Yet again I had to go looking for my food. Was it worth it, NO. Had 4 pieces of chicken which was so small and cold. Chips was cold and my drink was too warm. Not a very good experience for the money they charge. Think I’ll go to miss millies from now on.

We love the KFC chicken but hate the 'signature' fries and throw them straight into recycling. Thanks is due this week to the person who gave us unseasoned fries as requested. Wonderful.

When I ordered my food it said “you have a free item.!” When it was delivered there was No free item.!! Con artists.!!!

Missing popcorn chicken from my order

There is no soap in the toilet. Been that way most the day. So staff don't wash their hands after toilet? Or do they have their own staff only toilet with soap??

order says delivered but i never received my food

Yet again my address comes up to a different address and I need to go and meet the delivery driver.

Missing items and rest was cold.

It would be nice to get my order delivered to my door not having to go looking for it.

Order was incomplete. It was a family feast which should have included 1.5l drink and 4 fries. The drink and one of the fries was missing. The missing drink was seriously disappointing. How can you miss a 1.5 l bottle?

Very good customer service from this restaurant ,it looks so clean and the chicken it's amazing. This is my favourite KFC we are coming here every week for this amazing chicken

Late with my order, items missing

The food was excellent,only problem was it had tipped up inside bag and come out of it's container.

The staff is unfriendly, and it's unacceptable that milkshakes and ice creams are consistently unavailable. Every time we visit, there are no milkshakes or ice creams despite them being advertised. This situation is detrimental to the business and needs to be addressed. Customers deserve to have access to what is promised.

Chips were cold on arrival and once again got three drumsticks (really greasy) instead of a middle piece of chicken. Please try and separate the cold drink from the food as this had a massive effect on the temperature of the contents - Hot wings were freezing 🥶

The courier rang saying he was outside; he wasn't there. We phoned back and he was several streets away! We persuaded him to come to our address and give us the food, but he had go back to the wrong place afterwards just to enter the 'confirm' code!

The time kept changing, it was just in the rush hour time though. A bit later than first estimated, the time kept updating.

Order was late took over hour to get to hilton hotel! Arrived cold! If not the fact my 2 year old needs dinner I would send it all back and not accept this bs at all! I will be however pursuing compensation for this 😤 38 quid down the drain for total 💩 even sauce was wrong on the rice bowl

Not many staff to be seen , main seating area and where you get your napkins not very clean. Didn't have 2 main sides mash and beans , forgot our dips. But gave us more popcorn chicken for replacement.

Ordered food at 1830 food was delivered at 2100. Food was also stone cold.

Was cold by time it got to me and very late.

I ordered a zinger burger meal and received a plain burger meal.

Coffee is never available at this branch on the few occasions I try it over the years, including tonight. Puts me off visiting other branches too, fortunately I was on my way home anyway so just had the burger instead of a meal.

Yet again, delivery was taken to a different address. Always seen to be the same address. Not sure why I pay for delivery when I have to go and retrieve it

The delivery time was fine and we are only five minutes drive from the restaurant, and yet our food was cold, and not enjoyable whatsoever

I ordered my meal at 17.30 they said delivery was 17 55 but the meal arrived at 20.00 every thing was stone cold uneatable

Blue Light discount wasn't able to be added on the touch screen ordering, message read use the app. No discount applied on the app, and was refused ordering at the counter unless I used cash. The excuse was card machines are not working, but when I saw a car use the drive through, they were able to use card payments. Obviously they didn't want to serve Emergency workers and give discounts.

I cannot understand why unseasoned fries are not available. The fries are ruined by KFC seasoning them instead of leaving it to the customer. We love the chicken but always throw the fries away!

Absolutely shocking. Couldn’t even bite through the chicken fillet, cranberry sauce was just plain, not ‘spicy’ as indicated, the piece of original recipe chicken was pure grease, chips were rubbish & cold, corn on the cob was bland & overcooked

Got check your order if you actually go into store myself asked for two extra pieces of chicken with my order, about to get my order, then checked they didn't put in the extra chicken pieces, or did they put in in with order, too busy chatting away to each other poor service

Took ages as deliveroo obviously take presidency over customers at the till, rude to the point of being ignored. Use the drive through it's so quicker.

The expected delivery time kept getting longer. Over an hour from ordering to delivery from a restaurant less than 5 minutes away, despite te the App saying that the courier had been at the restaurant for over 45 minutes. Makes me realise why my go to is Uber Eats.

Very strange route taken by the delivery driver so food was Luke warm on arrival. Bag also wet so cans fell out and one split and burst. Not a prob for me with the can of Pepsi. I’d half expected delivery to be like warm so had already put oven on !!

Toilets are usually not in a great state. The floor is reguarly slippy throughout the resturant. The rest is okay. The food is KFC food as you'd expect.

This branch thinks they can just send off non fresh food which has been laying in their hot unit for god knows how many hours, i ordered from uber eats and the woman on the phone says our food is fresh and only kept for one hour, what a lier, i chucked it all in the bin and wasted my money, all she keeps saying is get a refund from uber, but mate im hungry thats the reason why i ordered, totally unfair to everyone who pays so much and get cold, hard and dry food

Very disappointed. There’s only a few tables and most of them full of rubbish and dirty. No house keeping at all. Would not recommend
