I go here every Saturday and spend over £50 for myself and my work colleagues. Three of the last four Saturday’s I’ve gone they’ve left stuff out of the order. When I complained to the manager, he offered no apology nor the missed items, and said (despite having the order details) he couldn’t do anything unless I had come back the same day. As if I’m gonna take 30mins off work after lunch to drive back to pick up the beans or the cookies they left out! I wouldn’t be annoyed if it was a one off, but three out of the last four orders having stuff left out is bloody terrible!

This place is in walking distance of the office and feels like a treat as I don't really eat fast food so when I visit the office here, we go. You get a lot for your money, especially if you download the app.

Really disappointing. Am currently stood in this KFC still waiting for them to cook chicken. It eventually took them 29 minutes. What a joke if a fast food restaurant.

Disappointing. Ordered at the self serve kiosk, slow to receive meal and then found out the only drink available was peach ice tea, not what we ordered. Had to wipe own table, floor sticky, toilets dirty. Wouldn't visit this branch again.

Good food there. I was made fresh and hot.

Drive through was quick and easy and the chicken was the best I've had in a fast food establishment, fries were a let down though...

Great customer service hot food

It is a fast food place. Food as expected. The queue was not too big. Service fairly quick.

As with all KFC's there's a dysfunctional element to getting your food. They're always disorganised with their staffing who don't seem to understand their own internal rules and responsibilities. There's a trend towards getting your food delivered (cold), so the majority of customers are made up of delivery bikers. In an ideal world they would present proof of order and the food would be freshly and quickly bagged up. I am dismayed when I see food on the side, awaiting collection, getting cold. I don't use apps, don't want to order and pay from a screen. I just want to place my simple order at the till. It can take a while before I am noticed. Having been to numerous KFC's all over the country, I can say this is the least worst. Problems stem from management, menus, staffing training.

I recently visited KFC and had a fantastic experience. The fried chicken was crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, exactly what you'd expect from KFC. The sides, especially the mashed potatoes and coleslaw, complemented the meal wonderfully.

Very friendly staff in a well stocked shop for all your technology needs, always feel appreciated and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area

Wanted food before the match, so we went in here. Very busy, which was to be expected on match day. Didn't wait too long for the order, either.

Nightmare Ordered drive through, waited around 25 mins, as we were forgotten about! When we went in and asked where our order was they gave it to us, but the staff didn't put the gravy lids on properly, resulting in me having burnt thighs! We went back for a replacement.....then they didn't put the supercharger sauce in! Check bags before handing to customers guys!!!!!

Food poisoning from eating there yesterday all I had was chicken.

Lmao. Just went in for a Krushem and it was not available as per usual. I asked "naw why are there no Krushums here and over Hengrove?". Employee bluntly replied and I quote "we cannot be bothered to clean the machines". Disappointing but gotta love the honesty I guess XD

Sunday 19th May, evening. The female toilets were on the verge of overflowing. Had to use the disabled toilets. Sign says they are checked hourly but really don't think this was the case. Disabled toilet wasn't clean and had rubbish on the floor but at least the toilet itself was.

Not very clean. Tables are always filthy.

Food is what you'd expect, but everytime I order and get home I find something missing, every single time.

Chips should be asked if you want seasoning and also drinks have option with or no ice

The food and service are very good. The only thing I'd improve is the cleanliness and waiting times. You have to wait sometimes even when it's not really busy! I would still recommend :)

Literally the worst KFC I’ve been to! Wrong order 3 times, half a large cup of drink and the staff can’t speak English, place had 2 customers in and still had to wait 17 minutes for my order, the single worst eating experience I’ve ever had!

Foods kk,but the tables wasn't cleaned when in there

Ordered food after a long day of travelling, hungry and no places to eat around here. Waited almost an hour then the driver txt saying I am here! I was already outside waiting in the rain . He obviously drove to a wrong place and didn't bother to come here instead he just cancelled my order so I was left without dinner tonight! Will never order again from Uber eats or this particular KFC. Not even apologised and when I called Uber eats he said I won't have the refund back!

Did not let us pay with 50£ bill for some reason. Self service booths were out of printing paper and there were no table numbers. The food was also not that great.

As they go it was okay, the boneless chicken was really nice but the original pieces had a bit of a weird taste to the batter.

Went to the drive thru and all the stations were closed before the closing time, like by 10.45. This is the fourth time this is happening to me. I’d say either change the timings or keep the shop open.

Took about 5 minutes to even be served when no one else was waiting to be served, didn't have any milkshakes like normal so asked for a hot chocolate, the lady made it but there was no milk in machine so had to remake it and then had to ask a colleague for help took 5-10 mins for her to make a hot chocolate, dissapointed

Food was cold and thrown into the boxes. Restaurant was freezing cold. Place was packed with deliveroo drivers, making service slow and disrupting the dining experience. All around awful. Avoid.

Came here on Friday 10th November 2023 and if I'm honest, it's not the best KFC I have ever been to but on this occasion, they managed to lower the bar of expectation. Firstly, the staff were surly, uninterested and downright rude (my 10yr old asked to swap a dip for another flavour and the staff member chucked it on the counter). The order was incorrect, something a lot of other customers experienced and it wasn't even busy. Food Luke warm and one person even had to take an OJ back because it was discoloured and found out when I asked him that it was out of date by 4 months. If you want to be treated like dirt, have your order incomplete and enjoy terrible fast food, then this location is for you!

Match day, so rammed, but you can't call it fast food if you wait 45 minutes. However, the wrap I had was really nice. Shame it took.so.long to arrive.

