Had My first experience at Taco Bell the other day and the staff seem to be kind and welcoming and service was great and the food that’s rlly good definitely will be back soon

I have ordered food from here twice. And I will not be doing it again. Both times, mistakes have been made in my order - the first time, the wrong main was delivered, and just now, I have bitten into my 'chicken crunch wrap' to find that its filled with beef... This cannot happen. I restricted in my diet and received this, it could have massive health and/or religious repercussions. This place needs to sort itself out - I am normally very generous in my reviews but this is abhorrent and cannot continue.

We were missing food items. I have tried emailing.

Turned up after 45 minutes to an hour of the delivery time pushing back every 5 minutes. The driver then made 3 wrong turns increasing delivery time by 20 minutes. Food was cold by the time it arrived. Food was okay, but hot would’ve been appreciated.

I usually enjoy taco bell, but when I ordered via Deliveroo today all the nachos tasted burnt and were completely inedible. I ordered my tacos with fire sauce but they were not included in my order. Very disappointing.

It arrived before the time the app told me it was going to arrive and that's why I arrived at the pickup point 5 minutes late and it was already gone. He has not been able to call or write to me because since I am from Spain my number did not work. This is not my fault and I hope I get my money back, because it was not my fault since the application did not say that I had to enter a number from England. Finally I know that my number did not suit him because I had to make the same order again leaving me 20 pounds again, and the person who came to give it to me was the same person from the previous order and he told me that, so probably even the food they gave me ( because I had ordered the same thing and very shortly after) it was the one from the previous order since it took them very little time to bring it to me. I hope for a response soon and that I get my money back.

Lovely tacos and boritos - we had a great time!

The food was really nice just a shame the tacos weren’t very full and the lettuce wasn’t very fresh also missing the diced tomatoes.

Food was good, but miss labelled so wrong order was eaten by wrong people (didn’t release until halfway through). other than that all good :)

Ordered burrito meal for 2 on Deliveroo, was missing 4 lots of fries, and I ordered 2 chicken burritos and 2 beef burritos and received 3 beef and the chicken burrito I received had a 300 jalepenos and one measly bit of dry chicken. Food was cold too bunch of sloppy melts.

I was a bit disappointed by the size of the portions even tho the food was good. The sauce called fire is actually not spicy at all (to me at least). Make it fire please. Not too much space to eat inside.

Mediocre. The beans they put in the burritos have good seasoning, but every other aspect was bad. The burritos and the crunch wrap has very uneven distribution of ingredients. The crunch wraps are not crunchy. The vegetables are completely non existent. The cinnamon twirls have no bite - they're lighter in consistency than Wotsits. I hear the crispy tacos are decent though.

Just had to take out from this restaurant, do not go! No fillings in our burritos, all dough, much better Mexican restaurants in Bristol.

As usual driver sat in the road so I had to walk passed 8 other houses and onto the road where he was sitting waiting for me. I ordered a delivery not a collection! Other drivers and other drivers come to the door. Why 9!10 times do they not come to the door?! Ask one of your ceos to see if they can do it? Fed right up with it.

Cheese quesadilla was just a wrap with grated cheese in it, didn’t get my drink and the chips were cold :(

Food was delish just slightly cold after waiting longer than the original time. would 100% order again though as food is tasty.

Ordered online for collection and specifically asked for the nacho cheese and sour cream to be removed due to dietary requirements. collected my food and got home to discover it did infact have both nacho cheese and sour cream. Waste of my time and money and now need to get another dinner elsewhere as i can’t eat it. What if i was majorly allergic and bit into it? your staff need to check dietary requirements and follow them they’re there for a reason.

Can’t fault delivery of JustEat but this restaurant looked like they chucked the food in with no care. Chips everywhere, sauce spilt everywhere, crushed. Desert mixed with mains. Just a mess. Taco Bell UK is poor and greasy. Real shame.

Poor quality, tasteless food, that was expensive and badly made. Not worth the money at all, barely any filling, no salad, thin line of rice. It was cold, oily and salty.

Getting delivery from this place is beyond a joke. Every order has been wrong. The packaging is useless and everything arrives coated in spilled sauce. Our latest order was missing three items. There's just no effort at all.

Update to review: Just so everyone is aware this Taco Bell (and maybe others?) raise their prices by around 50p on everything after approx 23:00. Food is cheap and tasty. You can't go wrong with Taco Bell in my opinion, there's a cheap menu and several tasty meal combos. This location in particular is a bit chaotic. Everything is made to order pretty much so you can expect to wait a while but you can order on the app and collect. No student discount in this location which is a shame. Overall would recommend just because taco bell food is nice. This location in particular isn't the best though.

