!

It’s your typical Taco Bell. Food is not amazing but it hits the spot. The service at the Western Road location is far better than that on London Road so I rate the speediness of the service in this restaurant.

Food is good, never piping hot but very tasty. No drink included with meal deal is frustrating but not the end of the world

It's the best fast food in uk for me, this branch had a kind workers, delicious food, fresh and clean vegetables in their sandwiches, tacos would be the best I wish the put more meat in it

Food was pretty much fine, we all got stomach aches afterwards though. Service was ok, they just went outside to smoke most of the time so no one was at the cash desk. The restrooms were also closed, just the handicap restroom was open.

I go to Taco Bell at least twice a week with my boyf, I went yesterday and they got my order wrong, As soon as I entered the restaurant again and said I was wrong, they started talking in the native language, and mocking. This is totally inappropriate, I felt totally stupid. Was exactly 3 girls there. The smallest had a totally debauched face speaking in her language and laughing. I hope they improve the service.

The place seemed to be strangley empty and very quiet. Food was good as always as we only stopped for a little snack. Service was good, friendly staff so I can't complain.

If you like quiet and chill, it's your place. The waiters were nice. I mentioned I had not had tacos before and a combo meal with one soft chicken taco and hard beef taco was suggested. It cost about 5 pounds. They adjusted the spiciness level to how I wanted. I liked the soft taco more than the hard. Maybe I'm just biased against beef. It was different taste and a nice experience. I dined in alone. There are charging ports and you can go with a friend (s)

How difficult is it to package an order correctly? Just received my delivery and 2 thirds of my meal are missing! As well as all of the drinks. I don’t understand… tried calling and they blamed it on the Uber driver. I would be more forgiving but this happens nearly all of the time. Jokes on me for keep on ordering with these guys. Never again.

Food tastes good. Counter staff needs to have patience with new customers. She speaks little rudely if you don’t have right tacobell terminology

Very disappointed today as my son goes in regular and this was the worst he’s ever had. Just not the same as usual which is always fantastic. Has anything happened that’s made it so different. Reluctant to go back now. 😞

Prices cheaper than Hawaii. Not by much when you factor the exchange rate. The hard shell tacos do fall apart so use lots of napkins. They got both fire and mild sauce and ketchup. They serve fries.

The food and service are genuinely impeccable - but the MENU. Ive never seen a fast food restaurant with such an awful display. The design and pricing are so confusing that I’ve seen people walk out plainly because they don’t understand the graphics and set meals

Visited yesterday. Lovely person behind the counter. We didn't really know what we wanted and they were very patient. Food was fast hot and delicious. Also great value for money. Very friendly staff too. We will definitely visit again before we head home.

Ordered 2 main meals, arrived with 1 of them missing. How difficult is it to know to include both? Rang store, woman seemed disinterested. “Nothing i can do now”. How about you pay some attention going forward so you dont screw over customers? Pathetic, acting like its a form of rocket science. If employees cant do a simple job like this then replace them.

I live in worthing, and this is my go to. The best one by far. They are Fast, efficient and great food. If all taco bells could be as efficient and great as this one i would not have to travel as far

Fast friendly service, good value for money. Didn't know what to have so was recommended a mixed box that saved me money by the staff. All the food was really good. Restaurant was really quiet. It was well maintained and clean.

If you've eaten Taco Bells in the States, the frankly stingey amount of beef in the hard shells here is beyond a joke, its is almost non existant. Rip off Britain as usual. I'd willingly pay more if they filled them up. I adore Taco Bell, but won't waste my time again in the UK. The one star in no way way reflects the great staff.

Sausage and bacon are really good. It really is the second best breakfast in Portsmouth! Really good food in Nice surroundings, reasonably priced. Only beaten by Shenanigans in Southsea, because they include awesome black and white pudding (from Buckwells) in theirs.

First time at a Taco Bell. Westernised Mexican food. Not as good as proper Mexican food, but good and a change from burgers.

Staff were nice and friendly, first time having Taco Bell and I was pleasantly surprised. It is a good price and quite nice upstairs, especially by the window.

It was a quiet day when we visited, food was great.

Worst store manager ever! I placed an order from just eat, after almost 1 hour and a half nothing, called the store to speak with someone called "Petronela" that said I had to speak with just eat because she didn't have nothing to do with the drivers. From just eat I was told my order was marked as delivered, and as the tracking signal on the map conveniently got "lost", I had no other choice than contacting again this Petronela lady that appeared not to be bothered that I paid for food that didn't come and she had to tell me is that it's not her problem as they have nothing to do with the drivers, and that she couldn't care less if I made a complaint. Shocking. Be very aware, as with this store, you may end up with no food and no money.