What's there to say about a KFC? Its OK

So much better than a MacDonalds! Tasty chicken, fresh salad and rolls, crispy fried and overall good portion size.

The food was expected, the cleanliness of the place in general was fine. The men's toilets were clean but stunk horrid, the ladies toilets was fine.

Ordered 10 pieces of chicken when we got home it was boneless and spicy - not what we ordered and tasted disgusting

Tables were all dirty, meal wasn't constructed correctly, machines didn't print receipt for order numbers and table service not operating.

Can't fault it but the loos let it down sadly.

Never ever has crushums been maybe 2 years since they last sold them. They advertise them but they told me they don't even have a machine for them. Food always good. Drive through is always fast. Staff on the window are always polite and friendly.

Chicken was good but fries tasted stale

This is the second time I've visited. Both times the cleanliness of the place was poor, tables weren't clean, the bin overflowing and the organisation was chaotic. Both visits they had run out of chips which was a bit disappointing!

Staff are ignorant and don't seem to care.

The food was okay but I was disappointed there was no ice cream. I ordered on the touchscreen. I was confused to be asked if I wanted a refund as I had paid for the ice cream. I was hardly going to say no! Not very clean, there was rubbish all over the floor.

Not about food but about staff - Today I had a fairly serious accident near KFC, and when I came in to ask for help phoning the hospital the staff at this branch were absolutely fantastic. They supplied some excellent first aid, sat with me and calmed me down, let me charge my phone, and waited for the taxi to the hospital with me. I can't thank them enough and next time I visit I will actually buy something rather than just bleed on their floor. <3

Not every KFC in Bristol deserve good comments. I've tried the one in city centre and the taste is really bad. I didn't expect my perception is changed by this KFC located at a retail park. I tried 3-4 times (weekdays and weekends) and the quality is really consistent -- crispy, yummy. Relatively the wings is better than the chicken. You will have a wonderful experience if you order the 19 wings set.

Consistent with KFC food. Service was a bit slow. Atmosphere was good to start with then School kicked out and it got a bit crowded. Decent grub before watching a football match.

Poor KFC. Really not good on a matchday either. Don't normally come to Google maps to leave bad reviews but this ain't the place. Always get asked to leave early if I visit in the evenings, good is bad quality, toilets are always a mess, and orders often incorrect. In all fairness the quality of all KFCs have rapidly declined

The meal was cold it was horrible the chicken was dripping with fat

Staff ok. But the place was an absolute tip all tables filfy dirty, floor was the same, and as for the toilets they were disgusting, my husband said the men's toilet looked like a sick and diarrhoea bomb had gone off it was down the walls in the toilet and every where. You could tell they knew about but had masked the smell with an air spray as it smelt really sweet. We cancelled our order as we said people are going to get really ill from this place. It needs closing down.

Very dry chicken worm like it was out there a long time same for the chips. Had to throw most of it away .

DO NOT VISIT THIS BRANCH Disgusting customer service. Ordered through self serve kiosk but their systems went down and did not give out a ticket. Explained to girls on till and they said they’d get their manager. I could tell that the payment had gone through on my banking app but they said it was pending and the money would not be taken and would be refunded in 3 days and if I wanted my food then I would have to pay again. We refused and left without anything. Well guess what the payment has been confirmed so they have taken my money. Sent online complaint to KFC but still haven’t heard anything. Tried phoning but funny how care squad lines are closed. Don’t use this branch of KFC. Managers are so rude and obviously they were lying because they have taken my money. Absolute disgusting.

Staff had problems understanding bristol accent

Didn’t bother getting food, gents toilet unusable soiled & wet floor, no soap & hand dryer dead. Very quiet dining area, empty tables strewn with debris, self deletion at entrance filthy & sticky. I walked out hungry. Happy to discuss.

Awful , delivery only up the hill from Ashton branch , meal was cold and no fries . Had to wait nearly a hour as well .

Gents toilets were an absolute tip, the smell as you walked in brought tears to my eyes, the hand drier didn't work and the overall cleanliness was non existent. I accept that toilets get used a lot, and with that comes a degree of odour, but this was like a portaloo that had been left by the pyramid stage at Glasto for 3 years without being touched! Sorry KFC, but not good! Chips were nice though!

It's a KFC great chicken, staff could be a little friendlier.

Went inside and ordered a large popcorn chicken meal on the order screen with large drink and large fries and they gave me a small popcorn chicken meal which is nothing anyway but tried making out that I ordered a small popcorn chicken meal and charges me for a large absolute scam don't come here

Went through drive through ,saw them take the fillet for tower burger out of warmer ,thought this is going to be cold , it was worst , the chips were stone cold and soggy the chicken fillet was tiny and cold ,smothered in mayo and the hash brown was greesy and cold.Basically everything had been cooked and left sitting around while the quality deteriorated.I got a refund the guy at the counter didn't say sorry.Im done with kfc.Used to get a nice bug fillet of chicken in a burger.

Food was ok service was a strange experience as we had a drive through, communications not good enough didn't understand a thing. Would help if the menu board was visible maybe they forgot to put the lights on.

Ordered something via KFC app, when I arrive on Monday , the store closed. The App direct me to the KFC in Bristol city centre. It’s about 20 minutes drive. Why the hell i need choose KFC if I know I am going to city centre any way. A disgusting services.

Got my food alot quicker at the cash desk, opposed friends who ordered with the EPOS system. No seats after 6pm, which is nuts! Toilet closed as well! Need to sort that out!

They are always saying they don't have any rice boxes. No other KFC I go to says that. Something is wrong there.

Great that it's open until 11pm, most of the other close at 9 0r 10. When you get off of a plane and your ravenous, its very handy!