Went after some drinks, hit the spot perfectly, didn't break the bank and made the food quickly. Really think taco bell needs more than the toilets they've got in there.

ordered the food at 2:00 on the dot didn’t come till 4:40, when food got here it was freezing cold could barely eat it, cheese sauce tasted like nothing at all. called the restaurant multiple times, they hung up on me 3 times…i said “i placed my order over an hour and a half ago where is it” i didn’t get a response so i said “hello?” and they hung up, second time i called i said the same thing and she said “all orders have already been sent off at 3:15” and then i said “yes but it’s been over an hour and a half” and she hung up once again, i called back and said “so what time is my food going to get here?” and she hung up straight away! awful costumer service and food was so cold even the bag was cold and felt like it had just been left out side for atleast 30 minutes, i was freezing!!! called the restaurant once again and the same woman answered and i said “the food if freezing cold sorry but i can hardy eat it, can i get a refund plea….” cut me off and hung up!!!!!!!! rude!! if u want to let your anger out on someone order from taco bell.

Visited as a family as my 11 year old daughter was so excited to be able to visit a Taco Bell locally. Sadly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Building / decor is modern and spiralling to the young. Music is way too loud (not being old you literally couldn’t hear yourself speak). Self checkout is fine but it made me laugh they’ve hidden the one till available around the corner to make it look like that isn’t an option. Plenty of choice. However quality shocking. Didn’t wait long BUT food largely inedible. Tacos were okay. Quesadillas soggy, warm at best and inedible. Chips were completely tasteless and there is apparently no salt in the building. I know that they may wish to limit its use for health reason but none? Just utterly tasteless. Special fries with mince and cheese were woeful. Hardly any topping. Overall absolutely dreadful and will not return. Utter rip off.

Ordered through uber eats. Food was missing items and wrong. Asked for no tomatoes for my friend cause she's allergic, so she had some of my food instead. Driver was useless, when he eventually arrived. After "google maps told him where to go" even though i mentioned the hotel name twice on the app and that I would wait in the reception of the hotel, and another 2 times in the chat while i was trying to find out why the driver was going round in circles. Phoned the driver only to then be transfered to someone else. Told me the driver was at the other end of the road and asked if i could walk there and meet him. Told him no as I was waiting already in the cold for 30 minutes and didn't have my shoes on. food was all messed up in the bag as he walked towards me swinging the bag around his head. Food was cold due to him having to circle the same area 3 times.

If i could give this place zero stars i would in a heart beat I 1000% would Recommend that none orders from this place I made a order not only did it come very cold as I was eating one of the taco i felt something rubber in my mouth so spat it out to see what it was and is was a plastic object complain to the Restaurant and just eat and they refuse to do anything so please if you think about order from here don't

every single time i’ve been to taco bell ive had to wait an irritatingly long time just for my food, even when im ordering at the till, the employees don’t seem to notice me - the last time i came one of them was very passive aggressive to me, telling me to “be patient” and talking down at me as if im not the one paying. utterly disrespectful but at least the food and prices are good.

Perhaps the worst Taco Bell i’ve ever eaten in. Love the chain, but this one is so bad. Place is disgusting, not a single clean table. Can see right into the kitchen which puts you off your food how abhorrent it looks in there. Wait time was about 15 minutes for 2 meals on a quiet tuesday night with only 2 other orders on the screen. DO NOT GO!

Even though it wasn’t busy every single table was dirty, toilets were disgusting.

Well that was bloody brilliant. I thought gordon ramsey was there in his full form. I loved every single crumb of that meal. The price? unmatched, unbelievable and utterly fabulous. I think this is one of the best take aways that has ever touched my gorgeous taste buds and full lips. The staff were incredible and attended to my every need. The place itself was like a 5 star restaurant aka like a miller and carter. My tacos and burritos were fuller than cloud nine. I enjoyed this stay very much and i would 1000% recommend to everyone i have recommended to many friends and the ones who enjoyed the service the most was the wheelchair users. The toilets were absolutely sensational i felt like i was just sat on candy floss, talking of sweet the churros were undeniably delicious. Thank you to all taco staff and workers it was the best meal of my life.

