1hr 20mins wait and missing items

Ordered food at 1830 food was delivered at 2100. Food was also stone cold.

Was cold by time it got to me and very late.

Excellent non-seasoned fries. Thanks again

Service was great. Food is what it is.

I ordered a zinger burger meal and received a plain burger meal.

Coffee is never available at this branch on the few occasions I try it over the years, including tonight. Puts me off visiting other branches too, fortunately I was on my way home anyway so just had the burger instead of a meal.

Yet again, delivery was taken to a different address. Always seen to be the same address. Not sure why I pay for delivery when I have to go and retrieve it

The delivery time was fine and we are only five minutes drive from the restaurant, and yet our food was cold, and not enjoyable whatsoever

I ordered my meal at 17.30 they said delivery was 17 55 but the meal arrived at 20.00 every thing was stone cold uneatable

Blue Light discount wasn't able to be added on the touch screen ordering, message read use the app. No discount applied on the app, and was refused ordering at the counter unless I used cash. The excuse was card machines are not working, but when I saw a car use the drive through, they were able to use card payments. Obviously they didn't want to serve Emergency workers and give discounts.

I cannot understand why unseasoned fries are not available. The fries are ruined by KFC seasoning them instead of leaving it to the customer. We love the chicken but always throw the fries away!

Absolutely shocking. Couldn’t even bite through the chicken fillet, cranberry sauce was just plain, not ‘spicy’ as indicated, the piece of original recipe chicken was pure grease, chips were rubbish & cold, corn on the cob was bland & overcooked

Got check your order if you actually go into store myself asked for two extra pieces of chicken with my order, about to get my order, then checked they didn't put in the extra chicken pieces, or did they put in in with order, too busy chatting away to each other poor service

Took ages as deliveroo obviously take presidency over customers at the till, rude to the point of being ignored. Use the drive through it's so quicker.

The expected delivery time kept getting longer. Over an hour from ordering to delivery from a restaurant less than 5 minutes away, despite te the App saying that the courier had been at the restaurant for over 45 minutes. Makes me realise why my go to is Uber Eats.

Very strange route taken by the delivery driver so food was Luke warm on arrival. Bag also wet so cans fell out and one split and burst. Not a prob for me with the can of Pepsi. I’d half expected delivery to be like warm so had already put oven on !!

30mins in drive through because the speaker is broken. When you get in queue you can’t leave it. Krushem machine hasn’t worked for 3 years - clearly they don’t care.

Toilets are usually not in a great state. The floor is reguarly slippy throughout the resturant. The rest is okay. The food is KFC food as you'd expect.

This branch thinks they can just send off non fresh food which has been laying in their hot unit for god knows how many hours, i ordered from uber eats and the woman on the phone says our food is fresh and only kept for one hour, what a lier, i chucked it all in the bin and wasted my money, all she keeps saying is get a refund from uber, but mate im hungry thats the reason why i ordered, totally unfair to everyone who pays so much and get cold, hard and dry food

In the space of 2-3 months I’ve passed here and tried to stop for a Krushem between 7-12 times and everytime they’ve said the machine is broke

Really poor quality KFC today, the worst I have had. You could tell that it wasn’t freshly cooked, it was really dry and overdone, possibly reheated from the night before. The batter didn’t have the usual flavour and it was just very bland. The chips were very soggy too, Not value for money at all.

Honestly, walked in and the stench from the toilets was unbearable, stuck with it despite the ordering machines not working so had to order at the till, that in itself, not too bad apart from the fact that out of 4 staff no one could work out how to replace the till till and then left the least competent member of staff to take the orders which took ages..... had I not been first in the queue and had my son waiting for his kfc I'd have walked out. The food was OK, the service was dismal and the toilets were disgraceful.....

Fried Chicken is very salty. Chips are very floppy. Tables are dirty. Gravy is not liquid gold.

Yet again I had to go to the next street to get my order and then no can of Tango. Just about had enough now.

I go here every Saturday and spend over £50 for myself and my work colleagues. Three of the last four Saturday’s I’ve gone they’ve left stuff out of the order. When I complained to the manager, he offered no apology nor the missed items, and said (despite having the order details) he couldn’t do anything unless I had come back the same day. As if I’m gonna take 30mins off work after lunch to drive back to pick up the beans or the cookies they left out! I wouldn’t be annoyed if it was a one off, but three out of the last four orders having stuff left out is bloody terrible!

Disappointing. Ordered at the self serve kiosk, slow to receive meal and then found out the only drink available was peach ice tea, not what we ordered. Had to wipe own table, floor sticky, toilets dirty. Wouldn't visit this branch again.

As with all KFC's there's a dysfunctional element to getting your food. They're always disorganised with their staffing who don't seem to understand their own internal rules and responsibilities. There's a trend towards getting your food delivered (cold), so the majority of customers are made up of delivery bikers. In an ideal world they would present proof of order and the food would be freshly and quickly bagged up. I am dismayed when I see food on the side, awaiting collection, getting cold. I don't use apps, don't want to order and pay from a screen. I just want to place my simple order at the till. It can take a while before I am noticed. Having been to numerous KFC's all over the country, I can say this is the least worst. Problems stem from management, menus, staffing training.

It is a fast food place. Food as expected. The queue was not too big. Service fairly quick.

I recently visited KFC and had a fantastic experience. The fried chicken was crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, exactly what you'd expect from KFC. The sides, especially the mashed potatoes and coleslaw, complemented the meal wonderfully.

Very friendly staff in a well stocked shop for all your technology needs, always feel appreciated and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area
