A greatvlittleccafe just off the beaten track. Well worth seeking out. Excellent food and service at fair prices. The range of foods is hood as is their afternoon tea.

The Green, Brisley
Stayed for a couple of nights in a very clean & spacious dog friendly room. Met friends for Sunday lunch, & enjoyed one of the best 3-course meals ever. Roast beef was spot on, as was the very boozy tiramisu afterwards. Breakfast both mornings was also very good, with very fresh orange juice, omelettes & full English. All the staff were very friendly, & made such a fuss of our border collie. A lovely short break & highly recommended.

64 Magdalen StreetStayed at thorpe forest 5 years ago and just stayed at the forest again jan 2025 and it was the first things we booked the food and staff are top notch...should be in the top 5 of uk pub sunday roasts.