Very disappointed with my cheese sauces, both were half full, together made just one portion!! Definitely not worth the price. Just for this a I should be asking for a £2 refound you have nearly lost a costumer your tacos are recently soggy and the one before was uneatable! My money is wasted every time for the last past 5 or 6 orthers also you do not send sauces anymore , very disappointing. what happened with Fire and medium, and mild sauces?? This used to be my favourite take away, I'm very gutted eith the way the service has gone down!

I went there with my boys for the first time and I was disappointed. Tacos were very greasy and the food was blunt. Volcano burritos wasn’t hot at all. Never agan.

This place used to be one of our favorite choices. Now it’s just another shity fast food chain the doesn’t respect it’s customer.😡 Never again!

I was with my teenage daughter who visits quite often and promises that it's normally fabulous. Maybe we caught them on a bad day because the order was wrong and the free deserts offered didn't appear. About half of the people in there were delivery riders. I'll give it another go some other time. My daughter loves it

Very slow at making food. Bearly anything in the wraps or tacos for the price. Always mess up our orders. Gave meat to a vegetarian

I have called them 24 times to enquire about my order and they refuse to pick up. This is horrible customer service. They also do not offer a beef option for their Quesadillas on Deliveroo or Uber eats, so you have to call them to get the beef option every time. Useless.

Not enough staff with service being slow and toilet door broken food is alright not enough meat in the tacos and somehow ran out of cups which was quite annoying

All good until my daughter found this on her food contacted the place (Brighton) and the only thing they said it's sorry we can make you another one..........never again. Believe it or not that is the actual screw found how can they miss that only God knows.

This was a first visit to a Taco Bell, the menu was pretty decent and the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful / knowledgeable when answering my questions about the food. I was a bit disappointed with the portion sizes and the prices were a tad high especially considering the quality of the food and the portion sizes.

Awful, waited 30 minutes to get my order when all the deliveries were done with priority infront of us, customers waiting to get our orders inside the shop ... do not recommend...maybe delivery only...

Portion was small and when delivered on delivero was cold and to ve honest I've had better wraps from mc Donald's for half the price...disappointed

This is a review for the newly opened branch in Worthing. I don't think allowances should be made for the fact it's new, because it's a well established chain, so therefore the company should know what to expect. So I dont think part of my order being wrong (asked for beef filling, got chicken) is good enough, plus the 30 minute wait. The wait time was more down to a high demand of pick ups from various companies, which is kind of expected, but why do you not have seperate sections for walk ins and takeaways? Surely that's the modern way with how the world is now, and you will only put people like me off which is a shame, as I love the Volcano Burrito.

Ultimately a bit of a surprise heard bad things but food was tastey fast service and well priced well worth trying

The service was really quick and pleasant. The only reason I'd give it 4 stars is as an American it is almost a disappointing experience if you compare it to American taco bell. The menu is much smaller and there's no Baja blast but it's a solid 4 as a stand alone experience

Normally ok but a bit hit and Miss. Sometimes the food is stone cold and there’s never enough sauce to dip your churros in. But overall I like their grub. Please can you ensure it always piping hot in future. Thank you

Who says Mexican food is all about doritos?? Get a good old Burrito, Taco or Quesadilla at this place whenever you're down in Brighton. Give McDonald's KFC or Burger King a rest for a day and enjoy.

Taco Bell is underestimated! Once you know what to order, it’s the best. The volcano burrito smashes everything out the park and the sour cream is 10/10

Absolutely amazing great food would definitely recommend!

Wasn't super into the food the first time I visited in 2019 (alcohol was involved lol) but I visited again in September and it was much better. Restaurant was clean, there's proper seating upstairs, highchairs are available and the staff were pleasant. Food was cheap and we enjoyed it. Restaurant isn't fully accessible though - there's no lift to upstairs seating and downstairs tables are for standing guests.

I am personally very familiar with Taco Bell in North America. I would say Taco Bell in the UK is another beast altogether! Though similar in ingredients, I found the tacos to be more flavourful and they feel a lot better than North American fast food. But it is still fast food nonetheless!

Not usually a place I go to ,and it was mainly because my girlfriend fancied going ,but I enjoyed my vegetarian wrap and they had plenty if charging points upstairs as well.staff friendly and was clean and tidy .