Absolutely disgusting place!! Dirty tables with food and wrappers everywhere and no sign of any cleaner. There was water leaking from the ceiling that was splashing straight onto the drinks dispenser. The toilet also stank and looks like it's never been cleaned. (See attached picture). The staff were immature and messing around in the kitchen whilst our order sat on the side going cold. Would give zero stars if I could!

Never been before, my son saw it and wanted to try it...caved and it's pretty good. Reasonable value for what you get, tasty and a good choice of options. Music a touch loud if being picky.

Got the food delivered the cheese in the quesadilla isnt melted I can see the strains of chees like out of a packed of grated cheese. The food turned up cold. Probably never going to order from here again.

Taco bell used to be amazing, but since they took the vegan meatless protein away it's disappointing for vegans. Black beans by themselves aren't a good alternative either, it's just flavourless in comparison to what was served before. I'd rather get a wrap from Sainsbury's next door.

Awful service, there is no management at all. Been here a couple of times and every time there’s either something missing or a long wait. I always pre order but it’s never ready on it. There doesn’t seem to be anyone in charge. Seems to be just a load of kids working there not knowing what todo. It’s also filthy, food and rubbish in every corner.

cheese and bacon fries are good! fries are already seasoned with a tangy flavouring. but just the cheese fries is very unappetising, the cheese is tasteless

I ordered around 8PM and didn’t get it, so I had to go drive myself to pick up the food.

I paid £17 to get a meal delivered from Taco Bell and it was awful. Would not recommend at all and certainly won’t rush back.

Haven’t received my order I fell asleep as I take medication and completely forgot that I had an order but I didn’t hear the door as the bell is loud I would of heard it

The delivery time kept changing originally saying the latest was 19.30 and turned up at around 20.10. The food was cold of course and having salad and sour cream in tacos wasnt pleasant when needed to microwave the food the chops after microwaving from stone cold to floppy wasnt nice either and thr bag it csme in wasnt sealed with a sticker just wide open so dont know who or what could have got into my bag. The location of the resturant isnt 30 minutes away let alone over an hour and i dont think the order was even looked at until 19.35 which it said on the receipt when i order just before 19.00 very dissapointed as taco bell os a favourite of ours.

i assumed i had seen my food get packaged yet nobody asked why i was waiting after seeing how many people recieved their food since arriving. i arrived promptly at 3:15 and my food was estimated to be done at around 3:20. it wasn’t ready until 3:25 as it said on the app, which is fine, but i waited another 15 minutes and still no staff asked me why i was waiting. i spoke to someone and my food was eventually handed to me cold.

Went to collect the order and they said they didn’t have it. Had to show lots of screenshots of my bank statements to prove I had paid and then my receipt ect. Half an hour later they finally found the order as they said they didn’t know it was ordered from just eat. We did tell them and gave them the order number multiple times. Now we have freezing cold food as apparently it wouldn’t be cold as it’s been kept warm. Dissapointed. Not very well organised atall.

Not only did it say the order was delivered at 20.39 but my husband was waiting at the CHILDRENS HOSPITAL as per instructions for delivery. He not only walked right by my husband but he went to the adults hospital!!!! My son has literally just hd an operation and tbh I don’t expect to mucked about! The food arrived at 2053!!!£

Tacos Tuesday is a bargain! The food it is tasteful and the local is clean

The food was tasty although I found it a bit pricey but that is the case in so many places lately. The thing I did not like was the atmosphere. The place is cold and does not feel cosy at all. It is like it is saying to you: Eat quickly and leave quickly.

Gave me the complete wrong drink. When delivered driver said ‘they had no tango so they’ve given you Pepsi instead’. First of all I absolutely hate Pepsi. Second of all why didn’t they call me and tell me they had no tango left and ask if I would like it refunded or a different drink ?!!! And they won’t even refund me !!

The order always keeps getting delayed without any reason or warning. In the end the food was also soggy and cold because of the time it had been waiting.

Items weren't labelled so we had to dismantle the burritos etc. to work out what each one was (obvs. that's on the restaurant, not our courier). Also arrived cold enough that it all needed microwaving - appreciate that it's winter and raining, just insulate the food better to keep it hot, it was only a 10-15 minute ride from Taco Bell to us. Wondering if Taco Bell had let it go cold before it was picked up?

Our order was missing half of our items, and the items we did receive were incorrect. Additionally, we requested no cheese on our order due to lactose intolerance, but the items we were given were loaded with cheese. This is not the first time this location has given us food that didn’t even closely resemble what we ordered. Terrible service, and an obvious lack of care or concern for health and safety, this restaurant and all its staff should be thoroughly ashamed.
